The problem of torsional oscillations of a stamp that is linked with an elastic stratum which contains a cylindrical cavity is considered. The problem is formulated in the form of conjugate integral equations that are related to the integral Weber transforms. A problem on oscillations of a multimass system (MS) is considered on an elastic half space with a cylindrical cavity. Equations of motions of an MS are given, which are modeled by masses that are connected by springs and dampers. A motion of the half space with a cavity is characterized by a transmitting function,which is known from a solution of a contact problem with vertical oscillations of a die on the half space given. The conditions of interrelation of the MS with the base close the system of algebraic linear equations for determining amplitudes of oscillations of each element of the MS. On the basis of the expansion formulas of the vector solutions of the Lame equations in cylindrical and spherical coordinates, the problem of a circular stamp is formulated in the form of an integro-algebraic system of equations. By the method of orthogonal polynomials, it is reduced to a collection of infinite systems of linear algebraic equations, for which the method of reduction is justified. This article examines a boundary-value problem concerning the diffraction of a monochromatic plane shear wave on a reinforced cylindrical cavity in an elastic half-space. It is assumed that longitudinal shear stresses are absent and that the normal displacements over the entire boundary are specified. Through the use of a special form of the Lamé representation in cylindrical coordinates, the problem is reduced to the determination of scalar functions which satisfy the Helmholtz equation. The coefficients of the Fourier expansions of these functions in the angular coordinate are written as the sum of Fourier and Weber integrals. The densities of these integrals are determined exactly. A specific problem concerning the vertical vibrating response of a composite layer (elastic-porous and saturation fluid) under rigid circular stamp is studied. The motion of the medium is governed byBiot’s dynamic potential equations and the problem is solved by the method of Fourier-Bessel transformation. We consider the axisymmetric problem of elasticity theory for a space with an elongated ellipsoidal cavity with mixed boundary conditions of smooth contact on its surface. The method of p-analytical functions is applied to reduce the solution of the problem to an infinite quasi-completely regular system of linear algebraic equations with upper bounded free terms that tend to zero as the index increases. We consider the pressure of a plate on a half-space with a round cylindrical cavity. The surface of the cavity is reinforced by elastic elements that are modeled by very general operators. The problem is reduced to a Fredholm integral equation of second kind. A detailed study is made of the case of reinforcement described by the Winkler law. The problem of the stress concentration on a free tunnel-shaped cavity in an orthotropic half-space with a free flat boundary, on which shear waves in the form of periodic triangular pulses are incident, is solved. The initial problem is reduced to a series of problems of diffraction of harmonic shear waves. The problem of the unilateral contact without friction for a punch, the face of which is characterized by a rapid change in the neighbourhood of the a priori unknown boundary of the contact area, is investigated. Asymptotic formulae are obtained for the function which describes the variation of the contact area and the contact-pressure density in the boundary-layer region. A linear model of a Timoshenko-type shell with an elastic filler is proposed for solving the problem of the parametric oscillations of the system. A method of solving paired integral equations that appear in considerations of mixed problems of elasticity and thermoelasticity theory is given, with the help of generalized integral Weber transforms. The paired equations are reduced to an integral Fredholm equation of the second kind on the semiaxis, which have a discontinuous kernel, or to Fredholm equations of the second kind on a finite interval and infinite systems of linear algebraic equations, which are normal in the sense of Poincare-Koch. As an example, contact problems for an inhomogeneous fiber with a cavity are considered. More accurate equations of the deformation of thin plates, which are more convenient for solving contact problems for bodies with coatings and containing, as a special case, the equations of all known applied theories, are derived by an asymptotic analysis of the first fundamental problem of the theory of elasticity. The equations of the deformation of thin-walled elastic bodies are classified, their qualitative correspondence to the equations of the theory of elasticity is clarified, and the forms of the features that arise along the shift lines of the boundary conditions in the corresponding contact problems are established. A criterion for selecting approximate models to describe the properties of the coatings depending on the geometrical and mechanical characteristics of the coating and the substrate and also on their degree of adhesion is given.  相似文献

The problem of the existence of natural oscillations of a thin elastic orthotropic circular closed cylindrical shell with free and hinge-mounted ends and of an open cylindrical shell with free and hinge-mounted edges, when the two boundary generatrices are hinge-mounted is investigated. Dispersion equations and asymptotic formulae for finding the natural frequencies of possible vibration modes are obtained using the system of equations corresponding to the classical theory of orthotropic cylindrical shells. A mechanism is proposed by means of which the vibrations can be separated into possible types. Approximate values of the dimensionless characteristic of the natural frequency and the attenuation characteristic of the corresponding vibration modes are obtained using the examples of closed and open orthotropic cylindrical shells of different lengths.  相似文献

The problem of an elastic half-space with stress-free surface and a crack of arbitrary shape with prescribed displacements or tractions is reduced to an equivalent system of integral equations on the crack. For a pressurized crack in a plane perpendicular to the free surface, a scalar integral equation is derived. In properly chosen function spaces, unique solvability of the integral equation and regularity of solutions for regular data are proven.  相似文献
