Synthesen von Heterocyclen, 40. Mitt.: Über das 3-(2-Acetoxy-benzoyl)-4-ketobenzoxazin-(1,2)

Zusammenfassung Beim Erhitzen von o-Hydroxy-phenylglyoxal-phenylhydrazon-(2) mit Acetanhydrid tritt eine Spaltung an der N–NH-Bindung unter Bildung von 3-(2-Acetoxybenzoyl)-4-ketobenzoxazin-(1,2) und Acetanilid ein.     

(S)-(-)-norlaudanosine和(S)-(-)-O,O-dimethylcoclaurine的合成

以高藜芦胺为起始原料,经N-磺酰化反应制得高藜芦磺酰胺(2);2分别与芳乙烯甲醚经对甲苯磺酸催化的Pictet-Spengler反应后用金属钠脱除Ts基团合成了(±)-norlaudanosine(5a)和(±)-O,O-dimethylcoclaurine(5b);使用半量拆分法,以N-乙酰-L-苯丙氨酸为拆分剂,制得(S)-(-)-5a和(S)-(-)-5b,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS和HR-ESI-MS确证。     

1,4,7,10-N,N,N,N.四(2-(4-(2-乙酰硫基乙氧基)苯氧基)乙基)-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷的合成研究

以对苄氧基苯酚为原料,经3步反应合成不对称的对苯二酚烷氧基化合物,并以此为原料,合成乙酰硫基修饰的cyclen四取代氢醌醚链化合物.该路线不仅反应条件温和,操作易行,且收率高,克服了文献报道的合成路线重复性差、收率低的缺点.关键中间体及目标化合物经~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、MS、IR和元素分析表征.     

Indole derivatives. 138. Synthesis of α-(5-indolyl)ethylamine and 5-(2-aminoethoxy)- and 5-(aminoethylthio)tryptamines

The reaction of 5-acetylindole with hydroxylamine with subsequent reduction of the resulting oxime gave -(5-indolyl)ethylamine. Coupling of 4-(2-phthalimidoethoxy)- and 4-(2-phthalimidoethylthio)phenyldiazonium chlorides with ethyl -acetyl--phthalimidovalerate, subsequent cyclization of the resulting hydrazones, hydrolysis, decarboxylation, and removal of the phthalyl protecting group led to the formation of 5-(2-aminoethoxy)- and 5-(2-aminoethylthio)tryptamines, respectively.For Communication 137, see [1].Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 46–48, January, 1992.

Zusammenfassung Zum Zwecke eines pharmakologischen Vergleiches mit den früher hergestellten Hydroxyaminen in Stellung 10 des Phenthiazinringes wurde eine Anzahl von Verbindungen neu hergestellt, die einen Hydroxyaminsubstituenten in Stellung 3 tragen.
