A binuclear Cu(Ⅰ) complex[Cu(PCNP)(mepypz)]_2(BF_4)_2 (1,PCNP=2,6-bis(diphenylphosphine)-benzonitrile,mepypz=2-methyl-6-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-pyridine was synthesized from the reaction of Cu(CH_3CN)_4BF_4,PCNP and mepypz in CH_2Cl_2 at room temperature.The compound was characterized by NMR,UV-vis and X-ray single-crystal structure analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2_1/c with a=14.0139(5),b=11.8149(3),c=27.1248(10)?,β=96.686(4)°,V=4460.6(3)?~3,Z=2,M_r=1561.97,D_c=1.163 g/cm~3,F(000)=1600.0,μ=1.774 mm~(–1),GOOF=1.071,the final R=0.0523 and w R=0.1412 for 7919 observed reflections with I2σ(I).The Cu atoms in the complex are four-coordinated and adopt a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry.In the solid state,the complex exhibits yellowish-green emission with a peak wavelength of 546 nm,a lifetime of 390μs,and a quantum yield of 0.45 at room temperature.The temperature-dependent investigation of luminescent properties suggests that the complex emits thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) at room temperature.  相似文献

We have used fluorescent spectroscopy and laser flash photolysis to investigate the photonics of pyrene molecules in a pyrene–-cyclodextrin inclusion complex in various media. We have observed a protective effect of -cyclodextrin relative to solubilized pyrene molecules during quenching of fluorescence by Ti ions (or titanium dioxide particles) in mixed colloids. In the presence of a precursor of silica (a TEOS solution), the pyrene molecules react with the colloidal silica particles formed, and the reaction is accompanied by decomposition of the pyrene–-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and efficient photoionization of pyrene.  相似文献

A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex Ni_2(L)_2(2,2?-bipy)2·5.5H_2 O with methy-bicycle[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid(H2L) and 2,2?-bipyridine(2,2?-bipy) as ligands has been synthesized in the mixed solvent DMF and water(v:v = 5:2). It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 10.414(2), b = 12.884(3), c = 16.176(4) ?, α = 70.715(5), β = 80.599(5), γ = 77.383(6)o, V = 1989.4(8) ?3, Dc = 1.531 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 958, GOOF = 1.028, the final R = 0.0808 and w R = 0.2036. The crystal structure shows that the whole molecule consists of two independent dinuclear units, in which two nickel ions are bridged by two μ2-η1:η0 3-carboxylate groups of L2- anions. The coordination environment of Ni(Ⅱ) ion is Ni N_2O_3, giving a distorted square pyramidal geometry. The thermal stability and electrochemical properties of the complex were investigated.  相似文献

A Cu(II) complex of tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) [Cu(C15H12N2)2Cl2]2 (1) was synthesized, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR. 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.3780(5), b = 15.1392(6), c = 15.5923(6) , β = 124.522(2)°, Z = 2 and V = 2601.86(17) 3. In 1, each Cu2+ ion is coordinated with two N atoms from two tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) ligands and three Cl- anions to give a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, which is further linked through edge-sharing bridging by Cl- anions to form a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure.  相似文献

It crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3)(A), α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)°, V = 562.3(4)(A)3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, each copper(Ⅱ) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(Ⅱ) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(Ⅱ) atoms of 3.398 (A).  相似文献

Reaction of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with CuCl2 in neutral aqueous solutions gave a stable molecular complex without any side-arm support. The X-ray crystallographic analysis clarified that the copper ion was located at the bottom of the primary-hydroxy side as a CuCl2(H2O)2 form. Hydrogen bonds were found between the Cl and H2O ligands and β-CD hydroxy and ether groups. The copper ion is axially coordinated with a hydroxy group of a neighboring β-CD molecule, giving a one-dimensional β-CD/CuCl2 array.  相似文献

A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [MnⅡMnⅢL](ClO4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzyl amine, was obtained and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The orange crystal is a monoclinic system with space group P21/c and lattice parameters a=1.1617(4), b=1.4005(3), c=1.4641(3) nm, β=113.03(2)°, and Z=2. The crystal structure shows that each pendant-arm is bonded in a bidentate fashion to the adjacent metal atom and that both the arms are on the same side of the macrocycle. The two Mn atoms are bridged by two μ2-phenoxy oxygen atoms of the tetra-imine macrocycle, and each Mn atom, locating in a trigonal prismatic coordination environment(N3O3), is six-coordinated by the two imine nitrogen atoms, one tertiary nitrogen atom and a pendant phenol moiety apart from the two oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The Cu(II)-diacetyl-bis (N4-methylthiosemicarbazone) complex (ATSM−Cu(II)) has been suggested as a promising positron emission tomography (PET) agent for hypoxia imaging. Several in-vivo studies have shown its potential to detect hypoxic tumors. However, its uptake mechanism and its specificity to various cancer cell lines have been less studied. Herein, we tested ATSM−Cu(II) toxicity, uptake, and reduction, using four different cell types: (1) mouse breast cancer cells (DA-3), (2) human embryonic kidney cells (HEK-293), (3) breast cancer cells (MCF-7), and (4) cervical cancer cells (Hela) under normoxic and hypoxic conditions. We showed that ATSM−Cu(II) is toxic to breast cancer cells under normoxic and hypoxic conditions; however, it is not toxic to normal HEK-293 non-cancer cells. We showed that the Cu(I) content in breast cancer cell after treatment with ATSM−Cu(II) under hypoxic conditions is higher than in normal cells, despite that the uptake of ATSM−Cu(II) is a bit higher in normal cells than in breast cancer cells. This study suggests that the redox potential of ATSM−Cu(II) is higher in breast cancer cells than in normal cells; thus, its toxicity to cancer cells is increased.  相似文献
