Two lead coordination compounds [Pb2(nta)]NO3 (1) and [Pb(oda)] (2) have been synthesized by slow evaporation or hydrothermal conditions using nitrilotriacetic acid (nta) and 2,2′-oxydiacetic acid (oda) as ligands, respectively. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared absorption spectrum, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound 1 is a 2-D honeycomb-like layer structure with (6,3) topology. When the bonding limit of Pb–O extends from 2.76 to 2.90 Å, potential weak Pb–O bonds can be found in 1, and the 2-D layer structure can be further linked to generate a 3-D 4-connected supramolecular sra net with the (42.63.8) Schläfli symbol. Compound 2 contains a 1-D infinite Pb–O chain which is connected through µ3-, µ4-, and µ5-coordination modes of oda to form a new 3-D structure.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers [Zn(L)2(4,4′-bipy)2] n (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) (1) and [Pb(η 2-L)(µ3-η 2-CH3COO)(H2O)] n (2) have been prepared by the reaction of 3-(4-carboxyphenylhydrazono)pentane-2,4-diketone (HL) with zinc(II) or lead(II) in solution. Polymer 1 shows an infinite zigzag chain, in which Zn(II) are linked by 4,4′-bipy bridges with carboxylate of L? monodentate to Zn(II). In 2, Pb(II) are bridged by tetradentate µ3-η 2-CH3COO? to form a linear 1-D chain, and each Pb(II) is chelated by carboxylate of L?. Their molecular structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Thermal and fluorescent properties of the two complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

Two lead(II)-thiocyanato coordination polymers with 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (5,5′-dm-2,2′-bpy) and 4,4′-dimethoxy-2,2′-bipyridine (4,4′-dmo-2,2′-bpy) as chelating ligands were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, thermal behavior, and X-ray crystallography. These complexes have formulas [Pb(5,5′-dm-2,2′-bpy)(NCS)2] n (1) and [Pb(4,4′-dmo-2,2′-bpy)(NCS)2] n (2). The coordination numbers of PbII in 1 and 2 are four, PbN4, with “stereo-chemically active” electron pairs and hemidirected coordination spheres. Considering Pb···S as weak bonds, 1 and 2 are 1- and 2-D coordination polymers, respectively. The supramolecular features in these complexes are guided/controlled by weak directional intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Microcrystals of a new Pb(II) coordination polymer, [Pb2(1,3,5-HBTC)2(H2O)4] · H2O (1) (1,3,5-H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzentricarboxylic acid), was synthesized by a sonochemical method. The structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analyses, and IR spectroscopy. Thermal stability was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. After the calcination of nanosized 1 at 400°C, pure phase nanosized Pb(II) oxide has been produced.  相似文献

Two types of bis(β-diketonato) Co(II) complexes, [Co(CNacac)2] (CNacac?=?3-cyano-pentane-2,4-dionato), and [Co(dbm)2] (dbm?=?dibenzoylmethanato or 1,3-diphenyl-propane-1,3-dionato) were examined as linear building blocks for the construction of coordination polymers in combination with two oligopyridines, 1,4-bis(4,2’:6’,4”-terpyridin-4’-yl)benzene (L1) and 1,3-bis(3,2’:6’,3”-terpyridin-4’-yl)benzene) (L2). From combinations of [Co(CNacac)2] with L1 and L2, 2-D coordination polymers, [Co(CNacac)2]2(L1)·(CHCl3)·(CH3OH) (CoCN-1) and [Co(CNacac)2](L2)1/2·(tetrachloroethane)3/2 (CoCN-2), are obtained. Both CoCN-1 and CoCN-2 have 2D (4,4) net structures, in which L1 and L2 are tetradentate. In contrast, combination of [Co(dbm)2] with L2 affords a 1-D coordination polymer, [Co(dbm)2](L2)·4(CH3OH) (Codbm-1), in which L2 is bidentate. L2 as a tetradentate ligand was inhibited by bulky phenyl rings in [Co(dbm)2]. These results indicate that [Co(CNacac)2] with a relatively simplified structure is useful as a linear building block in combinations with bulky oligopyridines.  相似文献

Three multi‐dentate 1, 2,4‐triazole derivative ligands containing different 4‐substituted groups, namely N‐1, 2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl(pyridin‐3‐yl)methylenimine (L1), N‐1, 2,4‐triazol‐ 4‐yl(pyridin‐4‐yl)methylenimine (L2), and 4‐(2‐pyridine)‐1, 2,4‐triazole (L3) were used to isolate five iron(II) and zinc(II) coordination frameworks, [Zn(μ2‐L1)Cl2] ( 1 ), [Zn(μ2‐L2)Br2] ( 2 ), [Fe(L1)2(NCS)2(H2O)2] ( 3 ), [Fe(L3)2(dca)2(H2O)2] ( 4 ), and [Fe(L3)22‐dca)] ( 5 ) (dca = dicyanamide anion). When different zinc(II) salts were used to react with L1 and L2 under solvothermal conditions, two one‐dimensional (1D) zinc(II) coordination frameworks 1 and 2 containing four‐coordinate central zinc(II) atoms were isolated. 1 is a 3D achiral supra‐molecular framework, whereas 2 is a 3D chiral supra‐molecular framework containing helical chains on a 21 axis. 3 is a mono‐nuclear iron(II) coordination framework containing six‐coordinate central FeII atoms. When L3 was employed, mono‐nuclear iron(II) framework 4 and 1D iron(II) chain 5 could be isolated when different amounts of Nadca were introduced into the reaction system. Variable‐temperature magnetic susceptibility data of 3 – 5 were recorded in the 2–300 K temperature range indicating weak anti‐ferromagnetic interactions. The solid‐state luminescent properties of coordination polymers 1 and 2 were also investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Abstract

N,N′-Bis(pyridin-4-ylmethylene)naphthalene-1,5-diamine (L) acts as a bipyridine analogue linker ligand towards {Zn74-O)2(OAc)10}, {Zn2(NCS)2(OAc)2}, and {Zn(N3)2} nodes and allows construction of three new 1-D coordination polymers, the linear chain [Zn74-O)2(OAc)10(L)]n (1), [Zn(NCS)(OAc)(L)]n (2) in ladder-type geometry and the zigzag chain [Zn(N3)2(L)]n (3). Structural characterization reveals that in 1 acetate anionic ligands connect seven Zn(II) ions through the bridging coordination modes μ312 and μ211. The resulting heptanuclear node is located on an inversion center and therefore consists of four crystallographically distinct cations; their coordination spheres correspond to distorted octahedra or tetrahedra. The Zn(II) ions in polymer 2 exhibit distorted trigonal bipyramidal {ZnN3O2} coordination; μ211 coordinated acetate and terminal thiocyanate ligands lead to inversion-symmetric [Zn2(NCS)2(OAc)2] secondary building units (SBU), which are further linked by the N,N′-bipyridine analogue L. Terminal coordination of two anionic azide ligands and the bridging bipyridine L result in coordination polymer 3, in which the cations adopt distorted tetrahedral {ZnN4} coordination. In all crystalline solids 13, adjacent 1-D chains interact through π–π stacking and non-classical (C???H···O, C???H···π) hydrogen bonds, leading to 3-D supramolecular architectures. Differences in their 3-D arrangement are due to variations in the anionic co-ligands, subtle conformational differences in the semi-rigid linker and the variable coordination sphere about the zinc cations. Thermogravimetric investigations indicate differences in both thermal stability and decomposition mode. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis provides a convenient basis for investigating the intramolecular bonding interactions and delocalization effects in these molecular systems. Finally, solids 13 exhibit intense luminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

A 2D lead(II) coordination polymer [Pb2(phen)2(N3)3(ClO4)]n,( 1 ) containing 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and two different anions, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallography. The single‐crystal X‐ray data show two different kinds of Pb2+ ions with coordination numbers of eight, Pb1 = PbN6O2 and Pb2 = PbN8, with hemidirected and holodirected structures, respectively. The supramolecular features in 1 is negiotated through the weak but directional C‐H···O and C‐H···N interactions and aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Two new cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd2(nda)2(L1)] n (1) and [Cd(nda)(L2)0.5] n (2), were hydrothermally synthesized with 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2nda) and auxiliary N-donor coligands [L1?=?1,5-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)pentane and L2?=?4,4′-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl]. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses showed that the topological networks are different when the N-donor ligands are changed. Compound 1 showed a (416.65) topology and 2 showed a twofold interpenetrating pcu topology.  相似文献

Four new mixed-ligand complexes of lead(II) hexafluoroacetylacetonate (hfa) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The single-crystal structure of [Pb2(phen)4(hfa)2(μ-NO3)2] (1) shows the complex to be a dimeric unit as a result of nitrate bridging. The coordination number of Pb(II) is eight with four N-donors from a “phen” and four O-donors from the hexafluoroacetylacetonate and nitrate ligands. This dimeric complex is the first fluorine β-diketonate and nitrate mixed-ligand lead(II) complex that has been characterized by X-ray structural analysis. The supramolecular features in this complex are controlled by weak directional intermolecular interactions and aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

A new nano-sized Pb(II) one-dimensional coordination polymer with η2 Pb-C interactions, [Pb23-ba)22-ba)2]n (1) [ba = benzylacetylacetonate] has been synthesized and characterized by SEM, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows the coordination number of Pb(II) ions is seven and the lead atoms have hemidirected coordination sphere containing involving Pb?C interactions, C2O7Pb. PbO nanoparticles were obtained by calcinations of the nano-sized compound 1 at 600 °C.  相似文献

Three new polynuclear compounds based on a dicarboxylic acid ligand are reported. In particular, two Cu(II) coordination compounds, [Cu2(H2O)6(Hbzlidp)2](CF3SO3)2·2H2O (1) and [Cu(NO3)(Hbzlidp)] (2) (bzlidp2? = N-benzyliminodipropionate anion), and a Ni(II) dinuclear compound, [Ni2(H2O)4(bzlidp)2] (3), were synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Different structures were obtained depending on the reaction conditions. The structural analyses reveal that 1 was formed by dinuclear [Cu2(H2O)6(Hbzlidp)2]2+ units built by two copper(II) ions joined through two Hbzlidp? ligands, while 2 was formed by pairs of Cu(II) centers bridged by four syn,syn carboxylate groups to generate “paddle wheel” units. The dinuclear copper units are arranged in a rhombus type grid, in a 2-D layer structure. In both cases, the N was protonated and not coordinated to the metal center. Compound 3 was formed by [Ni2(H2O)4(bzlidp)2] neutral dinuclear units, with octahedral Ni(II) centers. Solution studies of the ligand–M(II) systems (M(II) = Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb) were also carried out.  相似文献

Two different coordination polymers are obtained from d10 metal ions [Zn(II) and Cd(II)] and N,N′-ethylenebisacetamide (EBA). {[Zn(EBA)1.5(NO3)]?·?(NO3)} n (1) is a 1-D coordination polymer assembled from zinc ions and EBA molecules acting as a bridging ligand. Cd(H2O)2Cl2(EBA) (2) is constructed from 1-D inorganic polymeric chains {Cd(OH2)2Cl2} n and uncoordinated N,N′-ethylenebisacetamide molecules. These chains are interconnected through hydrogen bonds resulting in a 3-D supramolecular network. The luminescent properties of the organic molecule EBA, as well as of the coordination polymers 1, and 2 have been investigated.  相似文献

Two complexes constructed from aromatic acid and N-heterocyclic ligands have been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction: [Pb(cipt)(NDC)]n (1) [cipt?=?2-(3-chlorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, NDC?=?naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid] and [Pb(ipm)(BDC)2]n (2) [BDC?=?terephthalic acid, ipm?=?5-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol]. Single-crystal X-ray analysis shows that 1 exhibits an interesting arm-shaped chain structure. 1-D ladder chain structure is formed by N–H···O bonding interactions and further into a 2-D network by N–H···O hydrogen bonds and interchain ππ stacking interactions. Complex 2 shows a 2-D butterfly wings structure, which has been rarely reported. The structure in 2 has intermolecular N–H···O interactions, which help in construction of the 3-D framework. In 1, the coordination sphere of Pb(II) is hemi-directed, whereas the Pb(II) geometry in 2 is holo-directed. The solid-state fluorescence spectra of 1 and 2 are also investigated, as well as the ligands cipt and ipm.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, namely [Zn3(1,3,5-BTC)2(L1)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O (1) and [Cd3(1,2,3-BTC)2(L2)3] · H2O (2) (where L1 = 1,2-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), 1,3,5-H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and 1,2,3-H3BTC = 1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid), were synthesized in hydrothermal conditions. In 1, each 1,3,5-BTC anion coordinates to three Zn cations, and the framework of 1 can be simplified as (6 · 8 · 10)2(62 · 8 · 103)(82 · 10)(62 · 10) topology. In 2, 1,2,3-BTC anions coordinate to three cadmiums, and the whole structure displays a (62 · 84)2(64 · 8 · 10)(62 · 8)2 network containing three different types of nodes. The luminescent properties for 1 and 2 are discussed.  相似文献

The reactions of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O with NH4SCN and 2,4‐dpa (2,4‐dpa = 2,4‐dipyridineamine) in CH3OH afforded the one‐dimensional coordination polymer [Cd(NCS)2(2,4‐dpa)2]n, 1 , while reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O with NH4SCN and PmPa (PmPa = 2‐(1‐piperazinyl)pyrimidine) in CH3OH gave complex of the type [Cd(NCS)2(PmPa)2]n, 2. Each of the 2,4‐dpa ligand in complex 1 is coordinated to the Cd2+ metal center through pyridyl nitrogen atoms to form the one‐dimensional chain structures. The distorted {CdN4S2} octahedral coordination geometry around Cd2+ center is completed by pairs of bidentate thiocyanato ligands. Complex 2 has the 1‐D arrangement constructed through one‐dimensional double μ(N,S) end‐to‐end bridging thiocyanato groups bridged Cd(II) chains interconnected through PmPa ligands.  相似文献

Two new lead(II) complexes containing nitrite, [Pb(L)2(NO2)2], L?=?1,10-phenanthroline (phen) or 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of [Pb(phen)2(NO2)2] shows monomeric units. The coordination number is eight (four from “phen” ligands and four nitrite anions), weak interaction of lead(II) with oxygen atoms of adjacent molecules produce dimer units in the solid state. The arrangement of ligands exhibits a coordination hole around the lead(II), occupied possibly by a stereoactive lone pair of electrons on lead(II), and the coordination around lead is hemidirected. There is a π–π stacking interaction between the parallel aromatic rings that may help to increase the “gap” around lead(II).  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers {[Co(pbc)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (1) and [Co(pbc)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In 1, pbc? ligands link two Co(II) centers as μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O. Co(II) is six coordinate, octahedral. In 2, Co(II) is coordinated by four oxygens and two nitrogens. The ligands are μ2-N,O,O and μ3-N,O,O. Through different pbc? ligands, 2 generates a 3-D network composed of six-connected nodes. Compound 2 exhibits good photoluminescence, whereas 1 is nonemissive at room temperature.  相似文献

A coordination polymer, [Pb2(OH)(tzia)]·2H2O (1), has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of 5-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)isophthalic acid (H3tzia) and Pb(NO3)2. The polymer 1 is based on an unprecedented centrosymmetric tetranuclear [Pb4(OH)2(COO)4(ttaz)2] cluster linked by a multidentate tzia ligand, affording a 2-D 3,6-connected kgd layer. The adjacent layers are further jointed by Pb?O interactions to form a 3-D supramolecular framework with a rare (3,8)-connected tfz-d; UO3 topology. Photoluminescent properties of H3tzia, 1, and 1-desolvated have been further investigated, and it was interesting to find that 1-desolvated due to the removal of lattice water molecules reveals stronger photoluminescence than 1.  相似文献

Four new coordination polymers, [Cd(3-TPTP)Cl]2 (3-HTPTP = 4′-(3-tetrazolylphenyl)2,2′:6′2′′-terpyridine, 1), {[Cd(3-TPTP)(pBDC)0.5]?4H2O}n (pH2BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 2), {[Mn(3-TPTP)(mBDC)0.5]?5H2O}n (mH2BDC = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 3), and [Pb(3-TPTP)(H2O)2]?OH (4), were obtained. Compounds 13 are composed of binuclear [M2(3-TPTP)2] ring as building unit. In 1, the binuclear rings pack into a 3-D supramolecular framework via various hydrogen bonds. In 2 and 3, the binuclear rings are connected by mBDC2? and pBDC2?, respectively, resulting in two types of 1-D chains. In 4, the mononuclear [Pb(3-TPTP)] units are connected by Pb?N weak interactions, giving a chiral 1-D coordination chain, which is further connected by O–H?N interaction to form a chiral 3-D supramolecular framework. The phase purity of 14 and luminescence properties of 1, 2, and 4 were also investigated.  相似文献
