The chemically switchable actions well imitate the function of a “molecular syringe,” has been studied in theory using the 1,3‐alternate calix [4]arene bearing a nitrogen‐containing crown cap at one side and a bis(ethoxyethoxy) group at another side by the π‐basic calixtube as a pipette and the crown ring as a rubber cap. The model is characterized by geometry optimization using density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP/6‐31G level. The obtained optimized structures are used to perform natural bond orbital (NBO) and frequency analysis. The electron‐donating heteroatoms: O and N offer lone pair electrons to the contacting RY* (1‐center Rydberg) or LP* (1‐center valence antibond lone pair) orbitals of K+, Ag+. The results indicate that when the nitrogen atom in the crown ring is protonated, K+ and Ag+ will be pushed out to the bis(ethoxyethoxy) side through a π‐basic calixtube. When the nitrogen·H+ in the crown ring is deprotonated, K+ and Ag+ are sucked back to the crown‐capped side again. In the course of the coordination, both the intermolecular electrostatic interactions and the cation‐π interactions between the metal ion and π‐orbitals of the two pairs facing inverted benzene rings play a significant role. Theoretical studies of 1,3‐alternate‐25,27‐bis(1‐methoxyethyl)calix[4]arene‐azacrown‐5 ( L1 ), 1,3‐alternate‐25,27‐bis(1‐methoxyethyl)calix[4]arene‐N‐phenyl‐azacrown‐5 ( L2 ), and the corresponding complexes M+/ L of L1 and L2 with the alkali‐metal cations: Na+, K+, and Rb+ have been performed using density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP/6‐31G* level. The optimized geometric structures obtained from DFT calculations are used to perform natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis. The two main types of driving force metal–ligand and cation–π interactions are investigated. The results indicate that intermolecular electrostatic interactions are dominant and the electron‐donating oxygen offer lone pair electrons to the contacting RY* (1‐center Rydberg) or LP* (1‐center valence antibond lone pair) orbitals of M+ (Na+, K+, and Rb+). What's more, the cation–π interactions between the metal ion and π‐orbitals of the two rotated benzene rings play a minor role. For all the structures, the most pronounced changes in geometric parameters upon interaction are observed in the calix[4]arene molecule. In addition, an extra pendant phenyl group attached to nitrogen can promote metal complexation by 3D encapsulation greatly. In addition, the enthalpies of complexation reaction and hydrated cation exchange reaction had been studied by the calculated thermodynamic data. A doubly-crowned calix and a double-calixcrown derived from 4,6,10,12,16,18,22,24,25,26,27, 28-dodecamethyl-5,11,17, 23-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (1) have been prepared by reaction of appropriate oligoethylene glycol ditosylates with (1) in acetonitrile in the presence of potassium carbonate. 本文通过对特丁基杯[4]芳烃的酚羟基烷基化和苯环特丁基位上的IPSO-硝化制备了一系列对硝基杯[4]芳烃烷基醚,烷基分别是n-C~4H~9(3a)、n-C~8H~1~7(3b)、n-C~1~2H~2~5(3c)和n-C~1~6H~3~3(3d)。^1HNMR表明所有新的杯[4]芳烃都具有锥形(cone)构象。  相似文献

合成了新试剂5 碘[杯(4)芳烃偶氮]氨基喹啉(ICAQ),并研究了该试剂与钯显色反应条件。结果表明,在pH10.2~11.0的Na2CO3 NaHCO3缓冲介质中,在TritonX 100存在下,试剂与钯发生显色反应,生成1∶1稳定络合物。建立了测定钯的光度法新体系,λmax=625nm,ε=1.42×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钯质量浓度在0~0 80μg/mL内符合比尔定律。方法用于钯催化剂中钯的测定,结果与原子吸收法相符,平行6次测定的RSD在2.5%~3.0%。  相似文献

杯[4]-1,3-二乙酸乙酯衍生物(1)与水合肼反应生成杯[4]芳烃酰肼衍生物(2),化合物(2)与异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到含酰胺和硫脲单元的新型杯[4]芳烃衍生物(3).总产率达70%.系列氨基酸萃取实验表明化合物(3)对异亮氨酸有较好的选择性萃取能力.  相似文献

合成了新试剂 5 碘 [杯 (4 )芳烃偶氮 ]氨基喹啉 (ICAQ) ,并研究了该试剂与钴显色反应条件。在弱碱性介质中 ,不加任何辅助试剂 ,ICAQ与钴发生显色反应 ,生成 1∶1稳定络合物。λmax=61 5nm ,ε=4.78× 1 0 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ;钴含量在 1 0~ 1 3 0 μg L内符合比尔定律。方法用于维生素B1 2 、茶叶、水样中微量钴的测定 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

[60]- and [70]Fullerenes have been shown to form 1:1 supramolecular complexes with bis[2-(5,11,17,23,29,35-hexa-tert-butyl-37,38,39,40,41-pentahydroxycalix[6]arenyl-oxy ethyl ether) (1) and 5,11,17,23,29,35-hexa-tert-butyl-37,38,40,41-tetra hydroxyl-39,42-(crown-4)calix[6]arene (2) in CHCl3 medium by electronic absorption spectroscopy. Formation constants (K) of the complexes of [60]- and [70]fullerenes with 1 and 2 have been determined at room temperature from which free energy of formation values of the complexes have been estimated. The very high formation constant value of [60]fullerene/1 complex (5900 dm3 mol-1) in indicative of formation of inclusion complex. Moreover, PM3 calculations reveal that intermolecular interaction between [60]fullerene and 1 proceeds through quite deep energy molecular orbital.  相似文献

A new idea of the nanorods preparation and a novel application of calixarenes are presented. Calix[4]arene was introduced into solvothermal system to produce one-dimensional inorganic nanomaterial. The obtained product was characterized by XRD and TEM. Results of the XRD analysis showed that the product was pure cubic phase of PbS with high crystallinity. TEM images revealed that the diameter and length of the PbS nanorods were about 200 nm and up to 3.5 μm, respectively. Optical properties of the product were also studied. PL emission image showed that the product exhibited an emission peak at 308 nm in ultraviolet region showing a blue shift of 14 nm compared to the bulk material. The formation mechanism of PbS nanorods in the presence of calix[4]arene is discussed.  相似文献

Six kinds of tetra alkylester type calix[4]arene derivatives, (R1=R2=CH31, C2H52, C3H73,n-C4H94,t-C4H95,n-C10H216), a diethyl-didecyl mixed ester type (R1=C2H5, R2 =C10H217), and three kinds of lower rim bridged types (R1=C2H5, R2–R2=(CH2)108, (CH2)129, (CH2)2(OCH2CH2)310) were characterized by electrochemical measurement to elucidate the effect of the length of the alkyl group of alkoxycarbonyl substituents on Na+ selectivity. To obtain excellent Na+ selective ionophores, introduction of short chain alkyl groups rather than long chain ones, such as a decyl group, and maintenance of sufficient solubility of the calix[4]arene derivatives in the membrane solvent are required concurrently. Among the calix[4]arenes tested, 25,26,27,28-tetrakis[(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy]-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene2, and the diethyl-didecyl mixed ester type derivative7 are the best ionophores for a Na+ selective electrode. On the other hand, sodium selectivity of the bridged type derivative9 is comparable or even superior to that of the known bis(12-crown-4).This paper is dedicated to the commemorative issue on the 50th anniversary of calixarenes.  相似文献

The synthesis of25-[2-(ethoxy-1-p-toluene-sulfonate)phenyl]-26,27,28-trihydroxy calix[4]arene3 as a byproduct of the preparation of 1,3-dialkylated25,27-di-[2-(ethoxy-1p-toluene-sulfonate)phenyl]-26,28-dihydroxy calix[4]arene 2 is reported. Compound 3 is a monoalkylatedcalix[4]arene in the cone conformation. The X-ray structure of 3 showed that this conformation is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

采用Oniom方法(B3LYP/LANL2DZ∶PM3)对脲基取代的二(9-冠-3)杯[4]芳烃衍生物(H)与离子对Na+X-(X=F-,Cl-,Br-)的包合作用进行了理论研究.在上述体系中存在2种包合方式:一是阴、阳离子在包合物中是分离的,阴离子与主体分子的上沿主要以N—H…X-氢键作用;二是阴、阳离子在包合物中存在明显的离子配对作用,阴离子主要以阳离子的配对作用存在.通过对包合物Na+X-/H的结构参数、自然键轨道(NBO)以及结合能分析可知,第1种包合方式更有利.研究表明脲基取代的二(9-冠-3)杯[4]芳烃衍生物可成为有效的离子对识别受体,研究结果进一步加深了杯芳烃类受体对离子对识别机理的认识,为实验上设计合成新型离子对受体提供了理论依据.  相似文献

The first comparative theoretical study of three parent calix[4]arene analogues (calix[4]arene, thiacalix[4]arene, and homooxacalix[4]arene) has been performed using molecular dynamic simulations and density functional theory (MPWB1K/6-311G∗∗//B3LYP/6-311G∗∗) methods. The theoretical observations herein including optimized geometry, polarity, and atomic charge data provide that homooxacalix[4]arene would offer more efficient platform for metal ion recognition compared to thiacalix[4]arene or calix[4]arene.  相似文献

The cone conformation of C 4 symmetry is shown by the Hartree-Fock method (3-21G basis) to be the predominant conformer of calix[4]arene; the compressed cone of C 2 symmetry is the major conformer of calix[6]arene. Using quantum chemical methods we calculated hydrogen bond cleavage energies for calix[4]-(ab initio and density functional methods) and calix[6]arene (ab initio), and also for the complex of calix[4]arene with carbon disulfide. These energies along with structural data point to the cooperative effect of hydrogen bonds. The results of these studies provided an explanation to the greater conformational lability of calix[6]arene compared with calix[4]arene molecules. It is also predicted that the nucleophilic substitution reaction involving calix[6]arene in the presence of weak bases and in aprotic solvents, as well as in the gas phase, will occur via diastereomeric transition states.  相似文献

In the present work, we synthesised a functionalised calix[4]arene with 5,11-di(N-methyl-E-(4-pyridylethylene) moiety (CX[4]), and investigated interactions of it with HemiMeQ[6], HemiMeQ[7], and Q[8]) in both water and DMSO using fluorescence spectrophotometry and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Titration 1H NMR spectra revealed that Q[n]s prefers to include the N-methyl-E-(4-pyridylethylene) moiety. In particular, the interaction of CX[4] with Q[8] in water resulted in intense fluorescence emission, and this interaction system can respond to compounds such as amantadine.  相似文献

We first make use of aminolysis of calix[4]arene esters to synthesize calix[4]arene amides. When the two ethyl esters of the calix[4]arene esters are aminolysized, the 1, 3-amide derivative is formed selectively. The crystal structures of the calix-[4]arene with two butyl amide (3b) and four butyl amide moieties (4b) were determined. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds make 4b form two-dimensional net work insolid state. The 1H NMR spectra prove that 3b is of a pinched cone conformation, while 4b and tetraheptylamide-calix[4]arene (6b) take fast interconversion between two C2v isomers in solution and appear an apparent cone conformation at room temperature. As decreasing temperature, the interconversion rate decreases gradually and, finally, the interconversion process is frozen at Tc = -10℃, which makes both conformations of 4b and 6b the pinched cone structures. The hydrogen bond improves the interconversion barrier, and the large different values of the potential barrier between 6b and 4b (or 6b) may  相似文献

对叔丁基(硫杂)杯[4]芳烃-1,3-二醛基衍生物4a和4b与苯基氨基硫脲进行“1+2”缩合反应, 合成了杯[4]芳烃缩氨基硫脲衍生物5a和5b, 产率为84%和85%. 化合物4a和4b与1,6-己基双氨基脲发生“1+1”缩合反应, 合成了杯[4]芳烃双缩氨基脲桥联衍生物6a和6b, 产率为83%和80%. 新化合物的结构与构象经元素分析、质谱、核磁共振谱等表征证实.  相似文献
