磷酸化壳聚糖膜的仿生复合修饰 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
仿生构建羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料是制备骨修复材料的一条有效途径.以甲醛和磷酸为反应试剂,采用均相反应法制备出壳聚糖(CS)的磷酸化衍生物-甲基磷酸化壳聚糖(NPCS).红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析结果表明,改性后的CS分子结构和元素组成发生显著变化,偶合等离子体发射光谱测试显示NPCS的取代度可达到0.5左右.用模拟体液(SBF)处理CS和NPCS膜,扫描电镜(SEM)观察和能量色散X射线分析表明,NPCS膜表面沉积了磷酸钙盐.由X射线衍射分析得知,NPCS膜表面形成的是低结晶度的羟基磷灰石(HA).接触角测试结果表明,经改性或修饰后,材料表面的亲水性明显提高. 相似文献

The Michael reaction of chitosan with acrylic acid was carried out successfully, even in water alone as the reaction medium. As a consequence of its good solubility in water, the reaction product, N‐carboxyethylchitosan, showed excellent biodegradable properties with standard activated sludge.

Abstract Chitosan has been investigated as a non‐viral vector because it has several advantages such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, and low toxicity. However, low specificity and low transfection efficiency of chitosan as a DNA carrier need to be overcome prior to clinical trial. In this review paper, chemical modification of chitosan was tried in order to enhance cell specificity and transfection efficiency. The chemical modification of chitosan via polymer-analogous reactions and grafting and block copolymerizations with vinyl monomers in liquid media and in the solid phase is considered. The main attention is given to factors influencing the efficiency of copolymerization processes, such as the nature of a monomer and initiator, the molecular mass, the degree of deacetylation, and the conformation of chitosan macromolecules (pH of a medium), and temperature. The effects of composition and structure of the copolymers on their properties are ascertained. Some prospects for the application of chitosan derivatives are analyzed. 相似文献

分析壳聚糖棒材在湿态环境下力学性能衰减速率过快的原因,通过对植物叶拒水机理的仿生,将壳聚糖表面进行复合式仿生疏水改性.先对壳聚糖棒材表面进行酰化改性,降低了棒材表面极性,使棒材表面形成一种微观凹凸的粗糙结构.然后在此粗糙结构上进行生物酯涂覆,以达到仿植物叶的拒水效果.结果表明,壳聚糖棒材表面经过乙酰化处理,表面变得粗糙.经接触角实验和吸水速率测试表明,壳聚糖棒材表面经酰化改性后,降低了材料表面的极性及亲水性.通过控制酰化反应时间,能有效地增大棒材的接触角,使得最外层的生物酯涂层紧密结合,经模拟体液浸泡实验,该材料3个月内完全拒水,达到了预期的目的. 相似文献

壳聚糖是一种天然高分子,也是迄今为止唯一发现的阳离子碱性多糖。壳聚糖分子链中富含羟基和氨基等反应性官能团,具有生物相容性、生物可降解性、抗菌性、无细胞毒性等优良性能,在生化、医药、环保、农业等领域有广泛的应用前景。然而,由于其大分子具有较好的立构规整性和较强的氢键作用,除稀盐酸、稀醋酸外,壳聚糖不溶于水和其它有机溶剂,因而限制了它的应用范围。为了扩大其应用领域,常通过接枝共聚反应来改善壳聚糖的性能。本文介绍了壳聚糖接枝共聚改性的最新研究进展,包括自由基引发接枝法、偶联接枝法以及催化接枝法。 相似文献

The swelling of membranes of the polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) between chitosan and alginate shows a similar pattern to that of other PECs. However, if the swelled membranes are dried, a second swelling process is seen which exhibits Fickian behavior. The apparent activation energy was estimated to be 32.8 kJ · mol?1. The release rate of model solutes was highly dependent on their molecular weight and the pH of the medium.

用对羟基苯甲醛、水杨醛和香草醛对壳聚糖进行了修饰.探讨了产物对微量Hg2+,Pb2+,Au3+,Cu2+,Ag+,Cr3+,Cd2+,Ni2+和Zn2+的吸附性能.结果表明,改性后的壳聚糖具有不易流失、易再生的特点,并且对离子的去除率较高,尤其对Hg2+,Pb2+和Au3+,去除率更高. 相似文献
