对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃-1,3-二醛基衍生物1与水杨酰肼、烟酰肼、异烟酰肼反应, 合成了具有开链结构新型杯[4]多重氮杂衍生物2a2c, 产率分别为88%, 85%和90%. 化合物1与乙二酰肼、丙二酰肼、己二酰肼反应, 得到具有桥联结构的新型杯[4]多重氮杂衍生物3a3c, 产率分别为86%, 89%和90%. 新化合物的结构经元素分析、质谱、核磁共振谱等表征证实, 杯[4]芳烃单元均为1,3-取代且采取锥式构象.  相似文献

A series of novel calix[4](aza)crowns 2a2d containing acylhydrazone groups was designed and synthesized via 1+1 condensation of calix[4]‐1,3‐substituted benzaldehyde derivative 1 with bis‐hydrazides in 85–90% yields. They showed good complexation abilities toward α‐amino acids and exhibited complexation selectivity toward tryptophane.  相似文献

在对叔丁基硫杂杯[4]芳烃的下缘1,3位引入芳醛基, 合成了硫杂杯[4]二醛基衍生物2. 化合物2与苯胺、水杨酰肼、烟酰肼、异烟酰肼等通过席夫碱缩合反应得到新型硫杂杯[4]氮杂衍生物3a3d, 产率分别为83%, 80%, 77%和79%. 化合物2与邻苯二胺、乙二酰肼、丙二酰肼、己二酰肼等通过“1+1”分子间缩合得到新型1,3-桥联硫杂杯[4]氮杂衍生物4a4d, 产率53%, 51%, 59%和66%. 新化合物的结构经IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析等证实.  相似文献

Polymerization of three cyclic ketene acetals: i.e., 5,6-benzo-2-methylene-1,3-dioxepane (BMDO), 2-methylene-4-phenyl-1,3-dioxolane (MPDO) and 4, 7-dimethyl-2-methylene-1, 3-dioxepane(DMMDO) were carried out in the presence ofethyl α-bromobutyrate/CuBr/2, 2'-bipyridine respectively. The structures of poly(BMDO), poly(MPDO) and poly(DMMDO)were characterized by ~1H and ~(13)C-NMR spectra. The effects of monomer structure on the behavior of atom transfer freeradical ring-opening polymerization were investigated and the mechanism of controlled free radical ring-openingpolymerization was discussed.  相似文献

A novel series of bis(tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolin-8-ones) and bis(tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]quinazolinones) containing amide linkages were regionselectively prepared via a three-component reaction of bis(aldehydes) with dimedone and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (or 2-aminobenzimidazole) under conventional heating as well as under microwave irradiation.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel calix[4]‐dixanthates‐crowns were designed and synthesized by the “1 + 1 condensation” of reacting calix[4]‐1,3‐dixanthate salts derivative (4) with polyethylene glycol ditosylates in 40–60% yields. It was found that the new calixcrowns showed outstanding complexation abilities towards soft cations. Calix[4]‐dixanthate‐crown‐4 (5b) exhibited high complexation selectivity towards Ni2+.  相似文献

The photopolymerization of 3,4-epoxy-1-butene (1) was investigated using Fourier transform real-time infrared spectroscopy (FT-RTIR). The effects of photoinitiator structure and concentration and light intensity on the photopolymerization were investigated. Compared to related epoxide monomers, 1 was shown to be more reactive and this was ascribed to stabilization of the growing cationic chain end by the double bond during the ring-opening polymerization. Epoxide 1 was also shown to be useful as a reactive diluent in the photopolymerization of multifunctional epoxides and was observed to accelerate the polymerization of less reactive epoxy monomers.  相似文献

Summary 6-Phenyl-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4,8,9-hexahydro-[1,3,5]-thiadiazepino-[3,2-f]-purine (5) was obtained by a three-step synthesis from 8-mercapto-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (1) and 2-(benzoylamino)-ethyl chloride (2)via 8-(benzoylaminoethylthio)-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (3) and its chloromido derivative4. The analogous 9-phenyl-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4,6,7-hexahydro-[1,3,6]-thiadiazepino-[3,2-f]-purine (7) was synthesized either from compound1 and N-(2-chloroethyl)-benzimido chloridevia N-(chloroethyl)-S-(1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7H-purin-8-yl)-benzothioimide (6), or alternatively from 7-(2-benzoylaminoethyl)-8-bromo-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (9), its 8-mercapto derivative10 and the corresponding chloroimido compound11 being the intermediates.Part of this paper was presented as a preliminary report at the Congress of Czech and Slovak Chemical Societies, Olomouc, Czech Republic, September 13–16, 1993  相似文献

A novel series of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines 14a–j and pyrazolo[1,5-a]quinazolines 18a, b were synthesized via condensation of 5-amino-1H-pyrazoles 10a, b with 3-(dimethylamino)-1-aryl-prop-2-en-1-ones 11a–e and 2-((dimethylamino)methylene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (15), respectively, in glacial acetic acid. Finally, treatment of 10a, b with sodium nitrite (NaNO2) afforded pyrazolo[3,4-d]triazines 20a, b. Structures of compounds were confirmed by their spectral data. These compounds were screened for their in vitro cytotoxic activities against human cancer cell lines (HepG-2 and MCF-7) using 3-[4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The results reveal that, the compounds 14b and 14h were the most potent in comparison with doxorubicin. The structure–activity relationship was discussed.  相似文献

By formylation of 1,3-bisubstituted calix[4]arene anthraquinone derivative 1 in hexamethylenetetramine/trifluoroacetic acid system, the corresponding formylated gecalix[4]arene anthraquinone derivative 2 was synthesized in yield of 63%. By further reacting compound 2 with salicylic hydrazide, 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine, nicotinyl hydrazine or phenyl thiosemicarhazide, novel calix[4]arene derivatives with anthraquinone and hydrazone groups 3a–3d were obtained in yields of 74–83%. The extracting experiments for series of metallic cations showed that compounds 3a–3d possessed high extracting abilities and extracting selectivity for tested cations. The complexation UV-Vis spectra for a series of anions indicated compounds 3a–3d exhibited the strong complexation abilities for tested anions. The 1H-NMR titration study showed that compound 3d possessed excellent complexation abilities for ion-pair of NaH2PO4 in 1:1 host-guest complex with the association constant of 4.6 × 104 M?1.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-allylthio-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole with iodine to give a mixture of 5,6-dihydro-5-iodomethyl-3-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazole, 6,7-dihydro-6-iodo-3-phenyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3]thiazine, 5,6-dihydro-6-iodomethyl-2-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazole, and 6,7-dihydro-6-iodo-2-phenyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazine has been studied. A series of indeno[2′,1′:5,6]pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrazoles was synthesized by the three‐component reaction of aldehyde, 5‐amino‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenylpyrazole and 1,3‐indenedione in the presence of SDS in aqueous media. Abstract

Reaction of 8-amino-7-(2 furyl)-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]thieno[2,3-b]quinoline-9-carbonitrile (3a) with phenyl isothiocyanate, triethyl orthoformate, ethylenediamine and/or sodium azide afforded benzo[h]thieno[2,3-b]quinolines 4,7,20 and 25 respectively. Cyclization of thiourea derivative 4 furnished thioxopyrimidine derivative 5. The dithioxopyrimidine 6 was prepared by reaction of 3a with carbon disulfide. On treatment of 7 with hydrazine hydrate, 10-amino-7-(2-furyl)-11-imino-5,6,10,11-tetrahydrobenzo[h]pyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno [2,3-b]quinoline (8) was obtained. Compounds 8,20 and 25 were used as key intermediates in the synthesis of the fused hexacyclic compounds 9–19, 21–24 and 26–28 respectively. 8-Amino-7-(2-furyl)-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]thieno[2,3-b]quinoline-9-carboxamide (3b) was reacted with some reagents, namely triethyl orthoformate, benzaldehyde, carbon disulfide, phenyl isothiocyanate, and/or acetic anhydride to give the corresponding benzo[h]pyrimido [4′,5′: 4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinolines 29, 30, 31, 32 and 34. Compound 29 underwent some sequence reactions to give 37–42. Some of the prepared compounds were tested in vitro for their antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

Abstract

A new series of bismaleimides containing ester groups in the backbone were synthesized from maleimido benzoic acid via its acid chloride with 4,4′-(hexa-fluoroisopropilidene)diphenol, 2,7-dihydroxynaphtalin, 1,3-dihydroxy-benzene and 4-hydroxyphenyl sulfone by simple condensation reaction. The monomers are characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. DSC studies of these bismaleimides indicated a curing exotherm in the temperature range 260–306°C with polymerization heat 92.9–139.6 J/g. Thermogravimetric analysis of the monomers showed high thermal stability for all bismaleimides.  相似文献

A variety of novel thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives, comprising amino acids 3a–l, imidazothieno-pyrimidines 4A, 4b–h, and 7, were obtained via the reaction of 4-chloro-5,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine 1 with a variety of reagents. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by microanalysis, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectrometry. A novel series of 1,3‐bis(2‐dihydrothiazolyl)thiaalkoxy‐ptert‐butylcalix[4]arenes generated by the reaction between 4,5‐dihydrothiazole‐2‐thiol and the different dibromide calix[4]aryl groups have been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS. From their analytical data, it was found that compounds 8, 9, and 10 had cone conformations, whereas compound 11 existed as a mixture conformation. To verify the structure of the synthetic compounds, a single‐crystal X‐ray structure of compound 8 was obtained.  相似文献

In the present study, two novel calix[4]arene receptors containing triphenylamine units in 1,3-alternate conformation have been synthesized and characterized in detail. First, the 25,27-dipropoxy-26,28-bis[(3-aminopropyl)oxy]-calix[4]arene 4 and 25,26,27,28-tetra[(3-aminopropyl)oxy]-calix[4]arene 7 were prepared by using convenient reagents. Then, these amino derivatives of calix[4]arene were converted to Schiff base derivatives appended to triphenylamine of calix[4]arene (5 and 8) using 4-formyltriphenylamine via condensation. The 1,3-alternate conformation of the synthesized calix[4]arenes was determined by 1H and 13C NMR analyses. Also, their structures have been characterized by using 1H and 13C NMR, infrared, and elemental analyses.

This communication describes the synthesis of Schiff base calix[4]arene (1) in which the Schiff base unit bridges two opposite hydroxy groups ofp-tert-butylcalix[4]arene. The synthesis of (1) has been achieved by refluxing in acetonitrile-methanol the appropriate 1,3-dicarbaldehyde-p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene (4) with 1,3-diaminopropane. The yield of the reaction is 19%. Ligand (1) possesses a compartment containing two nitrogen atoms, four ether-type oxygen atoms, and two ionizable hydroxy groups likely to complex metal cations.  相似文献
