The binding ability of Zn-tetraarylporphyrins with two, four and eight 4-carbazolylphenyl-1,2,3-triazole end groups towards 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, pyridine and 1,2,3-triazole in toluene was studied by spectrophotometric and 1H NMR titration. It was determined that due to a good geometric match of the ligand size to the size of the intramolecular cavities of the porphyrinic receptor, and by the existence of additional π–π and/or hydrogen bonding interactions between the ligand and the triazole fragments of the porphyrin, the Zn-tetraarylporphyrin with eight 4-carbazolylphenyl-1,2,3-triazole end groups could be used as an effective receptor for 1,2,3-triazole and other small heterocycles such as pyridine. Taking into account the fact that binding is accompanied by a clear and easily identifiable response in the UV–vis spectra of the reaction mixture, this metalloporphyrin could be considered as a molecular optical sensing device for small heterocyclic substrates.  相似文献

By means of spectrophotometric titration and 1H NMR spectroscopy, the selective binding ability of the Zn-5,15-bis-(2,6-dodecyloxyphenyl)porphyrin towards nitrogen containing organic molecules of various nature has been studied. It has been found that the presence of long alkoxy substituents at the ortho-positions of the Zn-porphyrin phenyl rings prevents the axial coordination of tertiary amines and, conversely, creates favourable conditions for binding of a primary diamine due to the presence of additional binding sites, namely the oxygen atoms of the orthoortho′- dodecyloxy substituents of the meso phenyl groups. The formation of stable complexes with multiple binding sites has been confirmed by DFT quantum chemical calculations and two-dimensional NMR experiments.  相似文献

A new series of DNA binding 5,10,15-tri(N-methyl-4-pyridiniumyl)porphyrin (TrisMPyP)-platinum(II) conjugates was synthesized, in which different spacer ligands were used for appropriate coordination to platinum(II) complexes. Compound 9b exhibited in vivo antitumor activity (T/C%, 294) superior to cisplatin (T/C%, 184) against the leukemia L1210 cell line.  相似文献

Bilayer zeolite films ZSM-5/ZSM-5, ZSM-5/EMC-1 and NaY/ZSM-5 were synthesized on α-alumina plates. The bottom ZSM-5 or faujasite Y (NaY) zeolite layers were obtained by direct hydrothermal synthesis or by using a seeding step followed by a secondary growth method, respectively, while the secondary growth method was used for the synthesis of all the top zeolite layers. A complete characterization of the obtained materials is proposed using various techniques, such as X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence and nitrogen sorption measurements. Continuous and highly crystallized bi-layer zeolite films with thicknesses around 11–18 μm were obtained.  相似文献

The structure of 1 consists of [Cu(HCp)(phen)(H2O)]2+ (HCp is ciprofloxacin and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline), two acetates, and four free water molecules. In each cation, copper displays a distorted square pyramid, coordinated to ring 3-carboxylate and 4-oxo oxygen from HCp, two nitrogens from phen, and one water molecule. There are five water molecules in each discrete complex with one coordinated to Cu center, and the other four linked to each other by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Two uncoordinated acetates make the compound neutral. The complex exhibits higher DNA binding compared to HCp at the same conditions by fluorescence and viscosity measurements. Combining its structure with the DNA-binding result, the binding mechanism may be explained by intercalation. Moreover, 1 shows significant cleavage of DNA in the presence of a reducing agent, such as ascorbate by gel electrophoresis using supercoiled pBR322 DNA in Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.4). The complex also has a higher activity against Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae than HCp.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of a tetrazine-based catecholamide (CAM) ligand, N,N′-bis(N″-(aminoethyl)-2,3-bis(hydroxy)benzamide)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,6-diamine (5), were investigated. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and FTIR spectroscopy. The protonation equilibria of 5 and complexation capacities (log βpqr) of Cd2+, Co2+, and Cu2+ complexes of 5 were evaluated through potentiometric titration and spectrophotometric titration, respectively. Species independent pM value (=?log [M]free) was used to compare metal affinities with the final sequence Cu2+ > Cd2+ > Co2+. Results show that 5 has potential for heavy metal removal.  相似文献

A simple, novel method was introduced for determining equilibrium constants and enthalpies of binding of two different competitive ligands on a macromolecule by isothermal titration microcalorimetry technique. This method was applied to the simultaneous binding of ethylurea (I) and (N,N)dimethylurea (X), on jack-bean urease at pH 7.0 (tris-base; 30 mM) at 27°C. The dissociation equilibrium constants measured by this method were markedly consistent with inhibition constants obtained from assay of enzyme activities in the presence of I and X.  相似文献

Calix[4]arenes containing urea and crown/urea moieties, 7 and 10, respectively have been synthesized. 1H NMR titrations of 7 and 10 with anions in DMSO-d6 showed that 7 and 10 formed complexes with Cl, Br, NO3 and H2PO4 to a different extent. The association constants of 7 and 10 towards anions were calculated and found to vary as H2PO4>Cl>Br>NO3. However, compared to 7 the presence of the crown unit in 10 resulted in a slightly higher affinity to Cl and Br, but a lower affinity to H2PO4. Upon addition of Na+, the binding ability of 10 towards H2PO4 is increased due to ion-pair enhancement.  相似文献

2-Arylazo-5,5,10,10,15,15,20,20-octamethylcalix[4]pyrroles (azo-OMCPs) have been synthesised by the reaction of calix[4]pyrrole with aryldiazonium chloride in 15–45% yields. The solution-state binding studies of the synthesised hosts were investigated by absorption spectroscopy and 1H NMR in DMSO and CDCl3, respectively. These receptors, appended with electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups, displayed enhanced affinity and selectivity for fluoride anion. Well-defined colour change in the visible region of the spectrum was observed upon addition of fluoride ion in DMSO solution of azo-OMCPs. Detailed NMR studies in CDCl3 revealed that azo-OMCPs with nitro and chloro groups have higher binding affinity for fluoride ion.

Novel adamantane derivatives of calix[4]pyrroles 4-8 and calixphyrin 9 have been synthesized. The structure of 8 has been characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and the structure of 9 by single crystal X-ray analysis. Whereas calixphyrin 9 does not bind anions, analogous calyx[4]pyrrole 8 forms a complex with Cl in the DMSO solution and in the solid state. The solid state complexation has been accomplished on grinding in a mill, which is the first example of complex formation with an anion in the solid state.  相似文献

近年来,季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂的品种开发和产品应用得到了较快发展。吡啶季铵盐型表面活性剂可作为沥青乳化剂、织物柔软剂、抗静电剂和杀菌剂。本文以吡啶为母体,通过吡啶的烷基化,季铵化合成了一系列的单吡啶季铵盐,并对其表面活性进行了表征。同时通过与四种细菌作用,从杀菌率、最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration)最小杀菌浓度(minimal bactericial concentration)得出了此类阳离子表面活性剂具有一定的表面活性和杀菌性能,可作为一种良好的复配剂。合成路线如下。  相似文献

Several new and known organic tellurium compounds containing amino groups (i.e. ArTeBr3, Ar2Te2 and Ar2Te, where Ar= 4-NH2C6H4, 2-NH2C6H4, 4-CH3CONHC6H4 or 2-NH2-5-NO2-C6H3) were prepared by reacting aminoarylmercury chlorides with tellurium tetrabromide in glacial acetic acid. Bis(4-aminophenyl) telluride and bis(2-amino-5-nitrophenyl) telluride were polymerized with aromatic and aliphatic diacid chlorides (i.e. terephthaloyl chloride and sebacoyl chloride), as well as with toluene di-isocyanate, leading to new organic tellurium polyamides and polyurea. All organic tellurium compounds and their condensation polymers were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy. The thermal stabilities of the resulting polymers were determined by thermogravimetric and derivative thermogravimetric techniques. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of novel double-armed calix[4]arene derivatives, i.e. 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl -25,27-bis[2-[(2-hydroxy-5-(4-nitroazo)benzylidene)amino]ethoxy]-26,28-dihydroxy-calix[4]-arene (4), 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis[2-[(2-hydroxy-5-(2-nitroazo)benzylidene) amino]ethoxy]-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (5), 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis[2-[(2-hydroxy-5-(4-chloroazo)benzylidene)amino]ethoxy]-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (6), have been synthesized as an selective chromoionophore for Na+. The complexation behavior of ligands 4-6 with alkali metal ions Na+, K+, Rb+and Cs+ has been evaluated by using UV-Vis spectrometry in CH3CN-H2O (99:1/V:V) solution at 25°C. The UV-Vis spectra show that the complexation of 4-6 with Na+exhibits obvious bathochromic shifts (λmax 379→480 nm) and there is a unique color change in the solution from yellow to red upon complexation. The binding constants for Na+ are higher than that of other alkali metal ions, giving the highest cation selectivity up to 7 for Na+/K+. The binding ability and photophysical behavior of alkali cations by calix[4]arene derivatives 4-6 are discussed from the point of view of substituted effects at the lower rim of parent calix[4]arene and size-fit concept between host calix[4]arenes and guest cations.  相似文献

以2-烃基-2-羟甲基-1,3-丙二醇为原料, 经保护两个羟基, PCC氧化, 引入氰基, 脱保护后与POCl3或PSCl3环合, 成功合成了14个4-烃基-3-氰基双环笼状磷酸酯类化合物, 目标化合物的结构通过1H NMR, MS和元素分析进行了表征. 采用放射性配体受体结合实验, 测定了14个化合物抑制[3H]EBOB [4’-ethynyl-4-n-propylbicycloorthobenzoate]与家蝇及大鼠GABA受体的结合活性. 结果表明部分化合物在10-5 mol/L具有较好的抑制活性, 且在大鼠与家蝇GABA受体之间具有一定选择性.  相似文献

A series of water-soluble dicationic dibenzotetraaza[14]annulenes have been prepared in order to examine their interactions with nucleic acids. Pendant water-solubilizing N-pyridinium, 4,4′-bipyridinium and N-methyl pyridinium moieties have been attached to the central core via linkers generated by direct N-alkylations and ester creating couplings, respectively. The crystal structures of derivatives equipped with 3-(N-pyridinium-1-yl)propyl and 3-(4,4′-bipyridinium-1-yl)propyl substituents have been determined. Interactions with ct-DNA have been studied and evidenced by means of spectrophotometric titrations with Scatchard analysis and thermal denaturation experiments.  相似文献

Two novel norcantharidin acylamide acids (HL1=N-pyrimidine norcantharidin acylamide acid, C12H13N3O4; HL2=N-pyridine norcantharidin acylamide acid, C13H14N2O4) were synthesized by a reaction of norcantharidin(NCTD) with 2-aminopyrimidine and 2-aminopyridine, respectively. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and 1 H NMR. Fluorescence titration and viscosity measurements indicated that HL1, HL2 and HL3 (HL3=N-phenyl norcantharidin acylamide acid, C14H15NO4) can bind calf thymus DNA via partial intercalation. The liner Stern-Volmer quenching constant Ksv values for HL1, HL2 and HL3 were 2.05 × 104 L mol−1, 1.15 × 104 L mol−1 and 8.30×103 L mol−1, respectively. Two compounds containing heterocycle of HL1 and HL2 have been found to cleave pBR322 plasmid DNA at physiological pH and temperature. The test of antiproliferation activity showed that the compounds had moderate to strong antiproliferative ability against the tested cell lines except of HL3 against the SMMC7721 cell line. The results indicated that the heterocycle attached to the norcantharidin was favorable to antiproliferative activity. This result was consistent with the DNA binding experiment.   相似文献

Molecular recognition of host/guest molecules represents the basis of many biological processes and phenomena. Enzymatic catalysis and inhibition, immunological response, reproduction of genetic information, biological regulatory functions, the effects of drugs, and ion transfer—all these processes include the stage of structure recognition during complexation. The goal of this review is to solicit and publish the latest advances in the design and sensing and binding abilities of porphyrin-based heterotopic receptors with well-defined geometries, the recognition ability of which is realized due to ionic, H-bridge, charge transfer, hydrophobic, and hydrophilic interactions. The dissection of the considered low-energy processes at the molecular scale expands our capabilities in the development of effective systems for controlled recognition, selective delivery, and prolonged release of substrates of different natures (including drugs) to their sites of functioning.  相似文献

A novel β-cyclodextrin dimer bearing 2,9-diformyl-1,10-phenanthroline tether 4 has been synthesized and its inclusion complexation behavior with two triangular model substrates (RhB and BG) has been investigated through fluorescence and ultraviolet spectrometry.The result obtained indicated that novel bridged bis(β-cyclodextrin)s could significantly cnhance the original molccular binding ability of native β-cyclodextrin by cooperative binding of two hydrophobic cavities.  相似文献
