In the view of synthesizing microporous composite compounds, the ternary systems NH4VO3: alkyldiphosphonic acid:H2O were hydrothermally investigated. Using the methylendiphosphonic acid, the mixture corresponding to the molar ratio 1:0.3:500 heated three days at 200 °C, leads to small platelets whose structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Their symmetry is orthorhombic (space group Pnma (n° 62)) with lattice parameters: a = 7.3182(1) Å, b = 16.5633(1) Å, c = 7.5225(2) Å, V = 911.83(4) Å3, Z = 4. The compound labelled MIL-10, is formulated VIVO{O3P-CH2-PO3}(NH4)2, and shows a monodimensional structure characterized by the presence of polyhedral chains between which ammonium cations are located. The isostructural titanium compound was also hydrothermally synthesized. Its structure was solved from single crystal data; its symmetry is orthorhombic (space group Cmcm (n° 63)) with lattice parameters: a = 16.462(1) Å, b = 7.7671(6) Å, c = 7.2830(6) Å, V = 931.2(1) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

A series of MVO(SO4)2 vanadium complexes, where M = Rb, Cs, or Tl, were prepared, and their crystal structures and physicochemical properties studied. The rubidium and thallium compounds of this series were found to be isostructural to each other and to crystallize, like KVO(SO4)2 and NH4VO(SO4)2, in orthorhombic system (space group P212121, No. 19, Z = 4) with the unit cell parameters a = 4.9735(2) Å, b=8.7894(4) Å, c = 16.6968(8) Å, V = 729.88 Å3 (Rb); and a = 4.9636(1) Å, b = 8.7399(2) Å, c = 16.8598(4) Å, V = 731.39 Å3 (Tl). The cesium compound was found to crystallize in monoclinic system (space group P21/a, No. 14-2, Z = 4): a = 10.0968(6) Å, b = 8.9131(4) Å, c = 9.8675(5) Å, β = 114.640(2)°, V = 807.16 Å3. The MVO(SO4)2 crystal structure is built of VO6 octahedra, which are linked into layers by bridging SO4 groups. At the apex of each VO6 octahedron, there is a short V-O terminal bond having a length of 1.54(1) Å (Rb), 1.57(2) Å (Tl), and 1.52(4) Å (Cs).  相似文献

Copper(II) coordination compounds of several CuA2 salts (A = PF6, BF4, ClO4, CF3SO3 or NO3) with 5,7-dimethyl[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dmtp) as a ligand have been studied. The crystal structure of [Cu(dmtp)4(H2O)2](PF6)2 is described. This compound is monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.826(2) Å, b = 9.463(2) Å, c = 17.673(3) Å, β = 97.50(1)°, Z = 2, dcalc. = 1.66 Mg m−3, and has been refined to a final discrepancy factor (R) of 0.0382 based on 2316 reflections. The structure consists of PF6 anions and centrosymmetric mononuclear [Cu(dmtp)4(H2O)2]2+ cations, Cu2+ being coordinated by four equatorial N(3)-bonded dmtp molecules with CuN = 2.019 and 2.050 Å, and by two axial water molecules with CuO = 2.650 Å. The water molecules form intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the dmtp N(4) atoms.  相似文献

The title compound (2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-(3-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-yl)phenol is synthesized and studied by the single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of 1,4-dioxane hemisolvate of the product is solved in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 17.713(6) Å, b = 9.529(3) Å, c = 13.972(4) Å, β = 94.09(4)°, V = 2352.3(13) Å3, Z = 4, T = 120(2) K.  相似文献

The crystalline structure of a new compound Rh(III) of (NH4)2[Rh(NO2)3(NH3)(μ-OH)]2 composition has been determined. The crystallographic characteristics are H16N10O14Rh2: a = 6.3963(2) Å, b = 9.3701(4) Å, c = 13.6646(5) Å, β = 102.266(1)°, V = 800.28(5) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 2.432 g/cm3. Ammonium decamolybdodimetallates (NH4)n[M2Mo10O34(OH)4] · 7H2O, where M = Cr3+ (n = 6), Cu2+ (n = 8), or Ni2+ (n = 8), were synthesized for the first time and studied by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. New complexes of composition [Bi(DMSO)8][Fe(NCS)6] (1) and [Al(DMSO)6][Al(NCS)6] (2) have been prepared, and an octahedral hexarodanoaluminate anion has been structurally characterized for the first time. Crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), a = 11.2368(4) Å, b = 11.4063(4) Å, c = 21.0711(9) Å, α = 92.9520(10)°, β = 99.9430(10)°, γ = 111.9290(10)°, V = 2447.69(16) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 1.680 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0564; crystals of compound 2 are cubic, space group \(Pa\bar 3\), a = 15.8201(4) Å, V = 3959.39(17) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.462 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0475. The bismuth coordination polyhedron BiO8 in compound 1 is a distorted square antiprism with broken square faces (Bi-O, 2.368-2.582 Å). In the structure of 2, the cation disordered in a complex manner has an octahedral configuration (Al-O, 1.888(11)-1.912(11) Å).  相似文献

The crystal C18H12O10Pb3 is synthesized by Pb and phenyl propylene acid. The crystal is characterized by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with the crystal cell parameters of a = 15.3263(14) Å, b = 16.3479(14) Å, c = 8.1006(7) Å, β = 92.3060(10)°, V = 2028.0(3) Å3, and Z = 4. Through the molecular structure of complex, we can see that Pb has three kinds of coordination modes (5, 6, 7). The compound has formed a 1D surface shape structure through these coordinate modes with the ligand, and this 2D layer piles through C-H…π forms the 3D compound.  相似文献

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction is used to determine the structure of a new compound based on an octahedral cyanide anionic cluster complex of rhenium and a trimethyltin(IV) cation: {(SnMe3)3[Re6Se8(CN)6]} (1). The crystallographic characteristics: space group C2/c, a = 13.9898(14) Å, b =15.334(2) Å, c = 20.761(2) Å, β = 97.75(0)°, V = 4412.91(90) Å3, Z = 4, d x = 3.607 g/cm3, and R = 0.0526. Dihydrocaffeic acid C9H10O4 is a natural antioxidant. The crystal structure of dihydrocaffeic acid is determined; the crystallographic data at 100 K are: a = 11.3189(4) Å, b = 5.5824(1) Å, c = 13.8431(4) Å, β = 109.248(4)°, and V = 825.80(4) Å3; the space group is P21/c, Z = 4. In addition to the formation of hydrogen bonds that are typical of acids, the compound has features that are important from the viewpoint of reactivity of dihydrocaffeic acid molecules. The position of one of the hydroxyl hydrogen atoms in the catechol group is disordered even at 100 K. The crystal structure of caffeic acid does not show such a disordering.  相似文献

The 1-(diphenylmethylene)-2-(thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine compound (IV) is synthesized based on a 3-amion-2-chloropyridine precursor and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analysis reveals that compound IV belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = 11.869(5) Å, b = 13.155(6) Å, c = 10.970(5) Å, β = 102.431(5)°, V = 1672.6(12) Å3, Z = 4. In the crystal structure, the molecular species are linked by intermolecular N-H...N hydrogen bonds into onedimensional chains.  相似文献

Reaction of [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] with bromophenylhydrazine in methanol yields [ReCl(N2C6H4Br)2(PPh3)2] (1). Complex 1 reacts with arylthiolates to give mixtures of [Re(SAr)(N2C6H4Br)2(PPh3)2] (2) and [Re2(SAr)7(NNR)2]. Complexes 1 and 2 display trigonal bipyramidal geometries with the phosphine ligands occupying the axial sites. A significant feature of the structures is the nonequivalence of the rhenium-diazenido moieties, such that for 1 the ReN(1) and N(1)N(2) distances are 1.80(2) and 1.24(3) Å, while ReN(3) and N(3)N(4) are 1.73(2) and 1.32(3) Å, and for 2 the ReN distances are 1.73(1) and 1.80(2)° with corresponding NN distances of 1.32(2) and 1.25(2) Å. Reaction of (PPh4)[ReO(SPh)4] (3) with unsymmetrically disubstituted hydrazines affords complexes of the type [ReO(SPh)3(NMRR′)] (R = Me, R′ = Ph for 4). Complexes 3 and 4 display distorted square pyramidal geometries with the oxo groups apical. The significant feature of the structure of 4 is the nonlinear ReN(1)N(2) linkage, exhibiting an angle of 145.6(10)°. The angle does not appear to correlate with a significant contribution from a valence form with sp2 hybridization at the α-nitrogen. Crystal data: 1: monoclinic space group, P21/n, a = 12.216(2) Å, b = 19.098(2) Å, c = 20.257(4) Å, β = 106.20(1)°, V = 4538.3(8) Å3 to give Z = 4; structure solution and refinement based on 1905 reflections converged at R = 0.070. 2: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 14.393(2) Å, b = 18.842(3) Å, c = 20.717(4)Å, β = 110.26(1)°, V = 5270.5(8) Å3 to give Z = 4 for D = 1.53 g cm−1; structure solution and refinement based on 4249 reflections to give R = 0.070. 3: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 12.531(2) Å, b = 24.577(4) Å, c = 16.922(3) Å, β = 99.06(1)°, V = 5146.2(9) Å3, D = 1.36 g cm−3 for Z = 4, 2912 reflections, R = 0.050. 4: monoclinic space group p21/n, a = 16.137(2) Å, b = 9.863(2) Å, c = 16.668(2) Å, β = 111.12(1)°, V = 2474.7(6) Å3, D = 1.74 g cm−3 for Z = 4, 2940 reflections, R = 0.066.  相似文献

The X-ray diffraction study of the crystalline products of the reaction between potassium tetraiodomercurate(II), ?-caprolactam, and lanthanum(III) nitrate at a ratio of 3: 16: 2 in an aqueous solution has shown the presence of the following three new crystalline compounds: [LaCpl8]2[HgI4]3 (I), [LaCpl8][HgI4]I3 (II), and [LaCpl7(H2O)]2[HgI4]2[Hg2I6] (III), where Cpl is ?-caprolactam ?-C6H11NO. Compounds I and II crystallize in tetragonal crystal system, space groups P42/n and $I\bar 4$ , respectively. For compound I, a = 18.59320(10) Å, c = 19.5782(3) Å, V = 6738.32(12) Å3, Z = 2, and ρcalc = 2.067 g/cm3. For compound II, a = 13.2245(10) Å, c = 20.0310(3) Å, V = 3503.17(6) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 2.022 g/cm3. The crystals of compound III are monoclinic (space group P 2 1/n, a = 20.1202(6) Å, b = 14.0569(4) Å, c = 46.3228(12) Å, β = 93.4770(10)°, V = 13077.3(6) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 2.274 g/cm3). [La(Cpl)8]2[Hg2I6]3 (IV), a new double ionic complex salt, has also been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystals of compound IV are triclinic (space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 12.5021(3) Å, b = 14.6436(3) Å, c = 21.4695(4) Å, α = 84.2300(10)°, β = 87.2230(10)°, γ = 74.9970(10)°, V = 3776.30(14) Å3, Z = 1, ρcalc = 2.452 g/cm3). All complexes have a dicrete ionic structure, and the nearest surrounding of a La atom is distorted square-prismatic or trigonal-dodecahedral. The crystal packing of cations is distorted face-centered cubic (I and II) or body-centered cubic (III and IV) with anions located in its cavities.  相似文献

The preparation of several new gold(I) complexes by chloride metathesis of [AuCl(HL)] [HL=Ph2PNHP(O)Ph2] with either HL or K[Ph2P(E)NP(E)Ph2] (E=S or Se) is described. All compounds were characterised by a combination of 31P{1H}, 1H and IR spectroscopy, microanalysis and X-ray crystallography. X-ray structural studies reveal that [Au(HL)2]Cl [monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=9.0726(3) Å, b=21.0847(6) Å, c=12.0131(3) Å, β=105.1090(10)°, V=2219 Å3, Z=2, final R=3.97] forms a one dimensional polymeric structure in which alternating [Au(HL)2]+ and Cl ions are linked through intermolecular N–H⋯Cl hydrogen-bonding. In contrast the three-co-ordinate compound [Au{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}(HL)] [monoclinic, space group P21/a, a=21.6752(5) Å, b=9.1200(10) Å, c=24.0742(7) Å, β=106.080(2)°, V=4573 Å3, Z=4, final R=8.94] forms hydrogen-bonded dimer pairs analogous to that previously observed in non-complexed HL. The X-ray crystal structure of the gold(I) precursor [AuCl(HL)] has also been determined: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=10.217(8) Å, b=23.256(5) Å, c=20.086(5) Å, β=101.15(4)°, V=4683 Å3, Z=8, final R=5.2. The X-ray crystal structure reveals intermolecular N–H⋯OP hydrogen-bonding between adjacent [AuCl(HL)] molecules forming infinite chains.  相似文献

A rhenium cluster complex [Ni(NH3)6]2.5·NH4[Re12CS17(CN)6]·8.5H2O is obtained and structurally described. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with the unit cell parameters: a = 11.0856(13) Å, b = 15.242(2) Å, c = 21.232(3) Å, α = 90.158(4)°, β = 97.439(4)°, γ = 90.051(4)°, V = 3557.3(8) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 3.287 g/cm3. The crystal structure represents a packing of [Ni(NH3)6]2+ and NH4 + cations, [Re12CS17(CN)6]6? cluster anions, and crystallization water molecules bound by a system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Chiral nickel(II), zinc(II), manganese(II), and cobalt(II) complexes with C 2-symmetric 2,6-bis[4′-(R)-ethoxyoxazolin-2′-yl]pyridine were prepared, the single crystal of nickel(II) complex, [Ni((R,R)-Et-Py-box)(H2O)2Cl]Cl ((R,R)-Et-Pybox is 2,6-bis[4′-(R)-ethoxyoxazolin-2′-yl]pyridine), was obtained and indicated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The nickel(II) complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 7.7346(4) Å, b = 19.7133(13) Å, c = 25.8014(14) Å, V = 3934.1(4) Å3, Z = 8, and R = 0.0526 against 7010 reflections with I > 2σ (I). A feature of interest was noted in the unit cell of the compound, where two types of molecules exist, which similarly have a distorted octahedral geometry but only slightly differ in the orientation of the coordinated atoms to the central Ni atom. These two types of molecules interact with each other by O-H…Cl hydrogen bonds, giving rise to one dimensional ribbon structure.  相似文献

The structure of tricarbonyl(4-methoxybenzaldehyde)chromium(0) was studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121, a = 8.040(1) Å, b = 10.510(7) Å, c = 13.279(4) Å, V = 1122.1(8) Å3, Z = 4. Quantum-chemical calculations predict that this compound can exist in the gas phase as two stable conformers with almost the same energies. Their mutual transformations are examined using the density functional theory.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the [Tb(BTFA)2(NO3)(TPPO)2] complex (TPPO is triphenylphosphine oxide, BTFA is benzoyltrifluoracetone), which exhibits strong triboluminescence, has been established by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are triclinic: a = 11.668(3) Å, b = 11.700(3) Å, c = 12.512(3) Å, α = 65.161(4°), β = 79.120(4)°, γ = 61.860(4)°, space group P1, Z = 1. The central terbium(III) atom coordinates two oxygen atoms from two triphenylphosphine oxide molecules (Tb-O, 2.264(3) and 2.273(3) Å), two oxygen atoms from the nitrate group (Tb-O, 2.460(3) and 2.476(3) Å), and four oxygen atoms from two benzoyltrifluoroacetonate groups (Tb-O, 2.329(3), 2.399(3), 2.351(3), and 2.367(3) Å). The coordination polyhedron of the Tb(III) atom is a distorted dodecahedron. The photoluminescence and triboluminescence spectra of the [Tb(BTFA)2(NO3)(TPPO)2] complex are identical and caused by the f-f luminescence of Tb3+.  相似文献
