The results on the structure and composition of the epoxyacyl-, hydroxyacyl-, and epoxyacylhydroxyacylacylglycerols ofOnopordum acanthium L. seeds obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis have been supplemented with the aid of mass spectrometry. The structures of the oxygenated fatty acids of the lipids ofOnopordum acanthium L. seeds have been studied by the methods of chemical, chromatographic, and spectral analyses. Extraction of the comminuted seeds has yielded an oil from which have been isolated: C33-C25, C18 and C17 paraffinic hydrocarbons, C18:1, C18:2, C18:3, C17:1, C17:2 and C17:3 olefinic hydrocarbons, ethyl esters of C32:0, C31:0, C30:0, C29:0, and C28:0 fatty acids, sterols with molecular weights of 414, 412, and 400, and the alcohols α-amyrin and lupeol with their natural acetates. Extraction of the uncomminuted seeds has shown that the paraffinic hydrocarbons, ethyl esters, and alcohol acetates pass into the oil from the husks of the seeds. This is the first time that the C31:0 and C29:0 fatty acids have been detected as natural compounds, and it is the first time that the ethyl esters of C34, C33, C32, C31, and C30 fatty acids have been isolated from seed oils of higher plants.  相似文献

The composition and amounts of various classes of lipids of the seeds of Hibiscus sp. have been investigated. Seven classes of neutral lipids, five of phospholipids, and five of glycolipids have been identified and their fatty-acid and triglyceride compositions have been established. The presence has been shown of 16 main types of triacylglycerols and 25 types of epoxyacyldiacylglycerols. The lipids and fatty acids of the seeds ofOenothera biennis L, fam. Onagraceae, have been studied with the aid of chemical, chromatographic, and spectral analyses. In the lipids we identified the usual and oxygenated acylglycerides and five classes of lipophilic substances. The structures of four epxy acids and of 22 hydroxy acids have been determined. Lipids from seeds of three plants of the Asteraceae family, Cousinia franchetii, Arctium leiospermum, and Rhaponticum integrifolium, were studied. The principal constituents of lipids from the three plants were shown to be acylglycerides of ordinary fatty acids and oxygenated fatty acids using chemical and chromatographic analyses. The composition of the ordinary unoxidized and epoxy acids was determined by GC.
