We investigated the generic phase diagram of the electron doped superconductor, Nd2?xCexCuO4, using films prepared by metal organic decomposition. After careful oxygen reduction treatment to remove interstitial Oap atoms, we found that the Tc increases monotonically from 24 K to 29 K with decreasing x from 0.15 to 0.00, demonstrating a quite different phase diagram from the previous bulk one. Based on the discussion on the tremendous influence of Oap “impurities” on superconductivity in T′ cuprates, we conclude that our result represents the generic phase diagram for oxygen-stoichiometric Nd2?xCexCuO4.  相似文献

This paper presents a performance analysis of accessing tag data clustered in two different ways,namely event-wise clustering (generic tag)vs.attribute-wise clustering (sliced tag).The results show that especially “Prefetch-optimisation“ results in an additional performance gain of sliced tags over generic tags when only a subset of all the tag attributes is accessed.  相似文献

The Bose–Hubbard model is a paradigm for the study of strongly correlated bosonic systems. We study the two-site Bose–Hubbard model with generic integrable open boundaries specified by the most general non-diagonal reflecting matrices. Besides the inhomogeneous parameters,the model itself has three free boundary parameters,which break the U(1)-symmetry,in other words,break the particle number conservation. The Hamiltonian H under these circumstances is constructed. With the help of the off-diagonal Bethe Ansatz method,we successfully obtain the corresponding Bethe Ansatz equations as well as the eigenvalues.  相似文献

We investigate the phase coherent transport in a single channel system.The theory that the tranmission zeros lead to abrupt phase change and in-phase resonances in confirmed numerically in two tight-binding models.After calculating the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the Hamiltonians we also confirmed that the same symmetry of the eigenvectors also leads to the abrupt phase change and in-phase resonances that equal the transmission zero.  相似文献

Digitization from GEANT tracking requires a predictable sequence of steps to produce raw simulated detector readout information.We have developed a software framework that simplifies the development and integration of digitizers by separating the coordination activities(sequencing and dispatching)from the actual digitization process.This separation allows the developers of digitizers to concentrate on digitization.The framework provides the sequencing infrastructure and a digitizer model,which means that all digitizers are required to follow the same sequencing rules and provide an interface that fits the model.  相似文献

We consider families of discrete Schrödinger operators on the line with potentials generated by a homeomorphism on a compact metric space and a continuous sampling function. We introduce the concepts of topological and metric repetition property. Assuming that the underlying dynamical system satisfies one of these repetition properties, we show using Gordon’s Lemma that for a generic continuous sampling function, the set of elements in the associated family of Schrödinger operators that have no eigenvalues is large in a topological or metric sense, respectively. We present a number of applications, particularly to shifts and skew-shifts on the torus.  相似文献

A two-dimensional atomistic realization of Schlögl’s second model for autocatalysis is implemented and studied on a square lattice as a prototypical nonequilibrium model with first-order transition. The model has no explicit symmetry and its phase transition can be viewed as the nonequilibrium counterpart of liquid-vapor phase separations. We show some familiar concepts from study of equilibrium systems need to be modified. Most importantly, phase coexistence can be a generic feature of the model, occurring over a finite region of the parameter space. The first-order transition becomes continuous as a temperature-like variable increases. The associated critical behavior is studied through Monte Carlo simulations and shown to be in the two-dimensional Ising universality class. However, some common expectations regarding finite-size corrections and fractal properties of geometric clusters for equilibrium systems seems to be inapplicable.  相似文献

The multi-tiered architecture of the highly-distributed CMS computing systems necessitates a flexible data distribution and analysis environment.We describe a prototype analysis environment which functions efficiently over wide area networks using a server installed at the Caltech/UCSD Tier 2 prototype to analyze CMS data stored at various locations using a thin client.The analysis environnment is based on existing HEP(Anaphe) and CMOS(CARF,ORCA,IGUANA)software thchnology on the server acessed from a variety of clients.A Java Analysis Studio (JAS,from SLAC)plug-in is being developed as a reference client.The server is operated as “Black box“on the proto-Tier2 system.ORCA Objectivity databases(e.g.an existing large CMS Muon sample)are hosted on the master and slave nodes,and remote clients can request processing of queries across the server nodes ,and get the histogram results returned and rendered in the client.The server is implemented using pure C ,and use XML-RPC as a language-neutral transport.This has several benefits,including much better scalability,better integration with CARF/ORCA,and importanly,Makes the work directly useful to other non-java general-purpose analysis and presentation tools such as Hippodraw,Lizard.or ROOT.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of two-particle tight-binding Hamiltonians, describing pairs of interacting quantum particles on the lattice ℤ d , d ≥ 1, subject to a common external potential V(x) which we assume quasi-periodic and depending on auxiliary parameters. Such parametric families of ergodic deterministic potentials (“grands ensembles”) have been introduced earlier in Chulaevsky (2007), in the framework of single-particle lattice systems, where it was proved that a non-uniform analog of the Wegner bound holds true for a class of quasi-periodic grands ensembles. Using the approach proposed in Chulaevsky and Suhov (Commun Math Phys 283(2):479–489, 2008), we establish volume-dependent Wegner-type bounds for a class of quasi-periodic two-particle lattice systems with a non-random short-range interaction.  相似文献

We show that for a generic C1 expanding map T of the unit circle, there is a unique equilibrium state for − log T′ that is an S–R–B measure for T, and whose statistical basin of attraction has Lebesgue measure 1. Energy fluctuation of ideal Fermi gas trapped under generic power law potential U=Σ_(i=1)~d c_i|x_i/a_i|~(n_i) has been calculated in arbitrary dimensions.Energy fluctuation is scrutinized further in the degenerate limit μK_B T with the help of Sommerfeld expansion.The dependence of energy fluctuation on dimensionality and power law potential is studied in detail.Most importantly our general result can not only exactly reproduce the recently published result regarding free and harmonically trapped ideal Fermi gas in d =3 but also can describe the outcome for any power law potential in arbitrary dimension.  相似文献

In the relativistic σ-ωmodel, the influence of the parameters in self-interaction of a meson to the equation of state of normal nuclear matter, especially, to incompressibility, effective mass, and coupling constants, is studied in detail. We find that these parameters have an intense relationship to the property of nuclear matter. At the same time , we study the relation between the binding energy and pressure of relativestic △-resonance nuclear matter and temperature using using above results in the relativistic σ-ω-π model,and it is interesting to compare it to our prior work. In all these studies, the vacuum fluctuation on nucleon, △-isobar, and σmeson is considered.  相似文献

This paper proposes a scheme to teleport an arbitrary mixture of diagonal states of multiqutrit via classical correlation and classical communication. To teleport an arbitrary mixture of diagonal states of N qutrits, N classically correlated pairs of two qutrits are used as channel. The sender (Alice) makes Fourier transform and conditional gate (i.e., XOR(3) gate) on her qutrits and does measurement in appropriate computation bases. Then she sends N ctrits to the receiver (Bob). Based on the received information, Bob performs the corresponding unitary transformation on his qutrits and obtains the teleported state. Teleportation of an arbitrary mixture of diagonal states of multiqudit is also discussed.  相似文献

The vibration phenomenon during pulsed laser heating of micro-beams is investigated. The beam is made of silicon and is heated by a laser pulse with a non-Gaussian temporal profile and with an ultrashort pulse duration of 2ps, which incites vibration due to the thermoelastic damping effect. This coupled thermoelastic problem is solved using an analytical-numerical technique based on the Laplace transformation. The damping ratio and resonant frequency shift ratio of beams due to the air damping effect and the thermoelastic damping effect are also examined and discussed.  相似文献

We investigate the factors that affect synchronizability of coupled oscillators on scale-free networks. Using the memory Tabu search (MTS) algorithm, we improve the eigen-ratio Q of a coupling matrix by edge intercrossing. The numerical results show that the synchronizatlon-improved scale-free networks should have distinctive both small average distance and larger clustering coefficient, which are consistent with some real-world networks. Moreover, the synchronizability-improved networks demonstrate the disassortative coefficient.  相似文献

The eccentricity of the centre of mass from the geometric centre of a spherical attracting mass in determining the Newtonian gravitational constant G is tested by means of an electronic balance. The experimental result shows that the eccentricity of the sample is about 0.31 μm with uncertainty of 0.05μm. Two density distribution models are discussed to estimate the uncertainty to G by the eccentricities of the attracting masses.  相似文献
