The complete absolute configuration of hormaomycin 1 a has been established by HPLC and HPLC/MS experiments with appropriately derivatized 4-propylprolines, (2S,4S)-6 and (2R,4R)-6, as well as 4-(Z)-propenylprolines, cis-5 and trans-5, and also feeding experiments with enantiomerically pure samples of the deuterium-labeled 3-(2'-nitrocyclopropyl)alanine, (2S)-3,3-[D2]15 and (2S)-2,2'-[D2]15, and 4-(Z)-propenylproline 2',4-[D2]-(2S,4R)-5. The latter five amino acids were prepared for the first time and allowed one to unequivocally assign the hitherto unknown absolute configurations of the last four stereocenters in hormaomycin 1 a. As a bonus, some new information about the biosynthesis of this molecule has also been gathered.  相似文献

A series of protonated and methylated Anderson-type molybdoperiodates as well as the unprotonated [IMo6O24]5- have been synthesized and structurally characterized as tetra-n-butylammonium salts: [(n-C4H9)4N]5[IMo6O24] [monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 33.6101(3) A, b = 15.2575(1) A, c = 24.0294(2) A, beta = 126.9569(3) degrees , Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]4[IMo6O23(OH)] [monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 9.5587(1) A, b = 24.1364(2) A, c = 18.2788(2) A, beta = 90.1562(5) degrees , Z = 2], [(n-C4H9)4N]3[IMo6O22(OH)2].2DMF [monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 17.6105(4) A, b = 15.5432(5) A, c = 29.3316(9) A, beta = 91.475(3) degrees , Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]4[IMo6O23(OMe)].3H2O [orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 17.0679(4) A, b = 25.6998(6) A, c = 20.7428(4) A, Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]3[IMo6O22(OMe)2] [monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 10.4009(1) A, b = 14.6658(3) A, c = 23.5395(4) A, beta = 100.324(1) degrees , Z = 2]. In all of these compounds, the [IMo6O24]5- anion is protonated or methylated selectively at O atoms shared by two Mo atoms. The results have also revealed that the protonated Anderson-type molybdoperiodates readily react with methanol in a very selective manner, while the unprotonated [IMo6O24]5- anion does not react with methanol under similar conditions.  相似文献

The dinuclear mixed-valent complex [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC(2)Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)](+)[(eta2-MeC5H4)3Mn](-)[1](+)[2]- (dmpe=1,2-bis(dimethylphosphanyl)ethane) was prepared by the reaction of [Mn(MeC5H4)2] with dmpe and Me(3)SnC[triple chemical bond]CSnMe3. The reactions of [1](+)[2]- with K[PF6] and Na[BPh4] yielded the corresponding anion metathesis products [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][PF6] ([1][PF6]) and [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][BPh4] ([1][BPh4]). These mixed-valent species can be reduced to the neutral form by reaction with Na/Hg. The obtained complex [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)] (1) displays a triplet/singlet spin equilibrium in solution and in the solid state, which was additionally studied by DFT calculations. The diamagnetic dicationic species [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][PF6]2 ([1][PF6]2) was obtained by oxidizing the mixed-valent complex [1][PF6] with one equivalent of [Fe(C5H5)2][PF6]. Both redox processes are fully reversible. The dinuclear compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, UV-visible, and Raman spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. X-ray diffraction studies were performed on [1][2], [1][PF6], [1][BPh4], and [1][PF6]2.  相似文献

The well-known tetradentate ligand 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)benzenate(2-), (bpb)2-, and its 4,5-dichloro analogue, (bpc)2-, are shown to be "noninnocent" ligands in the sense that in coordination compounds they can exist in their radical one- and diamagnetic two-electron-oxidized forms (bpbox1)- and (bpbox2)0 (and (bpcox1)- and (bpcox2)0), respectively. Photolysis of high-spin [(n-Bu)4N][FeIII(bpb)(N3)2] and its (bpc)2- analogue in acetone solution at room temperature generates the diamagnetic dinuclear complex [(n-Bu)4N][FeIV2(mu-N)(bpb)2(N3)2] and its (bpc)2- analogue; the corresponding cyano complex [(n-Bu)4N][FeIV2(mu-N)(bpb)2(CN)2] has been prepared via N3- substitution by CN-. Photolysis in frozen acetonitrile solution produces a low-spin ferric species (S = 1/2) which presumably is [FeIII(bpbox2)(N)(N3)]-, as has been established by EPR and M?ssbauer spectroscopy. The mononuclear complexes [(n-Bu)4N][FeIII(bpb)(CN2)] (low spin), [Et4N][CoIII(bpb)(CN)2] and Na[CoIII(bpc)-(CN)2].3CH3OH can be electrochemically or chemically one-electron-oxidized to give [FeIII(bpbox1)(CN)2]0 (S = 0), [CoIII(bpbox1)(CN)2]0 (S = 1/2), and [CoIII(bpcox1)(CN)2]0 (S = 1/2). All complexes have been characterized by UV-vis, EPR, and M?ssbauer spectroscopy, and their electro- and magnetochemistries have been studied. The crystal structures of [(n-Bu)4N][FeIII(bpb)(N3)2].1/2C6H6CH3, Na[FeIII(bpb)(CN)2], Na[CoIII(bpc)(CN)2].3CH3OH, [(n-Bu)4N][FeIV2(mu-N)(bpb)2(CN)2], and [(n-Bu)4N][FeIV2(mu-N)(bpb)(N3)2] have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

In order to investigate the influence of organic groups on the types of organoarsenic polymolybdates, o-nitrophenylarsonic acid was reduced to o- aminophenylarsonic acid and then it reacted with sodium molybdate at pH = 3~5. Three new salts were prepared and characterized:( 1 ) (CN3H6)4[(o-NH2C6H4As)2Mo6O24], ( 2 ) Cs4[(o-NH2C6H4As)2Mo6O24], (3) [(CH3)4N]4[(o-NH2C6H4As)2Mo6O24].2H2O. The IR, UV spectra, thermal properties and electrochemical behaviors are reported. It is strange enough that when the o-nitro group was reduced to o-amino group, [(RAs)2Mo6O24]4- type of complexes was formed.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization for trifluoromethanesulfonate (triflate) salts of the first definitive examples of cyclotriphosphinophosphonium and cyclodiphosphinophosphonium cations are described, representing new prototypical frameworks in the rational and systematic development of catena-phosphorus chemistry. Addition of methyl triflate (MeOTf) or triflic acid (HOTf) to cyclotetraphosphines (tBuP)4 (1a) or (CyP)4 (1b) gives [(tBuP)3PtBuMe][OTf] (2a[OTf]), [(CyP)3PCyMe][OTf] (2b[OTf]), [(tBuP)3PtBuH][OTf] (3a[OTf]), and [(CyP)3PCyH][OTf] (3b[OTf]), respectively. Cyclotriphosphine (tBuP)3 (4a) reacts with HOTF or Me2PCl/Me3SiOTf to give the ring expanded cations 3a[OTf] and [(tBuP)3PMe2][OTf] (5[OTf]), respectively, but reactions with MeOTf and HCl give cyclic diphosphinophosphonium cation [(tBuP)2PtBuMe][OTf] (6a[OTf]) and ring-opened triphosphine HtBuP-PtBu-PtBuCl (7), respectively. The analogous diphosphinophosphonium cation [(CyP)2PCyMe][OTf] (6b[OTf]) is formed along with 2b[OTf] in reactions of MeOTf with (CyP)3 (4b). Compounds 2a[OTf], 2b[OTf], 3a[OTf], 5[OTf], and 6a[OTf] have been crystallographically characterized. 1H NMR spectra of 2a[OTf], 2b[OTf], 5[OTf], and 6a[OTf] demonstrate that 3JPH coupling is only observed for methyl protons if they are in a cis orientation to the lone pairs on the adjacent phosphine sites.  相似文献

The eleven-step preparation of the bicyclic 2-pyridone dipeptide mimetic 1 [(3S)-6-(benzyloxycarbonylamino)-5-oxo-1,2,3,5-tetrahydroindolizine-3-carboxylic acid] in optically active form (60% ee) is described. Key steps in the synthesis of 1 include the osmium-catalyzed asymmetric dihydroxylation of olefin 13 [(6-but-3-enyl-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl)carbamic acid benzyl ester] and the intramolecular cyclization of protected diol 19 [(3'R)-[6-[4'-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxy)-3'-hydroxybutyl]-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl]carbamic acid benzyl ester] to afford the pyridinium salt 20 [(3S)-[3-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxymethyl)-5-methoxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-indolizin-6-yl]carbamic acid benzyl ester trifuoromethanesulfonic acid salt]. Several alternate methods to prepare olefin 13 are also discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of neopentyllithium, Me3CCH2Li, with [(C5Me5)2Sm][(mu-Ph)2BPh2], 1, was investigated as a route to the unsolvated alkyl, [(C5Me5)2Sm(CH2CMe3)]x, and found to generate the first f element trimethylenemethane dianion complex, [(C5Me5)2Sm]2[mu-eta3:eta3-C(CH2)3], 2. Formation of the [C4H6]2- trimethylenemethane ligand from the [C5H11]1- neopentyl precursor can be explained by a combination of a beta-methyl elimination reaction to form isobutene and [(C5Me5)2SmMe]3, 3, with subsequent C-H activation reactions. This sequence has been modeled in several ways, including the synthesis of 2 from reactions of 3 with CH2=CMe2 and 3 with the 2-methylallyl complex, (C5Me5)2Sm[CH2C(Me)CH2], 4.  相似文献

A new series of complexes with the general formula (n-Bu4N)2[M2O2(micro-Q)2(dmit)2] (where M = Mo, W; Q = S, Se; dmit = 1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) have been prepared. Fragmentation of the trinuclear cluster (n-Bu4N)2[Mo3(micro3-S)(micro-S2)3(dmit)3] in the presence of triphenylphosphine (PPh3) gives the dinuclear compound (n-Bu4N)2[Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[2]], which is formed via oxidation in air from the intermediate (n-Bu4N)2[Mo3(micro3-S)(micro-S)3(dmit)3] [(n-Bu4N)2[1]] complex. Ligand substitution of the molybdenum sulfur bridged [Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dimethylformamide)6]2+ dimer with the sodium salt of the dmit dithiolate also affords the dianionic compound (n-Bu4N)2[2]. The whole series, (n-Bu4N)2[Mo2O2(micro-Se)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[3]], (n-Bu4N)2[W2O2(micro-S)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[4]], (n-Bu4N)2[W2O2(micro-Se)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[5]], and (n-Bu4N)2[Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dmid)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[6]; dmid = 1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolate], has been synthesized by the excision of the polymeric (Mo3Q7Br4)x phases with PPh3 or 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane in acetonitrile followed by the dithiolene incorporation and further degradation in air. Direct evidence of the presence of the intermediates with the formula [M3Q4(dmit)3]2- (M = Mo, W; Q = S, Se) has been obtained by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The crystal structures of (n-Bu4N)2[1], (PPh4)2[Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dmit)2] [(PPh4)2[2]; PPh4 = tetraphenylphosphonium], (n-Bu4N)2[2], (n-Bu4N)2[4], (PPh4)2[W2O2(micro-Se)2(dmit)2] [(PPh4)2[5]], and (n-Bu4N)2[6] have been determined. A detailed study of the gas-phase behavior for compounds (n-Bu4N)2[2-6] shows an identical fragmentation pathway for the whole family that consists of a partial breaking of the two dithiolene ligands followed by the dissociation of the dinuclear cluster.  相似文献

The thioethers (4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl)(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBuL3) and (4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylamino)methyl)phenyl)(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBuL4) react readily with [Pd(NCMe)2Cl2] to give the dinuclear palladium thiophenolate complexes [(L3)Pd2(Cl)2]+ and [(L4)Pd2(micro-Cl)]2+ (HL3=2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylimino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol, HL4=2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylamino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol). The chlorides in could be replaced by neutral (MeCN) and anionic ligands (NCS-, N3-, I-, CN-) to give the dinuclear PdII complexes [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+, [(L3)Pd2(SCN)2]+, [(L3)Pd2(N3)2]+, [(L3)Pd2(I)2]+, and [(L3)Pd2(CN)2]+. The acetonitrile ligands in are readily hydrated to give the corresponding amidato complex [(L3)Pd2(NHCOMe)]2+. All complexes were isolated as perchlorate salts and studied by infrared, 1H, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. In addition, complexes [ClO4].EtOH, [ClO4]2, [ClO4], [ClO4].EtOH, and [ClO4]2.MeCN.MeOH have been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The dipalladium complex was found to catalyse the vinyl-addition polymerization of norbornene in the presence of MAO (methylalumoxane) and B(C6F5)3/AlEt3.  相似文献

New palladium(II) complexes of the free-base tetrakis[2,3-(5,6-di-2-pyridylpyrazino)porphyrazine], [Py 8TPyzPzH 2], have been prepared and their physicochemical properties examined. The investigated compounds are the pentanuclear species [(PdCl 2) 4Py 8TPyzPzPd], the monopalladated complex [Py 8TPyzPzPd], and its corresponding octaiodide salt [(2-Mepy) 8TPyzPzPd](I) 8. All three Pd (II) complexes have a common central pyrazinoporphyrazine core and differ only at the periphery of the macrocycle, where the simple dipyridinopyrazine fragments present in [Py 8TPyzPzPd] bear four PdCl 2 units coordinated at the pyridine N atoms in the pentanuclear complex, [(PdCl 2) 4Py 8TPyzPzPd], or carry pyridine-N(CH 3) (+) moieties in the iodide of the octacation [(2-Mepy) 8TPyzPzPd] (8+). The structural features of the pentanuclear complex [(PdCl 2) 4Py 8TPyzPzPd], partly supported by X-ray data and solution (1)H NMR spectra of the [(CN) 2Py 2PyzPdCl 2] precursor, were elucidated through one- and two-dimensional (1)H NMR spectra in solution and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Structural information on the monopalladated complex [Py 8TPyzPzPd] was also obtained from DFT calculations. It was found that in the complex [(PdCl 2) 4Py 8TPyzPzPd] the peripheral PdCl 2 units adopt a py-py coordination mode and the generated N 2PdCl 2 moieties are directed nearly perpendicular to the plane of the pyrazinoporphyrazine ring, strictly recalling the arrangement found for the palladated precursor [(CN) 2Py 2PyzPdCl 2]. NMR and DFT results consistently indicate that of the four structural isomers predictable for [(PdCl 2) 4Py 8TPyzPzPd], one having all four N 2PdCl 2 moieties pointing on the same side of the macrocyclic framework (i.e., isomer 4:0, plus the 3:1 and the 2:2-cis and 2:2-trans isomers), the 4:0 isomer ( C 4 v symmetry) is the predominant form present. According to cyclic voltammetry and spectroelectrochemical results in pyridine, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and dimethylformamide (DMF), the monopalladated complex [Py 8TPyzPzPd] undergoes four reversible or quasi-reversible one-electron ligand-centered reductions, similar to the behavior also observed for the pentanuclear complex [(PdCl 2) 4Py 8TPyzPzPd], which shows an additional reduction peak attributable to the presence of PdCl 2. Owing to the electron-withdrawing properties of the PdCl 2 units, the pentanuclear complex is easier to reduce than the mononuclear complex [Py 8TPyzPzPd], some related [Py 8TPyzPzM] complexes, and their porphyrin or porphyrazine analogues, so much so that the corresponding monoanion radical is generated at potentials close to 0.0 V vs SCE in DMSO or DMF. In turn, the monoanion of [(2-Mepy) 8TPyzPzPd](I) 8 is also extremely easy to generate electrochemically. Indeed, because of the eight positively charged N-CH 3 (+) groups in this complex the first reduction occurs at potentials close to +0.10 V in DMSO or DMF. The redox behavior of the mono- and pentapalladated complexes has been rationalized on the basis of a detailed DFT analysis of their ground-state electronic structure.  相似文献

The syntheses of the parent compounds [(p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe-L] [R = Me, L = THF, 5; R = Bu(n), L = THF, 6; R = PhCH2, L = THF, 7; R = SiMe3, L = none, 8] have been performed by reacting the protonated form of the dialkylcalix[4]arene with [Fe2Mes4] [Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2]. All of them undergo one-electron oxidative functionalization. By use of different oxidizing agents, the following iron(III) derivatives have been obtained: [(p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe-X] [X = Cl, R = Me, 9; X = I, R = Me, 10] and [(p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)2Fe2(mu-X] [X = O, R = Me, 11; X = O, R = Bu(n), 12; X = S, R = Me, 13], 9 and 10 being particularly appropriate for a further functionalization of the metal. The last three display typical antiferromagnetic behavior [J = -78.6 cm-1, 11; J = -64.1 cm-1, 13]. In the case of 7 and 8, the reaction with O2 led to the dealkylation of one of the alkoxo groups, with the formation of a dimeric iron(III) derivative ([mu-p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)3(OR))2Fe2] [R = PhCH2, 14; R = SiMe3, 15] [J = -9.8 cm-1]. The reaction of the parent compounds with ButNC and diazoalkanes led to the formation of [Fe=C] functionalities supported by a calix[4]arene oxo surface. The following compounds have been isolated and characterized: ([p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe=CNBut] [R = SiMe3, 16, nu CN = 2175 cm-1], ([p-Bu(t)-calix[4]-(O)2(OR)2)Fe=CPh2] [R = Me, 17; R = PhCH2, 18; R = SiMe3, 19]. The three carbene complexes 17-19 display quite an unusual high-spin state, which is a consequence of the formation of a weak pi interaction between the metal and the carbene carbon, as confirmed by the extended Hückel calculations. The carbene functionality has been removed from the iron center in the reaction with O2 and HCl. The proposed structures have been supported by X-ray analyses of complexes 8, 9, 12, 14, 16, 17, and 19.  相似文献

Novel neutral antimony(V) complexes were isolated as crystalline materials and characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy: o-amidophenolate complexes [4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-o-amidophenolato]triphenylantimony(V) (Ph3Sb[AP-Me], 1) and [4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-o-amidophenolato]triphenylantimony(v) (Ph3Sb[AP-iPr], 2); catecholate complexes (3,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methoxycatecholato)triphenylantimony(V) (Ph3Sb[(MeO)Cat], 3), its methanol solvate 3CH3OH (4); (3,6-di-tert-butyl-4,5-di-methoxycatecholato)triphenylantimony(V) (Ph3Sb[(MeO)2Cat], 5) and its acetonitrile solvate 5CH3CN (6). Complexes 1-7 were synthesized by oxidative addition of the corresponding o-iminobenzoquinones or o-benzoquinones to Ph3Sb. In the case of the phenanthrene-9,10-diolate (PhenCat) ligand, two different complexes were isolated: Ph3Sb[PhenCat] (7) and [Ph4Sb]+[Ph2Sb(PhenCat)2]- (8). Complexes 7 and 8 were found to be in equilibrium in solution. Molecular structures of 2, 4, 6, and 8 were determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 1-7 reversibly bind molecular oxygen to yield Ph3Sb[L-Me]O2 (9), Ph3Sb[L-iPr]O2 (10), Ph3Sb[(MeO)L']O2 (11), Ph3Sb[(MeO)2L']O2 (12) and Ph3Sb[PhenL']O2 (13), which contain five-membered trioxastibolane species (where L is the O,O',N-coordinated derivative of a 1-hydroperoxy-6-(N-aryl)-iminocyclohexa-2,4-dienol, and L' the O,O',O'-coordinated derivative of 6-hydroperoxy-6-hydroxycyclohexa-2,4-dienone). Complexes 9-13 were characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Formation of a quasi-symmetrical mu 3-carbonato-bridged self-assembled heteromolecular triangle of Ni(II), [(mu 3-CO 3){Ni 2(salmeNH) 2(NCS) 2}{Ni(salmeNH 2) 2].Et 2O.H 2O (HsalmeNH = 2-[(3-methylamino-propylimino)-methyl]-phenol) involves atmospheric CO 2 uptake in a neutral medium, by spontaneous self-reorganization of the starting mononuclear Ni(II)-Schiff-base complex, [Ni(salmeNH) 2]. The environment around Ni(II) in two of the subunits is different from the third one. The starting complex, [Ni(salmeNH) 2], and one of the possible intermediate species, [Ni(salmeNH 2) 2(NCS) 2], which has a very similar coordination environment to that in the third Ni(II) center, have been characterized structurally. A plausible mechanism for the formation of such a triangle has also been proposed. The compound shows a very strong antiferromagnetic coupling. Fit as a regular triangular arrangement gave J = -53.1, g = 2.24, and R = 1.5 x 10 (-4).  相似文献

It is shown that the water-soluble dicarboxylic cationic acid [(eta5-C5H4COOH)2Co(III)]+ (1) is an extremely versatile building block for the construction of organometallic crystalline edifices. Removal of one proton from 1 leads to formation of the neutral zwitterion [(eta5-C5H4COOH)(eta5-C5H4COO)Co(III)] (2), while further deprotonation leads to formation of the dicarboxylate monoanion [(eta5-C5H4COO)2Co(III)]- (3). Compounds 1. 2 and 3 possess different hydrogen-bonding capacity and participate in a variety of hydrogen-bonding networks. The cationic form 1 has been characterised as its [PF6]- and Cl- salts 1-[PF6] and 1-Cl.H2O, as well as in its co-crystal with urea, 1-Cl.3(NH2)2CO, and with the zwitterionic form 2, [(eta5-CH4COOH)(eta5-C5H4COO)Co(III)][(eta5-C5H4COOH)2Co(III)]+[PF6]-, 2.1-[PF6]. The neutral zwitterion 2 behaves as a supramolecular crown ether: it encapsulates the alkali cations K+, Rb+ and Cs+ as well as the ammonium cation NH4+ in cages sustained by O-H...O and C-H...O hydrogen bonds to form co-crystalline salts of the type 2(2)-M[PF6] (M = K, Rb, Cs) and 2(2)-[NH4][PF6]. A fast and sensitive ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (UPLC/MS/MS) method was developed and validated for determination of the residual levels of Kryptofix 2.2.2 (K222) in [18F]-labeled radiopharmaceuticals. The analytical time was only 3 min, and the injection volume was 5 μL. An electrospray ionization source was used in the positive mode (ESI+) for UPLC/MS/MS. The analytical measurements were performed in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The calibration curve at the spiked concentrations of 2–500 ng/mL for K222 showed good linearity. The intra- and inter-day precisions were not more than 5%. The accuracy satisfied the requirement of quality control analysis, the recoveries were found to be 80–120%. This method was successfully applied to detect the residue of K222 in [18F]-fluorodeoxyglucose [(18F)FDG], [18F]-fluoromisonizole[(18F)FMISO], 3′-deoxy-3′-[18F]-fluorothymidine [(18F)FLT], and two new [18F]-labeled radiopharmaceuticals 4-[-(2-[18F]fluoroethoxy) methyl]-1-[2-(2-methyl-5-nitro-1H- imidazol-1-yl) ethyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazole (named as 18F-BNU-1) and 4-[-(2-[18F] fluoroethoxy) methyl]-1-[2-(2-nitro-1H-imidazol-1-yl) ethyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazole (named as 18F-BNU-2) produced in our lab.  相似文献

Very short C-H...O, N-H...O, and O-H...O hydrogen bonds have been generated utilizing the cyclic phosphate [CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2]P(O)OH (1). X-ray structures of (i) 1 (unsolvated, two polymorphs), 1...EtOH, and 1...MeOH, (ii) [imidazolium](+)[CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2PO2](-)...MeOH [2], (iii) [HNC5H4-N=N-C5H4NH](2+)[(CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2PO2)2](2-)...4CH3CN...H2O [3], (v) [K, 18-crown-6](+)[(CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2P(O)OH)(CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2PO2)](-)...2THF [4], (vi) 1...cytosine...MeOH [5], (vii) 1...adenine...1/2MeOH [6], and (viii) 1...S-(-)-proline [7] have been determined. The phosphate 1 in both its forms is a hydrogen-bonded dimer with a short O-H...O distance of 2.481(2) [triclinic form] or 2.507(3) A [monoclinic form]. Compound 2 has a helical structure with a very short C-H...O hydrogen bond involving an imidazolyl C-H and methanol in addition to N-H...O hydrogen bonds. A helical motif is also seen in 5. In 3, an extremely short N-H...O hydrogen bond [N...O 2.558(4) A] is observed. Compounds 6 and 7 also exhibit short N-H...O hydrogen bonds. In 1...EtOH, a 12-membered hydrogen-bonded ring motif, with one of the shortest known O-H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O 2.368(4) A], is present. 1...MeOH is a similar dimer with a very short O(-H)...O bond [2.429(3) A]. In 4, the deprotonated phosphate (anion) and the parent acid are held together by a hydrogen bond on one side and a coordinate/covalent bond to potassium on the other; the O-H...O bond is symmetrical and very strong [O...O 2.397(3) A].  相似文献

The kinetics of comproportionation of hypothiocyanous acid (HOSCN) and thiocyanate (SCN-) to give thiocyanogen ((SCN)2) in acidic aqueous solutions have been determined by double-mixing stopped-flow UV spectroscopy. Hypothiocyanite (OSCN-) was generated at pH 13 by oxidation of excess SCN- with hypobromite (OBr-), followed by a pH jump to acidic conditions ([H+] = 0.20-0.46 M). The observed pseudo-first-order rate constants exhibit first-order dependencies on [H+] and [SCN-] with overall third-order kinetics. The corresponding kinetics of hydrolysis of (SCN)2 have also been examined. Under conditions of high (and constant) [H+] and [SCN-], the kinetics exhibit second-order behavior with respect to [(SCN)2] and complex inverse dependences on [H+] and [SCN-]. Under conditions of low [H+] and [SCN-], the kinetics exhibit first-order behavior with respect to [(SCN)2] and independence with respect to [H+] and [SCN-]. We attribute this behavior to a shift in the rate-limiting step from disproportionation of HOSCN (second-order dependency on [(SCN)2]) to rate-limiting hydrolysis (first-order dependency on [(SCN)2]). Thus, we have determined the following equilibrium constant by the kinetic method: (SCN)2 + H2O HOSCN + SCN- + H+; Khyd = [HOSCN][SCN-][H+]/[(SCN)2] = khyd/kcomp = 19.8(+/-0.7) s-1/ 5.14(+/-0.07) x 103 M-2 s-1 = 3.9 x 10-3 M2.  相似文献

Acid-catalysed hydrolysis of [CH2[(Sn(Ph2)CH2Si(OiPr)Me2]2] followed by subsequent reaction with mercuric chloride in acetone afforded the novel silicon- and tin-containing eight-membered ring [cyclo-CH2[Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(Me2)]2O] in good yield, the crystal structure of which is reported. 119Sn NMR and X-ray studies indicate that [cyclo-CH2[Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(Me2)]2O] acts as a bidentate Lewis acid towards chloride ions exclusively forming the 1:1 complex [(Ph3P)2N]+[cyclo-CH2[Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(Me2)]2OCl]- upon addition of [(Ph3P)2N]+Cl- . Also reported are the synthesis and structure of [K(dibenzo[18]crown-6)]+[cyclo-CH2(Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(Me2)]2OF]-, the first completely characterised organostannate with a C2SnCl2F- substituent pattern. No ring-opening polymerisation could be achieved for [cyclo-CH2[Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(Me2)]2O] or for its perphenylated derivative [cyclo-CH2[Sn(Ph2)CH2Si(Me2)]2O]. The reaction of [cyclo-CH2[Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(Me2)]2O] with Me3O+BF4- gave the tin-containing fluorosilane [CH2[Sn(Cl2)CH2Si(F)Me2]2], in which the Si-F bond is activated by intermolecular Si-F...Sn interactions in the solid state.  相似文献

The thallium derivative of a fluorinated, B-methylated, tris(pyrazolyl)borate ligand, [MeB(3-(CF3)Pz)3]-, has been synthesized via a two-step process using the corresponding pyrazole, Li[MeBH3], and thallium(I) acetate. Reaction of [MeB(3-(CF3)Pz)3]Tl with CuBr in the presence of ethylene leads to [MeB(3-(CF3)Pz)3]Cu(C2H4). It is a thermally stable solid. [MeB(3-(CF3)Pz)3]Cu(C2H4) reacts with [(Bn)2ATI]SnCl to yield [MeB(3-(CF3)Pz)3]Cu<--Sn(Cl)[(Bn)2ATI], featuring an unsupported Cu(I)-Sn(II) bond [2.4540(4) A].  相似文献
