The development of sensors that recognize Lewis oligosaccharides can help the diagnosis and early detection of cancer. Herein, we reported the design and synthesis of a series of anthracene-based bisboronic acids (9a-9e) with different N-substituents near the boronic acid unit. Among them, compound 9a could recognize sialyl Lewis X(sLex) with selectivity over other Lewis sugars, and could significantly stain sLex-expressing HEPG2 cells with selectivity over the range of 0.1-10 μmol/L. Compound 9a possibly has two properly positioned boronic acids caused by the steric hindrance by the near N-benzyl substituent group, which empower its sLex selectivity and higher binding affinity.  相似文献

The molecular structure and conformational stability of CH2CHCH2X (X=F, Cl and Br) molecules were studied using ab initio and density functional theory (DFT) methods. The molecular geometries of 3-fluoropropene were optimized employing BLYP and B3LYP levels of theory of DFT method implementing 6-311+G(d,p) basis set. The MP2/6-31G*, BLYP and B3LYP levels of theory of ab initio and DFT methods were used to optimize the 3-chloropropene and 3-bromopropene molecules. The structural and physical parameters of the molecules are discussed with the available experimental values. The rotational potential energy surface of the above molecules were obtained at MP2/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels of theory. The Fourier decomposition of the rotational potentials were analyzed. The HF/6-31G* and MP2/6-31G* levels of theory have predicted the cis conformer as the minimum energy structure for 3-fluoropropene, which is in agreement with the experimental values, whereas the BLYP/6-311+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels of theory reverses the order of conformation. The ΔE values calculated for 3-chloropropene at MP2/6-31G*, BLYP/6-311+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels of theory show that the gauche form is more stable than the cis form, which is in agreement with the experimental value. The same levels of theory have also predicted that the gauche form is stable than cis for 3-bromopropene molecule. The maximum hardness principle has been able to predict the stable conformer of 3-fluoropropene at HF/6-31G* level of theory, but the same level of theory reverses the conformational stability of 3-chloropropene and 3-bromopropene molecules and MP2/6-31G* level of theory predicted the stable conformer correctly.  相似文献

The structure of C5H5FeR ions was studied by tandem mass spectrometry that included the neutralization-reionization (NR) method. Halogen-containing species (R = F, Cl, Br, I) showed fragmentation that was consistent with a structure that has the cyclopentadienyl ring and R as separate ligands at the metal atom (structure A). This structure also was identified for C5H5FeO+ and CpFeOH ions, but these species also easily isomerized to metal-cyclopentadiene structure, RC5H5Fe (B), followed by hydrogen rearrangement(s) and CO loss. B was the dominant structure of C5H5FeH and C5H5FeC6H5 ions. All ions that have structure A showed recovery signals in their NR mass spectra that indicated that their stable neutral counterparts were generated. The NR mass spectra also provided complementary information about the structure of ions before neutralization and after reionization.  相似文献

Twelve triple complexes of nine adenine tautomers with carboxylate ion of acetic acid CH3COO and sodium ion Na+ of the CH3COO:Ade:Na+ type were studied by the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) quantum chemical method. It was established that three rare adenine tautomers generate more stable complexes than the ground state one. The B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) full optimization was applied to four most stable triple complexes in order to refine on their stability order. To evaluate contributions of each ligands for stabilization of these complexes, calculations of energies and dipole moments of respective binary complexes of the CH3COO:Ade and Ade:Na+ types were performed at the B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) level of theory. At the same level, there were computed energies and dipole moments of isolated tautomers. Two of them, first calculated in this work, appeared to be zwitter-ions. Highly cooperative interplay of interactions of both ligands with adenine tautomers was observed in triple complexes. Preferable sites of coordination of Na+ with tautomers were ascertained. Biological importance of the results obtained is discussed.  相似文献

可燃冰矿藏中气体成分非常复杂,通过谱学分析对水合物样品成分进行指认具有重要意义.基于B97-D/6-311++G(2d,2p)的密度泛函理论(DFT)计算,我们系统地探索了构成水合物的两种标准水笼(51262和51264)包络十八种不同烷烃客体分子的稳定性.从计算结果可以看出,除了3-甲基戊烷和2,3-二甲基丁烷两个烷烃客体分子,其它16个烷烃客体分子都可以被容纳在51262笼中;但是与51262笼不同,十八种烷烃客体分子都可以被容纳在尺寸较大的51264笼中.同时,我们也模拟了五种直链烷烃和四种环状烷烃在51262和51264笼中相应的谱学特征,从拉曼谱图上可以看出,随着碳原子数量的增多,直链烷烃客体分子C―H键伸缩振动区的多数拉曼谱带向高波数移动,而环状烷烃客体分子C―H键伸缩振动区的拉曼谱带则向低波数移动.这些结果为实验上通过拉曼谱测量指认水合物矿藏的成分提供理论参考.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations have been performed on benzooxirene, the corresponding oxo carbene (“ketocarbene”), and the transition state linking the two. At the highest level used, QCISD(T)/6-31G*//MP2(FULL)/6-1G* with MP2(FULL)/ 6-31G* zero point energy corrections, the relative energies of the oxirene, the transition state and the carbene are 0, 24.6, and −17.8 kJ mol−1. Correlation energy effects are very important in this system: at the QCISD(T) level the oxirene lies above the carbene, as at the MP4 and HF levels, but at the MP2 level the ordering is reversed. Benzooxirene is probably slightly nonplanar: the HF/6-31G* geometry is C2v but the MP2(Fermi contact)/6-31G* geometry is Cs with a 6-/3-ring coplanarity deviation of about 6.9 °, although in the MP2(FULL)/6-31G* geometry this is reduced to about 3.1 °.  相似文献

Ab initio molecular orbital calculations are reported for small neutral molecules and cations containing magnesium, nitrogen and hydrogen. Structures have been optimized using gradient techniques at B3LYP/6-31+G(d) and at MP2(full)/6-311++G(d,p). Single-point calculations are reported at QCISD(T)(full)/6-311++G(2df,p) and at CCSD(T)(full)/6-311++G(2df,p) levels using geometries optimized at MP2(full)/6-311++G(d,p). Standard enthalpies of formation at 298 K have been calculated at these two higher levels of theory. Other thermochemical properties calculated include ionization energies and proton affinities. The binding enthalpies of ammonia to Mg+, MgNH2+ and MgNH3+ are also reported.  相似文献

We report the first observation of hyperfine structures (HFSs) and isotope shifts (ISs) of Sm I in the range of 540–560 nm using an atomic beam resonance–fluorescence technique. The least square fitting was used to determine hyperfine constants in 4f55d6s2 and 4f66s6p of atomic samarium (Sm I). The isotope shifts of 18 transition lines were also determined and analyzed by the King plot.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理赝势平面波方法, 计算了不同数量的Al 原子代位六方D88结构的Ti5Si3晶体中的Si 原子后的形成能(ΔHf)、结合能(ΔEcoh)、体模量(B)、剪切模量(G)、泊松比(ν)、Cauchy 压力参数(C12―C66,C13―C44)、金属性(fm)和派-纳力(τP-N)等参数, 表征了Al 合金化对D88-Ti5Si3的结构稳定性和力学性质的影响. 结合态密度、差分电荷密度图和Mulliken 布居等电子结构分析, 揭示了Al 原子的添加量对D88-Ti5Si3的韧/脆性变化的影响机制. 研究表明, D88-Ti5Si3晶体中强的Ti6g―Si6g方向共价键是导致其室温脆性的主要原因. 当1 个和2 个Al 原子占据D88-Ti5Si3晶体中Si6g位置时, 形成了键强较弱的Al6g―Si6g键、Ti6g―Al6g键和Ti4d―Al6g键, 同时降低了D88-Ti5Si3中Ti6g―Si6g键的强度和数量, 从而提高了D88-Ti5Si3的韧性. 当D88-Ti5Si3晶体中Si6g位置被3个Al 原子所占时, Al6g―Si6g键消失, 而Ti6g―Si6g键的强度增加, 导致Ti5(Si1-xAlx)3的脆性增加.  相似文献

Dicationic iron complexes were obtained upon complexation of the ligands 6,6″-di(p-tolyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (L1) or 2,6-bis-(3-mesitylpyrazol-1-yl)pyridine (L2) with iron dichloride or iron trichloride. They were characterized by X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectroscopy. Single crystal structure determinations of , and all show six-coordinate metal center. These complexes were obtained from L1FeCl2 and L2FeCl2 during recrystallization attempts. (L1)2Fe2+ was shown to be a high-spin complex, whereas (L2)2Fe2+ was shown to be low-spin. For , two independent dications of very similar geometry but with distinctive distortion were observed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Variable temperature (−55 to −150°C) studies of the infrared spectra (3500 to 400 cm−1) of dimethylmethoxyphosphine, (CH3)2POCH3 and dimethyl(methylthio)phosphine, (CH3)2PSCH3 dissolved in liquid krypton and/or xenon have been recorded. From these data, the enthalpy differences have been determined to be 393±50 cm−1 (4.71±0.60 kJ/mol), for (CH3)2POCH3 with the near-cis conformer the more stable rotamer and 80±10cm−1 (0.96±0.12 kJ/mol) for (CH3)2PSCH3 with the cis conformer the more stable form. Complete vibrational assignments are presented for both molecules, which are consistent with the predicted frequencies obtained from the ab initio MP2/6-31G(d) calculations. The optimized geometries, conformational stabilities, harmonic force fields, infrared intensities, Raman activities, and depolarization ratios have been obtained from RHF/6-31G(d) and/or MP2/6-31G(d) ab initio calculations. These quantities are compared to the corresponding experimental quantities when appropriate as well as with some corresponding results for some similar molecules.  相似文献

在RHF/6-311G**,RHF/6-311+G**和B3LYP/6-311+G**水平优化得到3,4-二硫方酸(3,4-二巯基-3-环丁烯-1,2-二酮)三种平面构象异构体的平衡几何构型.用MP2(Full)/6-311G**//RHF/6-311G**方法计算单点能量,发现ZZ型异构体是能量最低构象,且ZZ和ZE型能量非常接近.用优化的最稳定构象ZZ型异构体在RHF/6-311G**//RHF/6-311G**,RHF/6-311G**//RHF/6-311G**,MP2(Full)/6-311G**//RHF/6-311G**和B3LYP/6-311G**//B3LYP/6-311G**水平计算其气相酸性(ΔG0)和同键反应芳香性稳定化能(HASE).用基团加和法(Group Increment Approach)在RHF/6-311G**//RHF/6-311G**和B3LYP/6-311G**//B3LYP/6-311G**水平计算其磁化率增量(Λ).计算结果表明,标题化合物的同键反应芳香性稳定化能和磁化率增量均为负值,表明它具有芳香性,实现了标题化合物芳香性的几何、能量和磁性的判定.  相似文献

Excess molar enthalpies HE and excess molar volumes VE have been measured, as a function of mole fraction x1, at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure for the five liquid mixtures (x11,4-C6H4F2 + x2n-ClH2l+2), l = 7, 8, 10, 12 and 16. In addition, HE and excess molar heat capacities CPE at constant pressure have been determined for the two liquid mixtures (x1C6F6 + x2n-ClH2l+2), l = 7 and 14, at the same temperature and pressure. The instruments used were flow microcalorimeters of the Picker design (the HE version was equipped with separators) and a vibrating-tube densimeter, respectively.

The excess enthalpies of the five difluorobenzene mixtures are all positive and quite large; they increase with increasing chain length l of the n-alkane from HE(x1 = 0.5)/(J mol−1) = 1050 for l = 7 to 1359 for l = 16. The corresponding excess volumes VE are all positive and also increase with increasing l: VE(x1 = 0.5)/(cm3 mol−1) = 0.650 for l = 7 and 1.080 for l = 16. Interestingly, the excess enthalphies of the corresponding mixtures with hexafluorobenzene are only about 5% larger, whereas the excess volumes of (x1C6F6 + x2n-ClH2l+2) are roughly twice as large as those of their counterparts in the series containing 1,4-C6H4F2. Specifically, at 298.15 K HE(x1 = 0.5)/(J mol−1) = 1119 for (x1C6F6 + x2n-C7H16) and 1324 for (x1C6F6 + x2n-C14H30), and for the same mixtures VE(x1 = 0.5)/(cm3 mol−1) = 1.882 and 2.093, respectively. The excess heat capacities for both systems are negative and of about the same magnitude as the excess heat capacities of mixtures of fluorobenzene with the same n-alkanes (Roux et al., 1984): CPE(x1 = 0.5)/(J K−1 mol−1) = −1.18 for (x1C6F6 + x2n-C7H16), and −2.25 for (x1C6F6 + x2n-C14H30). The curve CPE vs. (x1 for x1C6F6 + x2n-C14H30) shows a sort of “hump” for x1 0.5, which is presumed to indicate emerging W-shape composition dependence at lower temperatures.  相似文献

Variable temperature studies of the infrared spectra (3500–400 cm−1) of 1-pentyne, CH3CH2CH2CCH, dissolved in liquid xenon (−55 to −100°C) and liquid krypton (−105 to −150°C) have been recorded. These data indicate that the anti (methyl group trans to the acetylenic group) and gauche conformers have relative concentrations that vary with the temperature, i.e. enthalpy nonzero. Utilizing seven sets of conformer pairs for the xenon solution and ten sets of conformer pairs for the krypton solution, the enthalpy difference has been determined to be 50±6 cm−1 (0.60±0.07 kJ/mol) and 45±4 cm−1 (0.54±0.05 kJ/mol), respectively, with the anti conformer the more stable form. Because of two equivalent gauche forms, this conformer is estimated to be in higher abundance at 61±1% in the xenon solution and 62±1% in the krypton solution. Optimized geometries and conformational stabilities have been obtained from ab initio calculations with basis sets 6-31G(d), 6-311+G(d,p), 6-311+G(2d,2p) and 6-311+G(2df,2pd) with full electron correlation by the perturbation method to second order (MP2). All of the calculations predict the gauche rotamer to be the more stable form with a high value of 181 cm−1 from the MP2/6-311+G(d,p) calculations and a low value of 107 cm−1 from the MP2/6-311+G(2d,2p) calculation. The ro adjusted structural parameters have been obtained from a combination of the microwave rotational constants and ab initio predicted parameters. The values are compared to the recently reported values from an electron diffraction study where the value for the CC bond distance appears to be too long. The results are discussed and the conformational stability is compared to those obtained for some similar molecules.  相似文献

Infrared spectra (4000–50 cm−1) of the vapor, amorphous and crystalline solids and Raman spectra (3600–10 cm−1) of the liquid with qualitative depolarization data as well as the amorphous and crystalline solids of methylaminothiophosphoryl difluoride, CH3N(H)P(=S)F2, and three deuterated species, CD3N(H)P(=S)F2, CH3N(D)P(=S)F2, and CD3N(D)P(=S)F2, have been recorded. The spectra indicate that in the vapor, liquid and amorphous solid a small amount of a second conformer is present, whereas only one conformer remains in the low temperature crystalline phase. The near-infrared spectra of the vapor confirms the existence of two conformers in the gas phase. Asymmetric top contour simulation of the vapor shows that the trans conformer is the predominant vapor phase conformer. From a temperature study of the Raman spectrum of the liquid the enthalpy difference between the trans and near-cis conformers was determined to be 368±15 cm−1 (4.41±0.2 kJ/mol), with the trans conformer being thermodynamically preferred. Ab Initio calculations with structure optimization using the 6-31G(d) and 6-311+G(d,p) basis sets at the restricted Hartree–Fock (RHF) and/or with full electron correlation by the perturbation method to second order (MP2) support the occurrence of near-trans (5° from trans) and near-cis (20° from cis) conformers. From the RHF/6-31G(d) calculation the near-trans conformer is predicted to be the more stable form by 451 cm−1 (5.35 kJ/mol) and from the MP2/6-311+G(d,p) calculation by 387 cm−1 (4.63 kJ/mol). All of the normal modes of the near-trans rotamer have been assigned based on infrared band contours, depolarization values and group frequencies and the assignment is supported by the normal coordinate calculation utilizing harmonic force constants from the MP2/6-31G(d) ab initio calculations.  相似文献

Variable temperature (−105 to −150 °C) studies of the infrared spectra (3500–400 cm−1) of 1,1-dimethylhydrazine, (CH3)2NNH2, in liquid krypton have been carried out. No convincing spectral evidence could be found for the trans conformer which is expected to be at least 600 cm−1 less stable than the gauche form. The structural parameters, dipole moments, conformational stability, vibrational frequencies, and infrared and Raman intensities have been predicted from MP2/6-31G(d) ab initio calculations. The predicted infrared and Raman spectra are compared to the experimental ones. The adjusted r0 parameters from MP2/6-311+G(d,p) calculations are compared to those reported from an electron diffraction study. The energy differences between the gauche and trans conformers have been obtained from MP2 ab initio calculations as well as from density functional theory by the B3LYP method calculations from a variety of basis sets. All of these calculations indicate an energy difference of 650–900 cm−1 with the B3LYP calculations predicted the larger values. The potential function governing the conformational interchange has been predicting from both types of calculations and comparisons have been made. The barrier to internal rotation by the independent rotor model of the inner methyl group is predicted to have a value of 1812 cm−1 and that of the outer one of 1662 cm−1 from ab initio MP2/6-31G(d) calculations. These values agree well with the experimentally determined values of 1852±16 and 1558±12 cm−1, respectively, from a fit of the torsional transitions with the coupled rotor model. For the coupled rotor model the predicted V33 (sin 3τ0 sin 3τ1 term) value which ranged from 190 to 232 cm−1 is in reasonable agreement with the experimental value of 268±3 cm−1 but the predicted V33 (cos 3τ0 cos 3τ1 term) value of −73 to −139 cm−1 is 25% smaller and of the opposite sign of the experimental value of 333±22 cm−1. These theoretical and spectroscopy results are compared to similar quantities of some corresponding molecules.  相似文献

Ab initio (HF/3-21G*), DFT (B3LYP with basis sets 6-31G*, 6-311+G* and 6-311+G(2d)) and, in some cases, MP2/6-31G* calculations, were done on cyclic dimers, trimers, etc. and on acyclic oligomers (with OH and H on the ends) of sulfur monoxide and sulfur dioxide. The four cyclic (SO)n molecules were (S–O)2 (1,3,2,4-dioxadithietane, 1a), (S–O)3 (1,3,5,2,4,6-trioxatrithiane, 2a), (S(=O))4 (tetrathietane 1,2,3,4-tetraoxide, 1b), and (S(=O))6 (hexathiane 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexaoxide, 2b). The four cyclic (SO2)n molecules were the dioxide of 1a (1,3,2,4-dioxadithietane 2,4-dioxide, 1c), the trioxide of 2a (1,3,5,2,4,6-trioxatrithiane 2,4,6-trioxide, 2c), the tetraoxide of 1b (tetrathietane 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4-octaoxide, 1d) and the hexaoxide of 2b (hexathiane 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-dodecaoxide, 2d). The 16 acyclic molecules (oxides of disulfane, trisulfane, etc. and oxides of oxadisulfane, dioxatrisulfane, etc.) were (–S–O–)n, (–S(=O)–)n, (–S(=O)O–)n, and (–S(=O)2–)n, with n from 2 to 5 and HO, H at the ends. Most of these species are relative minima on the B3LYP/6-31G* potential energy surface. In energy content, the SO dimer, etc. lie below, and the SO2 dimer, etc. above, their SOx components, at all the electron-correlated levels.  相似文献

The vibrational spectrum of 1-methyluracil trapped in an argon matrix has been analysed based on ab initio Hartree—Fock SCF calculations with a split-valence 4–21 basis set. The directly computed theoretical harmonic force field was scaled with empirical scale factors which were transferred from uracil (except for the methyl vibrational modes) to provide an a priori prediction of fundamental frequencies and intensities. The average deviations between experiment and prediction were 9.8 cm−1 for the in-plane vibrations and 18.3 cm−1 for the ring out-of-plane modes. After a few corrections of assignment of the observed spectrum, a new set of scale factors was optimized to give the best force field available from combined consideration of the experimental and theoretical information. These scale factors reduced the average deviations to 6.7 cm−1 for the in-plane modes and to 11.7 cm−1 for the out-of-plane ones. The vibrational spectra of seven isotopic derivatives (-2180, -4180, -3d, -5d, -6d, -5, 6d2 and -CD3) of 1-methyluracil were predicted with the force field resulting from the optimized set of scale factors, and compared with the crystal-phase experimental data. A few misassignments in the experimental isotopic spectra have been corrected. Vibrational absorption intensities have been computed and compared with experiment and with an earlier calculation.  相似文献

Amperometic flow measurements were made at +0.55 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in 0.1 mol l−1 KOH electrolyte with an Ni(II) chemically modified electrode (CME) with an Eastman-AQ polymer film. The use and characteristics of a Ni(II)-containing crystalline and polymer-modified electrode obtained by a double coating step as a detector for amino acids in a flow-injection system using reversed-phase liquid chromatography are described. The detection of these analytes is based on the higher oxidation state of nickel (NiOOH) controlled by the applied potential. The electroanalytical parameters and the detection current for a series of amines and amino acids were investigated. The use of such a CME in the flow-injection technique was found to be suitable in a solution at low pH. The linear range for glycine is 5 × 10−6-0.1 mol l−1 with a detection limit of 1.0×10−6 mol l−1. A 1 × 10−4 mol l−1 mixture of serine and tyrosine was also detected after separation on an Nucleosil C18 column.  相似文献

The energy-localized CNDO/2 molecular orbitais have been calculated for the clusters containing molybdenum, > {Mo3S42Mo}8+ and> Mo3S4]CuI> 4+, versus the prototype arene-metal sandwich (C6H6)2Cr and half-sandwich complexes C6H6Cr(CO)3. The bonding characteristics of these compounds are described from a localization bonding viewpoint. There are two typical M-arene and M-[Mo3S4] bondings. One is formed by electron donation from the three-center two-electron π-bonds in the arene or [Mo3S4]4+ ligands into the vacant hybrid orbitais of the “stranger” metal atom. In the other M-arene or M-[Mo3S4] bond there is very little donation by the lone electron pair occupying the d AOs of the “stranger” metal atom to the arene or [Mo3S4]4+ ligands. The analogy of the ligand [Mo3S4]4+ in the clusters studied with the ligand benzene is also briefly discussed.  相似文献
