Reaction of 4-isopropylamino-5-chloro-1,2-dithiole-3-ones 3 and S2Cl2 in acetonitrile gave selectively 3-oxo-bis[1,2]dithiolo[1,4]thiazine-5-thiones 1 by the addition of triethylamine and bis[1,2]dithiolo[1,4]thiazine-3,5-diones 5 under the action of formic acid. 3,5-Diones 5 were also obtained by intramolecular cyclization of N,N-bis(5-chloro-3-oxo[1,2]dithiol-4-yl)amines 6 with S2Cl2 in the presence of Et3N.  相似文献

The polarized Raman spectrum of solutions, and the infra-red spectra of solutions and isooriented films in polarized radiation have been measured for 1,2-dichloro- and for the previously unknown 1-chloro-2-bromo- and 1,2 dibromocyclobuten-3,4-dione. A normal coordinate analysis has been carried out with the aims of obtaining an acceptably low dispersion force field and a good agreement with the experimental frequencies.  相似文献

A series of 3-chloro-5-halo(pseudohalo)-4H-1,2,6-thiadiazin-4-ones (halo/pseudohalo = Br, I, OTf) are prepared from 3,5-dichloro-4H-1,2,6-thiadiazin-4-one (3) in good yields. Of these the triflate reacts with tributyltin arenes (Stille couplings) chemoselectively to give only the 5-aryl-3-chloro-4H-1,2,6-thiadiazin-4-ones in high yields. This allowed the preparation of a series of unsymmetrical biaryl thiadiazines and ultimately a series of oligomers. Furthermore, treatment of 3-chloro-5-iodo-4H-1,2,6-thiadiazin-4-one (10) with Bu(3)SnH and Pd(OAc)(2) gave the bithiadiazinone which can also be further arylated via the Stille reaction to give bisthien-2-yl and bis(N-methylpyrrol-2-yl) analogs.  相似文献

The tandem Diels-Alder/dehydrochlorination reaction of semisquaric chloride (1) with the 1,2-bis(methylene)cycloalkanes 2a-c and 1,2-bis(methylene)-4-cyclohexene (9) affords the linearly-fused cycloalkanodihydrobenzocyclobutene-1,2-diones 3a-c and 3,4,7,8-tetrahydrocyclobuta[b]-naphthalene-1,2-dione (10), respectively. On treatment with MnO2, 3a-c are dehydrogenated to the respective carbocycle-fused benzocyclobutene-1,2-diones 4a-c in good yields. 3a and 3b react with bromine to give the addition products 5a,b, which, on treatment with silver trifluoroacetate, afford the benzocyclobutene-1,2-diones 4a,b. For preparative purposes, the sequence 3-->5-->4 can be performed advantageously as a "one-pot procedure". Double-condensation reactions of 4a,b with alpha,alpha'-biscyano-o-xylene and o-phenylenediamine afford the pentacyclic biphenylenes 7a,b and the cyclobutahetarenes 8a,b, respectively. These cyclobutenediones suggest themselves as building blocks for the construction of extended linearly-fused polycyclic compounds with novel ring sequences. o-Quinodimethanes 12a-g generated in situ by the thermal decomposition of the respective 1,4-dihydro-2,3-benzoxathiin-3-oxides (sultines) 11a-g react with semisquaric chloride (1) to afford the 3,8-dihydronaphtho[b]cyclobutene-1,2-diones 13a-g. These, on dehydrogenation with bromine and/or MnO2, furnish the naphtho[b]cyclobutene-1,2-diones 14a-g in fair to good yields. As described for 4a,b the naphtho[b]cyclobutene-1,2-diones 14a-c are condensed with alpha,alpha'-biscyano-o-xylene and o-phenylenediamine to furnish the pentacyclic biphenylenes 15a-c and the pentacyclic cyclobutahetarenes 16a-c.  相似文献

Butane-, phenylmethane-, and benzenethiols reacted with 4,5-dichloro-3-trichloromethyl-1,2-thiazole in the presence of sodium ethoxide to give the corresponding 5-alkyl(aryl)sulfanyl-4-chloro-3-trichloromethyl-1,2-thiazoles. The reaction of 4,5-dichloro-1,2-thiazole-3-carboxylic acid with the same thiols under similar conditions resulted in the formation of sodium 4,5-dichloro-1,2-thiazole-3-carboxylate, while in the presence of pyridine 5-alkyl(aryl)sulfanyl-4-chloro-1,2-thiazole-3-carboxylic acids were obtained.  相似文献

2,3-Dichloroquinoxaline and some of its derivatives have been reacted with malononitrile and ethyl cyanoacetate to yield a variety of 3-chloro-2-(cyanomethylene)- 1,2-dihydroquinoxaline derivatives. The reaction of 3-chloro-2-(dicyanomethylene)-1,2- dihydroquinoxaline (2e) with pyridine and its methyl derivatives led to the zwitterionic structures 6a-6c. Two protocols for the construction of 4-iodo-3-furanones through a sequence consisting of cyclization and 1,2-migration of 2-alkynyl-2-silyloxy carbonyl compounds were developed. In one, electrophilic cyclization is directly induced by N-iodosuccinimide (NIS). In the second less limited variant, AuCl3 catalyzes the tandem reaction in the presence of NIS to provide highly substituted heterocycles in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

A preparative method is proposed and the synthesis of 4-arylamino-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinolines has been effected. An X-ray structural investigation of 4-(4-chlorophenylamino)-2-oxo-1-propyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid has been carried out enabling the ease of decarboxylating such compounds to be substantiated. 8-Chloro-7-formyl-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3-carbonitrile ( 3 ) is constructed using N-(5-cyano-6-oxo-4-phenyl-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl) acetamide ( 2 ) via Vilsmeier-Haack formylation reaction. Compound 3 reacted with 3-(triethoxysilyl)propan-1-amine under different conditions. Condensation of pyrimidopyrimidine 3 with thiosemicarbazone derivative gave Schiff base 8 , which upon treating with Vilsmeier-Haack reagent afforded pyrazole carbothioamide 9 . Cyclocondensation of compound 3 with some binucleophiles namely thiocarbohyrazide, hydrazine carbodithioic acid, benzyl hydrazinecarbodithioate and/or 2-thioxopyrimidinone was investigated. Structures of the new synthesized compounds were confirmed by their analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

4-Chloro-3-nitro-2-quinolones 3 obtained from the 4-hydroxy quinolones 1 by nitration and chlorination, reacted with sodium azide to the 4-azido derivatives 4 which cyclized on thermolysis to yield the furoxanes 5 . Nucleophilic substitution reactions of 3 led to the 4-amino-, 4-fluoro- and 4-alkoxy-3-nitroquinolones 7, 8 and 9 , respectively. With thiols either 4-thio-3-nitro- 10 or 3,4-dithioquinolones 11 were obtained depending on the basic catalyst.  相似文献

An optimized total synthesis of the 2-amino-6-chloro-4-cyclopropyl-7-fluoro-5-methoxy-pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,3-dione core structure of a new fluoroquinolone-like class of antibacterial agents is described. This synthesis is highlighted by a nearly quantitative ring-closing reaction to form the pyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidine core.
