基于多光束干涉原理,推导出了高斯光束斜入射非平行法布里-珀罗干涉仪射后的透射光强表达式,在此基础上,着重研究了高斯光束入射角的大小以及法布里-珀罗干涉仪两反射端面的不平行度对透射光强分布的影响。研究结果表明:入射角的大小和干涉仪的不平行度对透射光的强度分布、峰值强度的大小和峰值强度的位置有很大的影响;在入射高斯光束具有较小的腰斑半径或法布里-珀罗干涉仪的两端面的反射率较大时,必须考虑高斯光束沿传输轴线的衍射效应;楔角为负的非平行法布里珀罗出射光斑的光强在“反跳”处急剧下降到零,可利用这一特点对距离进行精确测量。 相似文献

After deriving the expression of the intensity of the transmitted beam for a Gaussian beam passing through a misaligned FPI, the influence of the nonparallelism in FPI mirrors alignment on the transmission of a Gaussian beam has been investigated numerically. The results show that the energy profile of the total transmitted beam appears multiple sub-peaks structure; with the increase of the nonparallelism in FPI mirrors alignment, the number of the sub-peaks raises, the peak intensity of the transmitted beam has a declining tendency, and the peak intensity position of the total transmitted beam is shifted. 相似文献

The transmission of a Gaussian beam after incidenting nonnormally on a Fabry–Perot etalon has been investigated. Under the nonresonant case where the carrier frequency of a Gaussian beam deviates from the resonant frequency of a Fabry–Perot etalon, the transmission of a Gaussian beam after incidenting nonnormally on a Fabry–Perot etalon has been investigated. The results show that under the nonresonant case, variations of the peak intensity, the position of the peak intensity and the spot size of the transmitted beam with the input angle behave differently and even with a reversed tendency compared with those obtained under the resonant case. 相似文献

根据光在格兰泰勒棱镜和格兰傅科棱镜空气隙胶合层中的干涉效应,分析了空气隙偏光棱镜对单模高斯光束光强分布的影响;结果表明:对于某一波长的入射光,当空气隙的厚度一定时,透射光强随光在空气隙介面上入射角的变化作周期性振荡;当入射角一定时,透射光强随空气隙厚度的变化作周期性变化;且透射高斯光束的形状也随光的入射角以及空气隙厚度的改变发生变化;且无论是透射光强的周期性振荡,还是透射高斯光束的形状的变化,格兰泰勒棱镜的影响均小于格兰傅科棱镜;这说明前者的综合性能优于后者。 相似文献

An axisymmetric-fold-combination (ASFC) cavity composed of two planar mirrors and spherical mirrors was designed. It is a stable-unstable resonator cavity. The light field of radial direction is Gaussian distribution. And in angular orientation, the distribution keeps invariant. It could generate annular CO2 laser beam with excellent spatial coherence. And the spatial coherence is commendably realized with its stable-unstable cavity structure. The output light intensity distribution of this special model was discussed and simulated. With exterior lenses group, the output beams can be adjusted and controlled better to meet the manufactural requirements. 计算电容是复现电学阻抗单位的基准装置, 利用计算电容值和量子霍尔电阻值可以准确计算出精细结构常数α. 计算电容的本质是通过高准确度地测量屏蔽电极的位移, 实现对电容量值的测量. 因此, 基于Fabry-Perot干涉仪的精密电极位移测量系统是计算电容装置中最为核心和关键的部分. 在Fabry-Perot干涉仪测位移过程中, 由于高斯激光束存在轴向Gouy相位, 该附加相位将会引起相邻干涉条纹对应位移的变化(大于或者小于λ/2), 导致位移的测量值与实际值存在偏差. 本文阐述了高斯激光场的传播特性, 利用高斯激光束在自由空间和透过薄透镜复振幅的变换关系, 建立了计算电容装置中Fabry-Perot干涉仪透射光束的传输模型; 通过对不同腔长的Fabry-Perot干涉仪透射光场相位的分析, 获得了高斯激光束轴向Gouy相位修正与传输距离的关系. 结果表明, 当腔长从111.3 mm移动至316.3 mm时, 在接收距离为560 mm的情况下, 高斯光束轴向Gouy 相位引起的位移修正的绝对值最小为0.7 nm, 其相对相位修正量|δL|/|ΔL| = 3.4×10-9. 相似文献

利用菲涅尔—基尔霍夫衍射积分公式,研究薄片近似情况下的Kerr效应带来的波前畸变对高斯光束聚焦特性的影响.在相位延迟为-2~2 rad的范围内进行的模拟计算表明:正Kerr效应能提高高斯光束的聚焦强度、增大相对焦移量、提高聚焦光束的焦平面桶中功率和降低几何焦平面的峰值光强;而负Kerr效应,则会降低聚焦强度、增大相对焦移量、降低聚焦光束的焦平面桶中功率和几何焦平面的峰值光强.可以通过增大光束菲涅尔数来抑制Kerr效应对聚焦特性的影响. 相似文献

In this paper a new simple model for investigation of the power extraction process from a gas-dynamic laser (GDL) is presented. This analysis consists of a numerical solution of non-equilibrium supersonic flow in the laser cavity and, simultaneously, point-by-point numerical integration of the laser intensity in the beam direction. The simplest cavity, that is a Fabry-Perot with parallel mirrors, is used. This model gives the variation of intensity in the flow direction, without any specific assumptions. The behaviours of all interesting quantities are obtained and compared with other existing models. 相似文献

根据等倾干涉原理,对高斯光束经薄膜反射后的光强、可见度、条纹分布进行了理论分析,讨论了入射角对光强、可见度分布的影响,相位角对条纹可见度的影响.数值模拟计算表明:沿着垂直于光传播方向的平面,反射光束叠加区域为一圆斑,随着入射角的增大,可见度逐渐减小,光强分布偏离了高斯分布,光斑变大,峰值减小.干涉条纹在空间的分布类似于平面波的薄膜等倾干涉,主要由入射角及薄膜厚度决定. 相似文献

以亚当姆预测 校正系统数值计算方法为基础,在同时考虑光束通过克尔介质后的相位和光束线型变化的情况下,利用惠更斯 菲涅尔衍射积分公式,对高斯光束通过克尔介质后的近场和远场的横向光强分布进行了研究.结果表明:当高斯光束通过“薄”介质的出射面时,不仅仅相位发生了变化,而且光强线型分布也不再呈理想的高斯分布,而是有一系列丝状的近高斯分布.光束通过克尔介质后,无论是在近场还是远场,其光束总能量分布都被发散了.结果同时表明:光束通过正克尔介质后的远场光强分布主要集中在中心附近,并逐渐向边缘减弱,而光束通过负克尔介质后远场光束能量主要集中在边缘. 相似文献

为了详细分析由多个反射镜构成的谐振腔内的闭合光轴(共轭光轴)的特性以及存在条件, 首先从光束传输坐标变换的角度, 分析了由多个平面镜所构成的谐振腔的共轭光轴存在条件, 得出了奇数平面镜谐振腔仅当平面镜间具有高精度的相同垂直度时才存在闭合光轴, 而偶数平面镜谐振腔总是存在闭合光轴的结论, 并给出了腔共轭轴随腔镜方向失调而产生的角度变化关系. 然后从矩阵光学的角度分析包含球面镜的谐振腔的共轭光轴在腔镜间传输时的方向变换问题, 具体分析了由两个平面镜和一个球面镜构成的三角形环形谐振腔的闭合共轭光轴存在的问题. 结果表明, 当不同的镜子出现角度偏差时, 腔内仍然存在闭合的共轭光轴, 并给出了对应的腔轴变化以及新谐振面的位置及方向. 由此表明由于球面镜的加入降低了谐振腔共轭轴存在性对平面镜间高精度平行度的要求, 为基于高品质光学无源腔的光谱测量技术的高精度装调工作提供了理论指导. 相似文献

By using the extended Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral and the method of expanding the aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, an approximate analytical formula of the double-distance propagation for Gaussian beam passing through a tilted cat-eye optical lens and going back along the entrance way in a turbulent atmosphere has been derived. Through numerical calculation, the effects of incidence angle, propagation distance, and structure constant on the propagation properties of a Gaussian beam in a turbulent atmosphere are studied. It is found that the incidence angle creates an unsymmetrical average intensity distribution pattern, while the propagation distance and the structure constant can each create a smooth and symmetrical average intensity distribution pattern. The average intensity peak gradually deviates from the centre, and the central average intensity value decreases quickly with the increase in incidence angle, while a larger structure constant can bring the average intensity peak back to the centre. 相似文献
