从构造驱动系统和响应系统之间的函数关系出发,一般性地研究了广义混沌同步中同步流形的多值性问题,并对同步流形的稳定性进行了分析,提出了多稳定同步流形存在的条件.利用该稳定性条件对两个实例进行了分析,一个为Genesio-Rssler耦合系统,另一个为具有二次、三次非线性的耦合Duffing系统,结果表明前者仅有唯一的稳定同步流形,而后者随着耦合强度的增加,从具有两个稳定的同步流形变为只存在一个稳定同步流形.

提出用改进的状态观测器研究混沌广义同步问题.采用解析法求得了混沌广义同步的响应系统.从状态观测器理论,得到驱动和响应系统全局渐进线性广义同步的充分条件.以超混沌R?ssler系统为例,数值研究了该同步方法.结果表明了它的有效性.

We report a method of engineering generalized synchronization (GS) in chaotic oscillators using an open-plus-closed-loop coupling strategy. The coupling is defined in terms of a transformation matrix that maps a chaotic driver onto a response oscillator where the elements of the matrix can be arbitrarily chosen, and thereby allows a precise control of the GS state. We elaborate the scheme with several examples of transformation matrices. The elements of the transformation matrix are chosen as constants, time varying function, state variables of the driver, and state variables of another chaotic oscillator. Numerical results of GS in mismatched Ro?ssler oscillators as well as nonidentical oscillators such as Ro?ssler and Chen oscillators are presented. 相似文献

In this paper, with a given manifold y= H(x) , we have constructed
a response system for a continuous-time chaotic system as a drive
system, and used impulsive control theory to demonstrate
theoretically that this response system can achieve impulsive
generalized synchronization (GS) with the drive system. Our

The existing concept of the weak and strong synchronization in discrete maps is verified. The state vectors of interacting chaotic systems are shown to be related to each other by the functional relation only in the strong synchronization regime; in the weak regime, the prehistory must be taken into account. Synchronization of actively oscillating organelles such as cilia and flagella facilitates self-propulsion of cells and pumping fluid in low Reynolds number environments. To understand the key mechanism behind synchronization induced by hydrodynamic interaction, we study a model of rigid-body rotors making fixed trajectories of arbitrary shape under driving forces that are arbitrary functions of the phase. For a wide class of geometries, we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for synchronization of a pair of rotors. We also find a novel synchronized pattern with an oscillating phase shift. Our results shed light on the role of hydrodynamic interactions in biological systems, and could help in developing efficient mixing and transport strategies in microfluidic devices. 相似文献

Photochemistry from TiO2 surfaces is described for two cases: The UV-induced photodesorption of O2 from TiO2(1 1 0) – 1 × 1; and the hydrophilic effect caused by UV irradiation on TiO2. In both cases fundamental information about how these processes occur has been found. In the case of the O2 photodesorption kinetics, it has been found that the rate of the process is proportional to the square root of the UV flux, showing that second-order electron–hole pair recombination is dominant in governing the photodesorption rate. In addition these measurements provide an estimate of the concentration of hole traps in the TiO2 crystal. In other measurements of the UV-induced hydrophilicity, starting with the atomically-clean TiO2 surface, it has been shown that the effect occurs suddenly at a critical point during irradiation as a result of photooxidation of a monolayer of hydrocarbon (n-hexane) at equilibrium with ppm concentration of n-hexane in O2 at 1 atmosphere pressure. 相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of chaos control and
synchronization of the Chen--Liao system. From rigorous mathematic
justification, the chaotic trajectories of the Chen--Liao system are
led to a type of points whose four-dimensional coordinates have a
particular functional relation among them. Meanwhile, a new
synchronization manner, reduced-order generalized synchronization
(RGS), is proposed which has the characteristic of having a
functional relation between the slave and the partial master systems.
It is shown that this new synchronization phenomenon can be realized
by a novel technique. Numerical simulations have verified the

This Letter investigates generalized function synchronization of continuous and discrete complex networks by impulsive control. By constructing the reasonable corresponding impulsively controlled response networks, some criteria and corollaries are derived for the generalized function synchronization between the impulsively controlled complex networks, continuous and discrete networks are both included. Furthermore, the generalized linear synchronization and nonlinear synchronization are respectively illustrated by several examples. The optical synchronization of two passively mode-locked erbium fiber lasers in a master-slave geometry is presented. Both lasers were mode-locked via nonlinear polarization rotation and used a shared semiconductor saturable absorber mirror for synchronization. Tight synchronization and transfer of the repetition frequency stability were shown. The contributions of several physical mechanisms to the change in roundtrip time during synchronization are investigated by analyzing the change of different pulse parameters in synchronized state, including carrier envelope offset frequency and spectrum. 相似文献

对改进恒Lyapunov指数谱混沌系统的广义投影同步进行了研究.用主动控制同步法设计合适的非线性反馈控制器,通过单向耦合,实现恒指数谱混沌系统的同结构广义投影同步与异结构广义投影同步.在指出广义投影同步体系中比例因子调节作用的同时,也分析了改进恒指数谱混沌系统的全局线性调幅参数对同步体系中两个系统的作用.基于模块与复用的设计思想,详细分析并构建了广义投影同步体系中的驱动系统、控制系统与响应系统.数值仿真与电路实验仿真一致显示:调节比例因子能够获得任意比例于原驱动混沌系统输出的混沌信号;调节全局线性调幅参数,能够同时线性调整同步体系中两个系统输出的状态变量的幅值,而不影响两个系统之间的广义投影同步.

A way of data transmission using generalized chaotic synchronization is suggested. Since the characteristics of the valid signal are corrected by a noise generator with desired parameters, this way of data transmission offers a high degree of reliability. It is shown that noise in the method of generalized synchronization improves the privacy of the transmitted data. The basic ideas of the method are illustrated with unidirectionally coupled Ressler systems used as oscillators on the transmitter and receiver sides. 相似文献

A method for secure data transmission is proposed on the basis of the phenomenon of generalized chaotic synchronization, which is characterized by extremely high stability to noise and fluctuations in a communication channel. The basic concepts of the method proposed are illustrated by numerical simulation of two unidirectionally coupled Róssler systems, chosen as a transmitter and a receiver. The notion of phase synchronization in time-delay systems, exhibiting highly non-phase-coherent attractors, has not been realized yet even though it has been well studied in chaotic dynamical systems without delay. We report the identification of phase synchronization in coupled nonidentical piecewise linear and in coupled Mackey-Glass time-delay systems with highly non-phase-coherent regimes. We show that there is a transition from nonsynchronized behavior to phase and then to generalized synchronization as a function of coupling strength. We have introduced a transformation to capture the phase of the non-phase-coherent attractors, which works equally well for both the time-delay systems. The instantaneous phases of the above coupled systems calculated from the transformed attractors satisfy both the phase and mean frequency locking conditions. These transitions are also characterized in terms of recurrence-based indices, namely generalized autocorrelation function P(t), correlation of probability of recurrence, joint probability of recurrence, and similarity of probability of recurrence. We have quantified the different synchronization regimes in terms of these indices. The existence of phase synchronization is also characterized by typical transitions in the Lyapunov exponents of the coupled time-delay systems. 相似文献
