The crystal structures of N‐aryl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐2,4‐quinolinediones bearing methoxy‐ ( 1 ), methyl‐ ( 2 ), and chloro‐ ( 3 ) substituents in 2′‐position of the phenyl ring have been determined by X‐ray crystal structure analysis. The heterocyclic ring in 1–3 adopts an envelope conformation, with the smallest ring puckering in the ortho‐chloro derivative 3 . The N‐aryl ring is almost perpendicular with respect to the quinoline‐2,4‐dione ring. The corresponding dihedral angle values are 83.2(1)°, 80.0(9)°, and 83.4(2)° in 1, 2 and 3 , respectively. The hydrogen bond of C H⋅⋅⋅O type joins the molecules of the ortho‐methoxy derivative 1 into dimers. The supramolecular structure also contains two C H⋅⋅⋅π interactions that link the hydrogen‐bonded dimers into sheets. In ortho‐methyl derivative 2 , one C H⋅⋅⋅π interaction generates infinite chains, whereas two C H⋅⋅⋅O hydrogen bonds and three C H⋅⋅⋅π interactions in the ortho‐chloro derivative 3 form three‐dimensional framework. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of 1‐oxo‐2‐propyl‐4‐(substituted)phenylimino‐1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8‐octahydro‐[1,4,3]thiazaphosphorino[4,3‐a][1,3,2]benzodiazaphosphorine 3‐oxides ( 5a–g ) has been synthesized in excellent yields via the reaction of 1‐(2‐bromoethyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐3‐propyl‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphorin‐4(1H)‐one 2‐oxide with (substituted) phenyl isothiocyanates, which contain the proximate imino and phosphoryl groups in the fused heterocycle. The structures of all of the new compounds were confirmed by spectroscopic methods and microanalyses. The results from X‐ray crystallography analysis of 5a showed that the proximate imino and phosphoryl groups are not coplanar due to their being jointly located in the fused heterocycle, thus having ring tension, and this then destroys the conjugation between the CN and the PO moieties. As a result, the length of the P C bond, measured as 1.8285(18) Å, is just the same as that of a P C bond not involved in conjugation (1.80–1.85 Å). Also, the C(1), C(2), S(1), C(3), P(1), and N(2) atoms of the [1,4,3]thiazaphosphorino moiety exist preferably in the boat conformation. The coplanar C(1), N(2), C(3), and S(1) atoms, within an average deviation of 0.0564 Å, form the ground floor of the boat conformation, whereas, the P(1) and C(2) atoms are on the same side of the coplanar structure with the distance of 0.7729 Å and 0.7621 Å, respectively. On the other hand, around the CN double bond, the P(1) C(3) bond and the N(1) C(11) bond are in a trans relationship because of the repulsive action of the n‐propyl group in the 2‐position of the title compound. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In the title compound, C29H30N6O, the naphthyridine moiety is planar with a dihedral angle between the fused rings of 1.9 (1)°. The phenol ring is nearly coplanar, while the diethylaminophenyl substituent is orthogonal to the central naphthyridine ring and the pyrrolidine ring makes an angle of 11.2 (1)° with it. The O atom of the hydroxy substituent is coplanar with the phenyl ring to which it is attached. The molecular structure is stabilized by a C—H?N‐type intramolecular hydrogen bond and the packing is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?π, O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystal structures are reported for three fluoro‐ or chloro‐substituted 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐phenyl‐β‐D‐ribofuranoses, namely 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (I), 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,6‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (II), and 1′‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1′‐deoxy‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H13ClO4, (III). The five‐membered furanose ring of the three compounds has a conformation between a C2′‐endo,C3′‐exo twist and a C2′‐endo envelope. The ribofuranose groups of (I) and (III) are connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds to six symmetry‐related molecules to form double layers, while the ribofuranose group of (II) is connected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds to four symmetry‐related molecules to form single layers. The O...O contact distance of the O—H...O hydrogen bonds ranges from 2.7172 (15) to 2.8895 (19) Å. Neighbouring double layers of (I) are connected by a very weak intermolecular C—F...π contact. The layers of (II) are connected by one C—H...O and two C—H...F contacts, while the double layers of (III) are connected by a C—H...Cl contact. The conformations of the molecules are compared with those of seven related molecules. The orientation of the benzene ring is coplanar with the H—C1′ bond or bisecting the H—C1′—C2′ angle, or intermediate between these positions. The orientation of the benzene ring is independent of the substitution pattern of the ring and depends mainly on crystal‐packing effects.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound [systematic name: 2‐(1,3‐dithiolo[4,5‐b][1,4]dithiin‐2‐ylidene)‐6,6‐bis(methoxyethoxymethoxymethyl)‐1,3‐dithiolo[4,5‐b][1,4]dithiepine], C21H30O6S8, a spiro‐substituted BEDT–TTF analogue [BEDT–TTF is bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene], has a strongly bent heterocyclic framework. The seven‐membered ring adopts a pseudo‐chair conformation with notably widened ring bond angles, especially at the methylene C atoms [119.49 (11) and 117.60 (11)°]. The axial side chain adopts an extended conformation, but the equatorial side chain curls back on itself and the O atom nearest the ring system is involved in three short contacts to H atoms (2.45–2.53 Å). The molecules pack in centrosymmetrically related pairs, which are isolated from each other by columns of the polyether side chains. This study emphasizes the ease of distortion of the neutral bis(propylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene ring structure, and how the need to accommodate side chains can easily override the tendency of these donor systems to form stacks in the crystalline state.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H8FO6PS·H2O, contains both phosphonic and sulfonic acid functionalities. An extensive network of O—H?O hydrogen bonds is present in the crystal structure. The three acidic protons are associated with the phosphonate group. Two protons experience typical hydrogen‐bond contacts with the sulfonate‐O atoms, while the third has a longer covalent bond of 1.05 (3) Å to the phosphonate‐O atom and a short hydrogen‐bond contact of 1.38 (3) Å to the water O atom (all O—H?O angles are in the range 162–175°). The sulfonate group is positioned so that one S—O bond is nearly coplanar with the phenyl ring [torsion angle O—S—C—C ?8.6 (2)°]. The phosphonate group is oriented approximately perpendicular to the ring [torsion angle P—C—C—C 99.2 (2)°] with one P—O bond anti to the benzyl C—C bond. The molecules pack in layers in the bc plane with the water molecules in between adjacent pairs of inverted layers.  相似文献

The title molecule, C11H12O3, is almost planar, with an average deviation of the C and O atoms from the least‐squares plane of 0.146 (4) Å. The geometry about the C=C bond is trans. The phenyl ring and –COOCH3 group are twisted with respect to the double bond by 9.3 (3) and 5.6 (5)°, respectively. The endocyclic angle at the junction of the propenoate group and the phenyl ring is decreased from 120° by 2.6 (2)°, whereas two neighbouring angles around the ring are increased by 2.3 (2) and 0.9 (2)°. This is probably associated with the charge‐transfer interaction of the phenyl ring and –COOCH3 group through the C=C double bond. The molecules are joined together through C—H?O hydrogen bonds between the methoxy and ester groups to form characteristic zigzag chains extended along the c axis.  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

Crystal structure analysis of the title compound, C13H12ClNO, reveals three crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The main conformational difference between these molecules is the orientation of the phenyl rings with respect to the pyrrole rings. The coplanar arrangement of the aldehyde groups attached to the pyrrole rings influences the pyrrole‐ring geometry. The C2—C3 and N1—C5 bonds are noticeably longer than the C4—C5 and N1—C2 bonds. Two independent molecules of the title compound form dimers via intermolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [DA = 3.400 (3) Å and D—H⃛A = 157°]. The perpendicular orientation of the phenyl and pyrrole rings of one independent molecule and its symmetry‐related molecule allows C—H⃛π interactions, with an H⃛centroid distance of 2.85 Å and a C—H⃛π angle of 155°. The distances between the H atom and the pyrrole‐ring atoms indicate that the C—H bond points towards one of the bonds in the pyrrole ring.  相似文献

Both title compounds are derivatives of salicylic acid. 5‐Formylsalicylic acid (systematic name: 5‐formyl‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid), C8H6O4, possesses three good hydrogen‐bond donors and/or acceptors coplanar with their attached benzene ring and abides very well by Etter's hydrogen‐bond rules. Intermolecular O—H...O and some weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a planar sheet. Reaction of this acid and o‐phenylenediamine in refluxing ethanol produced in high yield the new zwitterionic compound 5‐(benzimidazolium‐2‐yl)salicylate [systematic name: 5‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium‐2‐yl)‐2‐hydroxybenzoate], C14H10N2O3. Each imidazolium N—H group and its adjacent salicyl C—H group chelate one carboxylate O atom via hydrogen bonds, forming seven‐membered rings. As a result of steric hindrance, the planes of the molecules within these pairs of hydrogen‐bonded molecules are inclined to one another by ∼74°. There are also π–π stacking interactions between the parallel planes of the imidazole ring and the benzene ring of the salicyl component of the adjacent molecule on one side and the benzimidazolium component of the molecule on the other side.  相似文献

The ring‐opening polymerization of L ‐lactide initiated by single‐component rare‐earth tris(4‐tert‐butylphenolate)s was conducted. The influences of the rare‐earth elements, solvents, temperature, monomer and initiator concentrations, and reaction time on the polymerization were investigated in detail. No racemization was found from 70 to 100 °C under the examined conditions. NMR and differential scanning calorimetry measurements further confirmed that the polymerization occurred without epimerization of the monomer or polymer. A kinetic study indicated that the polymerization rate was first‐order with respect to the monomer and initiator concentrations. The overall activation energy of the ring‐opening polymerization was 79.2 kJ mol?1. 1H NMR data showed that the L ‐lactide monomer inserted into the growing chains with acyl–oxygen bond cleavage. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The crystal structure of the title compound, C15H17NO2, contains two nearly identical but crystallographically independent molecules, each with a double bond connecting an azabicyclic ring system to a 3‐methoxybenzylidene moiety. The space group is triclinic P. The benzene ring is twisted by 18.44 (5) and 22.35 (4)° with respect to the plane of the double bond connected to the azabicyclic ring system for the two molecules. In addition to C—H⋯π interactions, molecules are held together in the solid state by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C17H14O4, is an unprecedented new synthetic isoaurone‐type enol ether that has the E configuration. The planar furanone ring is fused to a methoxybenzene ring system, with an interplanar angle of 175.7 (1)°. Due to this ring fusion, the six‐membered ring has a significant amount of ring strain, as shown by the internal ring angle range of 115.8 (1)–124.7 (1)°, whereas the vinylic phenyl ring has internal angles between 119.7 (1) and 120.2 (1)°. The molecules form infinite hydrogen‐bonding layers along the b direction of the form C—H?O, where the keto O atom acts as a bifurcated acceptor. These layers are connected along the c direction by another hydrogen bond with a methoxy H atom as donor. In addition to this connection, the layers are stacked via centres of symmetry by a pair of symmetry‐related benzofuranone ring systems.  相似文献

The title compound, C48H20F19N4O3P, prepared by the nucleophilic attack of triethyl phosphite on one of the 4‐fluoro atoms of 5,10,15,20‐tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin, contains a single molecule in the asymmetric unit. The porphyrin unit is almost planar [largest non‐H atom deviation = 0.174 (6) Å], and has the planes of the neighbouring benzene rings oriented at angles ranging from 64.3 (2) to 89.6 (3)° relative to the porphyrin core. The P=O group is almost coplanar with the attached benzene ring, subtending an angle of 4.0 (3)°. Several weak supramolecular interactions, namely C—H...π, C—F...π, P=O...π, C—H...(O,F) and F...F contacts, contribute to the crystal packing.  相似文献

In order to search for novel antitumor and antiviral agents with high activity and low toxicity, some 2‐propyl‐5‐(substituted)phenyl‐1,4‐dioxo‐1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8‐octahydro‐[1,4,2]diazaphosphorino[1,2‐a][1,3,2]benzodiazaphosphorine 3‐oxides ( 2a–e ) have been designed incorporating the proximate carbonyl and phosphoryl groups into the benzoannulated phosphadiamide heterocycle and synthesized in acceptable yields. These compounds contain the proximate carbonyl and phosphoryl groups in the fused heterocycle. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic methods and microanalyses. The results from X‐ray crystallography analysis of 2a showed that the proximate carbonyl and phosphoryl groups are not coplanar because of their being jointly located in the fused heterocycle, having ring tension, and this then destroys the conjugation between the CO and the PO moieties. As a result, the length of the P C bonds measured as 1.851(3)–1.852(3) Å are just the same as that of a P C bond not involved in conjugation (1.80–1.85 Å). Also, the C(1), C(2), C(3), N(2), N(3), and P(1) atoms of the [1,4,2]diazaphosphorino moiety exist preferably in the boat conformation. The coplanar C(1), C(3), N(2), and N(3) atoms, within an average deviation of 0.0102 Å, form the ground floor of the boat conformation, whereas the P(1) and C(2) atoms are on the same side of the coplanar structure with the distance of 0.7067 and 0.6315 Å, respectively. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The title compound, C24H19N3O, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/a with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The tetrahydropyridine ring has a boat conformation. The dihedral angle between the fused pyridine rings is 16.2 (1)°. The equatorial and axial orientations of the two phenyl groups with respect to the tetrahydropyridine ring are confirmed. The nitroso group is coplanar with the attached C—N—C group. The interplanar angle formed between the fused tetrahydropyridine and benzene planes is 13.4 (1)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by an intermolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bond, which forms a C(9) graph‐set chain running along the [001] direction.  相似文献

The title compound, C14H11NO4, consists of a methoxy‐substituted coumarin skeleton fused to a 2‐methyl‐4‐pyridone ring. The ring system of the molecule is approximately planar and the methoxy group is roughly coplanar with the ring plane. The 4‐pyridone ring exists in a 4‐hydroxy tautomeric form and is stabilized by an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the O—H and C=O groups. Comparison of the results with those found for other structures containing the 4‐pyridone substructure reveals a substantial effect of the nature of the substituents bonded to the pyridine ring on the keto–enol tautomerism.  相似文献

In the selenium‐containing heterocyclic title compound {systematic name: N‐[5‐(morpholin‐4‐yl)‐3H‐1,2,4‐diselenazol‐3‐ylidene]benzamide}, C13H13N3O2Se2, the five‐membered 1,2,4‐diselenazole ring and the amide group form a planar unit, but the phenyl ring plane is twisted by 22.12 (19)° relative to this plane. The five consecutive N—C bond lengths are all of similar lengths [1.316 (6)–1.358 (6) Å], indicating substantial delocalization along these bonds. The Se...O distance of 2.302 (3) Å, combined with a longer than usual amide C=O bond of 2.252 (5) Å, suggest a significant interaction between the amide O atom and its adjacent Se atom. An analysis of related structures containing an Se—Se...X unit (X = Se, S, O) shows a strong correlation between the Se—Se bond length and the strength of the Se...X interaction. When X = O, the strength of the Se...O interaction also correlates with the carbonyl C=O bond length. Weak intermolecular Se...Se, Se...O, C—H...O, C—H...π and π–π interactions each serve to link the molecules into ribbons or chains, with the C—H...O motif being a double helix, while the combination of all interactions generates the overall three‐dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

The title compound, C14H22O, was studied at 110 K. The phenolic hydroxy group was found to be coplanar with the benzene ring and, due to steric hindrance from the tert‐butyl groups, this hydroxy group does not form hydrogen bonds. The shortest intermolecular O⋯O distance is 3.1008 (11) Å, with an O—H⋯O angle of 117.3 (16)°. There are no significant intermolecular π–π stacking or C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

3‐Aminocarbonyl‐1‐benzylpyridinium bromide (N‐benzylnicotinamide, BNA), C13H13N2O+·Br, (I), and 1‐benzyl‐1,4‐dihydropyridine‐3‐carboxamide (N‐benzyl‐1,4‐dihydronicotinamide, rBNA), C13H14N2O, (II), are valuable model compounds used to study the enzymatic cofactors NAD(P)+ and NAD(P)H. BNA was crystallized successfully and its structure determined for the first time, while a low‐temperature high‐resolution structure of rBNA was obtained. Together, these structures provide the most detailed view of the reactive portions of NAD(P)+ and NAD(P)H. The amide group in BNA is rotated 8.4 (4)° out of the plane of the pyridine ring, while the two rings display a dihedral angle of 70.48 (17)°. In the rBNA structure, the dihydropyridine ring is essentially planar, indicating significant delocalization of the formal double bonds, and the amide group is coplanar with the ring [dihedral angle = 4.35 (9)°]. This rBNA conformation may lower the transition‐state energy of an ene reaction between a substrate double bond and the dihydropyridine ring. The transition state would involve one atom of the double bond binding to the carbon ortho to both the ring N atom and the amide substituent of the dihydropyridine ring, while the other end of the double bond accepts an H atom from the methylene group para to the N atom.  相似文献
