The structures of the sodium, potassium and rubidium complex salts of (4‐fluorophenoxy)acetic acid (PFPA), namely poly[μ‐aqua‐aqua‐μ‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ3O 1,O 2:O1′‐sodium], [Na(C8H6FO3)(H2O)2]n , (I), and isotypic poly[μ5‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ5O 1,O 2:O 1,O 1′:O 1′:O 1′:O1′‐potassium], [K(C8H6FO3)]n , (II), and poly[μ5‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ5O 1,O 2:O 1,O 1′:O 1′:O 1′:O1′‐rubidium], [Rb(C8H6FO3)]n , (III), have been determined and their coordination polymeric structures described. In the structure of (I), the very distorted octahedral NaO6 coordination polyhedron comprises two bidentate chelating O‐atom donors (carboxylate and phenoxy) of the PFPA ligand and three O‐atom donors from water molecules, one monodentate and the other μ2‐bridging between inversion‐related Na centres in a cyclic manner. A bridging carboxylate donor generates two‐dimensional polymer layers lying parallel to (001), in which intralayer water O—H…O hydrogen‐bonding associations are also present. Structures (II) and (III) are isotypic, each having an irregular M O7 stereochemistry, with the primary metal–ligand bidentate chelate similar to that in (I) and extended into a two‐dimensional polymeric layered structure, lying parallel to (100), through five additional bridging carboxylate O atoms. Two of these bonds are from an O ,O ′‐bidentate chelate interaction and the other three are from μ3‐O‐atom bridges, generating cyclic links with short M M separations [3.9064 (17) Å for (II) and 4.1001 (8) for (III)], the shortest being a centrosymmetric four‐membered cyclic link. In the crystals of (I)–(III), intralayer C—H…F interactions are present, but no π–π ring interactions are found.  相似文献

The title compounds, tris(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)iron(II) bis(2,4,5‐tricarboxybenzoate) monohydrate, [Fe(C12H8N2)3](C10H5O8)2·H2O, (I), and tris(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)iron(II) 2,5‐dicarboxybenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate–benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylic acid–water (1/1/2), [Fe(C10H8N2)3](C10H4O8)·C10H6O8·2H2O, (II), were obtained during an attempt to synthesize a mixed‐ligand complex of FeII with an N‐containing ligand and benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylic acid via a solvothermal reaction. In both mononuclear complexes, each FeII metal ion is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral manner by six N atoms from three chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline or 2,2′‐bipyridine ligands. In compound (I), the FeII atom lies on a twofold axis in the space group C2/c, whereas (II) crystallizes in the space group P21/n. In both compounds, the uncoordinated carboxylate anions and water molecules are linked by typical O—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond networks which surround the cations.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric compound, {[Cd(C14H8O6S)(C16H16N2)]·3H2O}n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically unique CdII atom, one doubly deprotonated 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid (H2SDBA) ligand, one 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (TMPHEN) molecule and three solvent water molecules. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from a chelating carboxylate group of a SDBA2− ligand, two O atoms from monodentate carboxylate groups of two different SDBA2− ligands and two N atoms from a chelating TMPHEN ligand. There are two coordination patterns for the carboxylate groups of the SDBA2− ligand, with one in a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and the other in a μ2‐η11 bis‐monodentate mode. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the title compound is a one‐dimensional double‐chain polymer containing 28‐membered rings based on the [Cd2(CO2)2] rhomboid subunit. More interestingly, a chair‐shaped water hexamer cluster is observed in the compound.  相似文献

The reaction of 4,4′‐bipy with dimethyltin(IV) chloride iso‐thiocyanate affords the one‐dimensional (1D) coordination polymer, [Me2Sn(NCS)Cl·(4,4′‐bipy)]n ( 1 ), whereas reaction of dimethyltin(IV) dichloride with sodium pyrazine‐2‐carboxylate in the presence of potassium iso‐thiocyanate affords the two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymer, {[Me2Sn(C4H3N2COO)2]2 [Me2Sn(NCS)2]}n ( 2 ). Both coordination polymers were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy in addition to 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy of the soluble coordination polymer ( 1 ). A single‐crystal structure determination showed that the asymmetric unit in 1 contains Me2Sn(NCS)Cl and 4,4′‐bipy moieties and a 1D infinite rigid chain structure forms through bridging of the 4,4′‐bipy ligand between tin atoms and the geometry around the tin atom is a distorted octahedral. Coordination polymer 2 contains two distinct tin atom geometrics in which one tin atom is seven coordinate, and the other is six coordinate. The two tin atom environments are best described as a pentagonal bipyramidal in the former and distorted octahedral in the latter where the carboxylate groups bridge the two tin atoms and construct a 2D‐coordination polymer. The 119Sn NMR spectroscopy indicates the octahedral geometry of 1 retains in solution. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two new dinuclear phenyltin(IV) complexes derived from N,N′‐bis(2‐hydroxybenzyl)‐1,2‐ethanebis(dithiocarbamate) ligand, [2‐HOC6H4CH2N(CS2SnPh3)CH2]2 ( 1 ) and [2‐HOC6H4CH2N(CS2SnClPh2)CH2]2 ( 2 ) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 2 were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction and show that the dithiocarbamate ligand is coordinated to the tin atom in the anisobidentate manner and the tin atom is five‐coordinated. The coordination geometry of tin atom is best described as an intermediate between trigonal bipyramidal and square pyramidal with τ‐values of 0.63 and 0.53, respectively. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds (O H···S and O H···Cl) in 1 and 2 connect neighboring molecules into a one‐dimensional supramolecular chain with the centrosymmetric cyclic motifs. Complex 1 has potent in vitro cytotoxic activity against two human tumor cell lines, CoLo205 and Bcap37, while complex 2 displays weak cytotoxic activity. In poly[[bis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐κ2N2:N2′)bis(3‐carboxyadamantane‐1‐carboxylato‐κO1)cobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (I), the Co2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and the 4,4′‐bipyrazole (4,4′‐bpz) ligands are also situated across centres of inversion. In its non‐isomorphous cadmium analogue, {[Cd(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (II), the Cd2+ cation lies on a twofold axis. In both compounds, the metal cations adopt an octahedral coordination, with four pyrazole N atoms in the equatorial plane [Co—N = 2.156 (2) and 2.162 (2) Å; Cd—N = 2.298 (2) and 2.321 (2) Å] and two axial carboxylate O atoms [Co—O = 2.1547 (18) Å and Cd—O = 2.347 (2) Å]. In both structures, interligand hydrogen bonding [N...O = 2.682 (3)–2.819 (3) Å] is essential for stabilization of the MN4O2 environment with its unusually high (for bulky adamantanecarboxylates) number of coordinated N‐donor co‐ligands. The compounds adopt two‐dimensional coordination connectivities and exist as square‐grid [M(4,4′‐bpz)2]n networks accommodating monodentate carboxylate ligands. The interlayer linkage is provided by hydrogen bonds from the carboxylic acid groups via the solvent water molecules [O...O = 2.565 (3) and 2.616 (3) Å] to the carboxylate groups in the next layer [O...O = 2.717 (3)–2.841 (3) Å], thereby extending the structures in the third dimension.  相似文献

The X‐ray analyses of 2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐α‐d ‐glucopyranosyl fluoride, C14H19FO9, (I), and the corresponding maltose derivative 2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐α‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐2,3,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐α‐d ‐glucopyranosyl fluoride, C26H35FO17, (II), are reported. These add to the series of published α‐glycosyl halide structures; those of the peracetylated α‐glucosyl chloride [James & Hall (1969). Acta Cryst. A 25 , S196] and bromide [Takai, Watanabe, Hayashi & Watanabe (1976). Bull. Fac. Eng. Hokkaido Univ. 79 , 101–109] have been reported already. In our structures, which have been determined at 140 K, the glycopyranosyl ring appears in a regular 4C1 chair conformation with all the substituents, except for the anomeric fluoride (which adopts an axial orientation), in equatorial positions. The observed bond lengths are consistent with a strong anomeric effect, viz. the C1—O5 (carbohydrate numbering) bond lengths are 1.381 (2) and 1.381 (3) Å in (I) and (II), respectively, both significantly shorter than the C5—O5 bond lengths, viz. 1.448 (2) Å in (I) and 1.444 (3) Å in (II).  相似文献

Crystallization experiments with the dinuclear chelate ring complex di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis[(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)platinum(II)], [Pt2(C15H19O4)2Cl2], containing a derivative of the natural compound eugenol as ligand, have been performed. Using five different sets of crystallization conditions resulted in four different complexes which can be further used as starting compounds for the synthesis of Pt complexes with promising anticancer activities. In the case of vapour diffusion with the binary chloroform–diethyl ether or methylene chloride–diethyl ether systems, no change of the molecular structure was observed. Using evaporation from acetonitrile (at room temperature), dimethylformamide (DMF, at 313 K) or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, at 313 K), however, resulted in the displacement of a chloride ligand by the solvent, giving, respectively, the mononuclear complexes (acetonitrile‐κN)(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chloridoplatinum(II) monohydrate, [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(CH3CN)]·H2O, (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethylformamide‐κO)platinum(II), [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(C2H7NO)], and (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), determined as the analogue {η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐[(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy]phenyl‐κC1}chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), [Pt(C14H17O4)Cl(C2H6OS)]. The crystal structures confirm that acetonitrile interacts with the PtII atom via its N atom, while for DMSO, the S atom is the coordinating atom. For the replacement, the longest of the two Pt—Cl bonds is cleaved, leading to a cis position of the solvent ligand with respect to the allyl group. The crystal packing of the complexes is characterized by dimer formation via C—H…O and C—H…π interactions, but no π–π interactions are observed despite the presence of the aromatic ring.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn2(C9H4O6)2(C6H6N4)2], consists of two ZnII ions, two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (Hbtc2−) dianions and two 2,2′‐bi‐1H‐imidazole (bimz) molecules. The ZnII centre is coordinated by two carboxylate O atoms from two Hbtc2− ligands and by two imidazole N atoms of a bimz ligand, in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. Two neighbouring ZnII ions are bridged by a pair of Hbtc2− ligands, forming a discrete binuclear [Zn2(Hbtc)2(bimz)2] structure lying across an inversion centre. Hydrogen bonds between carboxyl H atoms and carboxylate O atoms and between imidazole H atoms and carboxylate O atoms link the binuclear units. These binuclear units are further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through extensive O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the three‐dimensional nature of the crystal packing is reinforced by the π–π stacking. The title compound exhibits photoluminescence in the solid state, with an emission maximum at 415 nm.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Cu2(C14H16N3O4)(C6H6N4S2)]NO3·0.6H2O}n, is a one‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer bridged by cis‐oxamide and carboxylate groups. The asymmetric unit is composed of a dinuclear copper(II) cation, [Cu2(dmapob)(dabt)]+ {dmapob is N‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)‐N′‐[3‐(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamidate and dabt is 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bithiazole}, one nitrate anion and one partially occupied site for a solvent water molecule. The two CuII ions are located in square‐planar and square‐pyramidal coordination environments, respectively. The separations of the Cu atoms bridged by oxamide and carboxylate groups are 5.2053 (3) and 5.0971 (4) Å, respectively. The complex chains are linked by classical hydrogen bonds to form a layer and then assembled by π–π stacking interactions into a three‐dimensional network. The influence of the terminal ligand on the structure of the complex is discussed.  相似文献

The molecules of both methyl 4‐[2‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)hydrazinyl]‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C15H12ClN3O5, (I), and methyl 4‐[2‐(2‐fluorobenzoyl)hydrazinyl]‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C15H12FN3O5, (II), contain an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond, and both show electronic polarization in the nitrated aryl ring. In both compounds, molecules are linked by a combination of N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets, which are built from R43(18) rings in (I) and from R44(28) rings in (II). In each of methyl 3‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐benzotriazine‐6‐carboxylate, C15H11N3O2, (III), and methyl 3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1,2,4‐benzotriazine‐6‐carboxylate, C16H13N3O2, (IV), the benzotriazine unit shows naphthalene‐type delocalization. There are no hydrogen bonds in the structures of compounds (III) and (IV), but in both compounds, the molecules are linked into chains by π–π stacking interactions involving the benzotriazine units. The mechanism of chain formation is the same in both (III) and (IV), and the different orientations of the two chains can be related to the approximate relationship between the unit‐cell metrics for (III) and (IV).  相似文献

In the molecular structures of a series of substituted chalcones, namely (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H15FO2, (I), (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐fluorophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H14F2O2, (II), (2E)‐1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H14ClFO2, (III), (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C22H17FO2, (IV), and (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C22H17FO3, (V), the configuration of the keto group with respect to the olefinic double bond is scis. The molecules pack utilizing weak C—H...O and C—H...π intermolecular contacts. Identical packing motifs involving C—H...O interactions, forming both chains and dimers, along with C—H...π dimers and π–π aromatic interactions are observed in the fluoro, chloro and methyl derivatives.  相似文献

5‐[(Imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid (H2L) was synthesized and the dimethylformamide‐ and dimethylacetamide‐solvated structures of its adducts with CuII, namely catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis[μ‐3‐carboxy‐5‐[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzoato]] dimethylformamide disolvate], {[Cu(C12H9N2O4)2]·2C3H7NO}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis[μ‐3‐carboxy‐5‐[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzoato]] dimethylacetamide disolvate], {[Cu(C12H9N2O4)2]·2C4H9NO}n, (II), the formation of which are associated with mono‐deprotonation of H2L. The two structures are isomorphous and isometric. They consist of one‐dimensional coordination polymers of the organic ligand with CuII in a 2:1 ratio, [Cu(μ‐HL)2]n, crystallizing as the dimethylformamide (DMF) or dimethylacetamide (DMA) disolvates. The CuII cations are characterized by a coordination number of six, being located on centres of crystallographic inversion. In the polymeric chains, each CuII cation is linked to four neighbouring HL ligands, and the organic ligand is coordinated via Cu—O and Cu—N bonds to two CuII cations. In the corresponding crystal structures of (I) and (II), the coordination chains, aligned parallel to the c axis, are further interlinked by strong hydrogen bonds between the noncoordinated carboxy groups in one array and the coordinated carboxylate groups of neighbouring chains. Molecules of DMF and DMA (disordered) are accommodated at the interface between adjacent polymeric assemblies. This report provides the first structural evidence for the formation of coordination polymers with H2Lvia multiple metal–ligand bonds through both carboxylate and imidazole groups.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of mixed‐ligand complexes continues to be an active area of research since these compounds have a wide range of applications. Many coordination polymers and metal–organic framworks are emerging as novel functional materials. Aminopyrimidine and its derivatives are flexible ligands with versatile binding and coordination modes which have been proven to be useful in the construction of organic–inorganic hybrid materials and coordination polymers. Thiophenecarboxylic acid, its derivatives and their complexes exhibit pharmacological properties. Cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes of thiophenecarboxylate have many biological applications, for example, as antifungal and antitumor agents. Two new cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes incorporating thiophene‐2‐carboxylate (2‐TPC) and 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine (OMP) ligands have been synthesized and characterized by X‐ray diffraction studies, namely (2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine‐κN)aquachlorido(thiophene‐2‐carboxylato‐κO)cobalt(II) monohydrate, [Co(C5H3O2S)Cl(C6H9N3O2)(H2O)]·H2O, (I), and catena‐poly[copper(II)‐tetrakis(μ‐thiophene‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2O:O′)‐copper(II)‐(μ‐2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine‐κ2N1:N3)], [Cu2(C5H3O2S)4(C6H9N3O2)]n, (II). In (I), the CoII ion has a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment involving one O atom from a monodentate 2‐TPC ligand, one N atom from an OMP ligand, one chloride ligand and one O atom of a water molecule. An additional water molecule is present in the asymmetric unit. The amino group of the coordinated OMP molecule and the coordinated carboxylate O atom of the 2‐TPC ligand form an interligand N—H…O hydrogen bond, generating an S(6) ring motif. The pyrimidine molecules also form a base pair [R22(8) motif] via a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds. These interactions, together with O—H…O and O—H…Cl hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The one‐dimensional coordination polymer (II) contains the classical paddle‐wheel [Cu2(CH3COO)4(H2O)2] unit, where each carboxylate group of four 2‐TPC ligands bridges two square‐pyramidally coordinated CuII ions and the apically coordinated OMP ligands bridge the dinuclear copper units. Each dinuclear copper unit has a crystallographic inversion centre, whereas the bridging OMP ligand has crystallographic twofold symmetry. The one‐dimensional polymeric chains self‐assemble via N—H…O, π–π and C—H…π interactions, generating a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Four new diethyltin N‐[(2‐oxyphenyl)methylene]phenylalaninates, (CH3CH2)2Sn[2‐O‐3‐X‐5‐YC6H2CH?NCH(CH2Ph)COO] (X, Y = H, H, 1 ; H, Br, 2 ; H, OCH3, 3 ; Br, Br, 4 ), have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 have been determined. Compounds 1 and 2 have a 12‐membered macrocyclic structure with a trimeric [Sn3O6C3] core. Each tin atom is six‐coordinated in distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedral geometry. Compound 3 is a centrosymmetric weak dimer in which the two tin centers are linked by two asymmetric Sn? O???Sn bridges involving the phenolic oxygen of the ligand and two Sn???O interactions from ether oxygen of the adjacent ligand. The coordination geometry of the tin atom can be described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with two ethyl groups in axial positions. Compound 4 is a novel binuclear tin complex, formed by the carboxylate of a ligand asymmetrically bridging two tin atoms, which contains a five‐coordinated tin and a six‐coordinated tin. Bioassay results have shown that the compounds have weak in vitro activity against two human tumor cell lines, A549 and CoLo205. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The structures of the anhydrous 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of the dye precursor aniline yellow [4‐(phenyldiazenyl)aniline], namely isomeric 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium 2‐carboxy‐6‐nitrobenzoate, C12H12N3+·C8H4NO6, (I), and 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium 2‐carboxy‐4‐nitrobenzoate, C12H12N3+·C8H4NO6, (II), and 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium 3‐carboxy‐5‐nitrobenzoate monohydrate, C12H12N3+·C8H4NO6·H2O, (III), have been determined at 130 K. In (I) the cation has longitudinal rotational disorder. All three compounds have substructures comprising backbones formed through strong head‐to‐tail carboxyl–carboxylate hydrogen‐bond interactions [graph set C(7) in (I) and (II), and C(8) in (III)]. Two‐dimensional sheet structures are formed in all three compounds by the incorporation of the 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium cations into the substructures, including, in the cases of (I) and (II), infinite H—N—H to carboxylate O—C—O group interactions [graph set C(6)], and in the case of (III), bridging through the water molecule of solvation. The peripheral alternating aromatic ring residues of both cations and anions give only weakly π‐interactive step features which lie between the sheets.  相似文献

Two novel five‐coordinate zinc(II) complexes with the tripod ligand tris(N‐methylbenzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)amine (Mentb) and two different α,β‐unsaturated carboxylates, with the composition [Zn(Mentb)(acrylate)] (ClO4)·DMF·1.5CH3OH ( 1 ) and [Zn(Mentb)(cinnamate)](ClO4)·2DMF·0.5CH3OH ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, electrical conductivity measurements, IR, UV, and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of two complexes have been determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method, and show that the ZnII atom is bonded to a Mentb ligand and a α,β‐unsaturated carboxylate molecule through four N atoms and one O atom, resulting in a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination [τ( 1 ) = 0.853, τ( 2 ) = 0.855], with approximate C3 symmetry.  相似文献

Four bis(pyrazolyl)pyridine Zn(II) and Cu(II) carboxylate complexes have been structurally elucidated and used as initiators in the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐carprolactone (ε‐CL). Reactions of bis(3,5‐dimethyl‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine ( L1 ) with the appropriate Zn(II) and Cu(II) carboxylates afforded the corresponding complexes; [Zn(L1)(C6H5COO)2] ( 1 ), [Zn(L1)(2‐Cl‐C6H4COO)2] ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)(OAc)2] ( 3 ) and [Cu(L1)(OAc)2] ( 4 ) in moderate to good yields. Molecular structures of compounds 1 , 2 , 3 confirmed the presence of one tridentate bound ligand L1 in the metal coordination sphere and two carboxylate anions to give five coordination number around Zn(II) and Cu(II) atoms. Complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 initiated the ROP of ε‐CL at 110 °C to give polymers of moderate molecular weights. Kinetic analyses of the ROP reactions indicate pseudo ‐first‐order dependency on ε‐CL monomer and initiator. 1H NMR and mass spectral data established a coordination insertion mechanistic pathway and behaviour of 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 as initiators in the ROP of ε‐CL. The title compound, [Co(C7H4FO2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CoII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R32(6), R22(12) and R22(16) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional network of C—H...F, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献
