This study describes the utilisation of a glassy carbon electrode modified with a composite of multi-walled carbon nanotube and Cr-based metal-organic framework (MIL-101, Cr-BDC, BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) for the sensitive, simple and fast voltammetric determination of picloram in environmental samples. Under optimum conditions, additions of picloram using square wave voltammetry showed linear ranges of picloram concentrations from 24.15 to 3018 µg?L?1 (0.1–12.5 μM) and from 3018 to 9658 µg?L?1 (12.5–40 μM) with a detection limit of 14.49 µg?L?1 (0.06 µM). The method was successfully applied to the determination of picloram in tap and river water samples spiked with picloram without any purification step by the standard addition method. The good recovery values obtained ranging from 97.5% to 105.0% revealed the reliability and accuracy of the method.  相似文献

制备了茜素红S/多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极,提出了一种灵敏的溶出伏安法测定痕量铜的新方法.在极谱分析仪上采用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法进行分析,在0.1 moL/L的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH 4.1)中,Cu与修饰电极表面的茜素红S(ARS)形成Cu(Ⅱ)-ARS络合物而富集于电极表面,于-400 mV处还原后,再进行阳极化扫描,于64 mV处获得一灵敏的铜的阳极溶出峰,峰电流与Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在2×10-11 mol/L~6×10-7 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3) 为8.0×10-12 mol/L(富集时间240 s).方法应用于人发中铜含量的测定,回收率为98%~102%.  相似文献

A chemically modified carbon-paste electrode (CPE) is prepared by incorporating congo red (CR) immobilized on multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT). The results show that CR is effectively immobilized on the surface of MWCNT under the ultrasonic agitation in aqueous solution and further incorporating the nafion. The prepared electrode, due to the electrostatic repulsions between the CR and ascorbate anion, is capable to mask the response of the ascorbic acid (AA) completely and provide an effective method for the detection of minor amounts of uric acid (UA) in the presence of high concentrations of AA. On the other hand, an increase in the microscopic area of the electrode by addition of MWCNT together with the electrocatalytic activity caused to a significant enhancement in the voltammetric response to UA. Optimization of the amounts of composite modifier in the matrix of CPE is performed by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetric measurements. The modified electrode shows a linear response to UA in the range of 1.0 × 10−7–1.0 × 10−4 M with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10−8 M. The electrode exhibits excellent accuracies for the determination of UA in the presence of high concentrations of AA (a recovery of 97.6%). The response of the electrode toward sulfhydryl compounds such as cysteine, penicillamine, and glutathione is not considerable. This reveals a good selectivity for the voltammetric response toward UA. The effective electrocatalytic property, ability for masking the voltammetric responses of the other biologically reducing agents, ease of preparation, and surface regeneration by simple polishing together with high reproducibility and stability of the responses make the modified electrode suitable for the selective and sensitive voltammetric detection of sub-micromolar amounts of UA in clinical and pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

An electrochemical method for the determination of trace levels of mercury based on a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) is described. In 0.1 mol L–1 HCl solution containing 0.02 mol L–1 KI, Hg2+ was firstly preconcentrated at the MWNT film and then reduced at –0.60 V. During the anodic potential sweep, reduced mercury was oxidized, and then a sensitive and well-defined stripping peak at about –0.20 V appeared. Under identical conditions, a MWNT film coated GCE greatly enhances the stripping peak current of mercury in contrast to a bare GCE. Low concentrations of I remarkably improve the determining sensitivity, since this increases the accumulation efficiency of Hg2+ at the MWNT film coated GCE. The stripping peak current is proportional to the concentration of Hg2+ over the range 8×10–10–5×10–7 mol L–1. The lowest detectable concentration of Hg2+ is 2×10–10 mol L–1 at 5 min accumulation. The relative standard deviation (RSD) at 1×10–8 mol L–1 Hg2+ was about 6% (n=10). By using this proposed method, Hg2+ in some water samples was determined, and the results were compared with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The two results are similar, suggesting that the MWNT-film coated GCE has great potential in practical analysis.  相似文献

以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极为工作电极,采用阳极溶出线性扫描法研究了铜离子的电化学测定方法。探讨了MWCNTs修饰层数、富集电位、富集时间、溶液pH、支持电解质对峰电流的影响。实验表明,铜离子浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.0×10-9mol·L-1,且该电极具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力。  相似文献

A bentonite-modified carbon paste electrode has been applied to the determination of 2-nitrophenol by differential pulse voltammmetry. The electrochemical reduction of 2-nitrophenol at –0.8 V is carried out in an artificial sea water-formic acid/sodium formate medium at pH 4. The peak height was found to be dependent on the pH over the range 2–11; the presence of a secondary process was observed in the pH range 8–11. The peak potential showed a dependence on pH, with two linear regions with different slopes. A linear relationship between peak intensity and concentration was obtained in the range 0.07–10 mgl–1, with a detection limit of 0.03 mg 1–1 and a coefficient of variation of 1.3% at 5 mg 1–1. The effects of organic and inorganic species on the 2-nitrophenol determination were studied with a view to testing the resolution of the voltammetric technique. The proposed method has been applied to sea water samples with good results.  相似文献

制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极并研究了锆-茜素红络合物在该电极上的阳极吸附伏安行为,采用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法进行分析,实验结果表明,在0.128 mol/L氨基乙酸-0.048 mol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲液(pH 4.0)中,在200 mV富集60 s,在200~1200 mV范围内以200 mV/s的速率线性扫描,络合物吸附在该修饰电极表面,于832 mV(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,为络合物中配体茜素红的氧化所产生。络合物的峰电流与锆的浓度在1.0×10-11~2.0×10-7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;检出限(S/N=3)为6.0×10-12mol/L(富集时间180 s)。方法用于岩矿样品中痕量锆的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Vonoprazan (VPZ) is a novel promising member of gastric acid-suppressive medicinal administrated in Japan in 2015. Only a few HPLC analysis protocols were reported for VPZ assaying, therefore, the present work describes for the first time a novel copper oxide nanoparticles-based sensor as a promising analytical tool for differential pulse voltammetric determination of vonoprazan with enhanced sensitivity compared with the bare electrode. An irreversible oxidation process with the two-electron transfer was elucidated with scan rate measurements. At the optimized conditions, peak heights showed against VPZ in the concentration range from 0.99 to 20.00 µg mL?1, and detection limit of 0.24 µg mL?1. The proposed sensor showed prolonged stability with a 95% recovery of the original peak height within the first 30 days. Good reproducibility and repeatability of the fabrication protocol was reported with RSD 1.3%. Noticeable resolution between the VPZ, ascorbic acid, and uric voltammetric peaks allows accurate assaying of VPZ in biological fluids with average recoveries agreeable with the conventional HPLC techniques.  相似文献

A new modified carbon paste electrode based on multi-walled carbon nanotube and Alizarin Red S acts as a chelating agent for tellurium(IV) ions, is described. The electrochemical responses were found to be analytically suitable to develop a method for the determination of tellurium at low concentration levels. Under optimised operational conditions, the sensor exhibited linear behaviour in the range of 2.0–300 ng mL?1 (correlation coefficient: 0.9982) with a detection limit of 0.45 ng mL?1. The results indicate that the sensor is sensitive and effective for the determination of tellurium in water samples and certified reference materials.  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode incorporating silica (Si-MCPE) was fabricated to accumulate Metamitron at the electrode surface. Several electroanalytical techniques were used to explore its reductive behaviour. The results indicate that the system is irreversible and fundamentally controlled by adsorption. The adsorptive stripping response has been evaluated with respect to accumulation time, deposition potential, scan rate, pH and other variables, using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) as redissolution techniques. In both cases a voltammetric peak is obtained, at –0.542 V (DPV) and –0.421 V (SWV) in Britton-Robinson buffer (pH 1.9). The detection limits were 3.66 × 10–1 M and 4.22 × 10–9 M for AdS-DPV and AdS-SWV, respectively. Under optimum conditions the Metamitron reduction peak gave two linear regions in the range from 4.0 × 10–9 M to 8.0 × 10–8 M by means of AdS-DPV, with a coefficient of variation of 2.19% (n = 10) for 1 × 10–8 M herbicide solution. A method was developed for determination of Metamitron in soils, with a recovery of 98.8% and a coefficient of variation of 5.26% (0.01 g/g of soil).  相似文献

A carbon nanotube paste (CNTP) electrode and a carbon nanotube paste/glucose oxidase (CNTP/GOx) electrode were prepared, and the electrochemiluminescent (ECL) behavior of luminol in the presence of glucose was investigated in detail at each of these electrodes. Compared to the classical carbon paste (CP) electrode, the CNTP electrode incorporating glucose oxidase greatly enhanced the response of the ECL sensor to glucose due to the electrocatalytic activity of the carbon nanotubes, the specificity of the enzymatic reaction, and the sensitivity of the luminol ECL reaction. Under optimal conditions, the electrode was found to respond linearly to glucose in the concentration range 1.0x10(-6) approximately 2.0x10(-3) mol/L, and the detection limit (defined as the concentration that can be detected at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3) was found to be a glucose concentration of 5.0x10(-7) mol/L. The method used to prepare the CNTP/GOx electrode was very convenient, and the electrode surface could be renewed in the case of fouling by simply polishing or cutting it to expose a new and fully active surface. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were found to be 6.8% and 8.9% for the CNTP electrode and the CNTP/GOx electrode (n=6). 研究了胡椒碱在碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,在pH为6.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,胡椒碱在-1.12V(vs.SCE)处有一灵敏的还原峰.与裸电极相比,还原峰电位明显正移,峰电流显著增加,表明该修饰电极对胡椒碱的还原反应具有明显的催化作用.峰电流与胡椒碱的浓度在10-6~10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.995),检出限为2.0×10-7mol/L.同时,计算了电荷转移数和扩散系数,考查了修饰电极的重现性,7次平行测量的RSD为4.96%.  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of tannic acid (TA) on a single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. TA can generate a well-defined anodic peak on the modified electrode at around 0.42 V (vs. SCE) in 0.10 M phosphate buffer solutions (pH = 4.0). The electrochemical reaction involves 1e transfer, accompanied by one proton. The electrode process is controlled by adsorption. The parameters affecting the response of TA, such as solution pH, accumulation time and accumulation potential are optimized for the determination of TA. Under the optimum conditions, the peak current changes linearly with the TA concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10−8–1.0 × 10−6 M. The lowest detectable concentration of TA is 8.0 × 10−9 M after 180 s accumulation. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of TA in tea and beer samples. In addition, the influence of potential interferents is examined. In the presence of bovine serum albumin, the peak current of TA decreases linearly due to the formation of a super-molecular complex.  相似文献

制备了聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管(PPy/MWNT)复合膜修饰电极。研究了神经递质多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。实验表明,PPy/MWNT复合膜修饰电极对DA的电催化作用优于PPy修饰电极。在pH=4.10的0.2mol/L醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,DA在该修饰电极上的CV曲线于0.31V和0.28V处出现一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位差△Ep比裸玻碳电极降低58mV,比PPy修饰电极降低28mV,峰电流显著增加。氧化峰电流ipa与DA浓度在1.0×10-4~7.8×10-8mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为ip(μA)=0.2512 1.2300C(×10-5mol/L),相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为3.9×10-8mol/L。常见物质对DA的检测无干扰,DA注射液样品检测回收率为94%~104%。  相似文献
