Thermolysis of [Ru3(CO)12] in cyclohexene for 24 h affords the complexes [Ru(CO)34-C6H8)] (1), [Ru3H2(CO)92121-C6H8)] (2), [Ru4(CO)124-C6H8)] (3) [Ru4(CO)94-C6H8)(η6-C6H6)] (4a and 4b, two isomers) and [Ru5(CO)1242-C6H8)(η4-C6H8)] (5), where 1, 3, 4a and 4b have been previously characterised as products of the thermolysis of [Ru3(CO)12] with cyclohexa-1,3-diene. The molecular structures of the new clusters 2 and 5 were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, showing that two conformational polymorphs of 5 exist in the solid state, differing in the orientation of the cyclohexa-1,3-diene ligand on a ruthenium vertex.  相似文献

Visible light irradiation of the dicarbollide complex [(η-9-SMe2-7,8-C2B9H10)Fe(η-C6H6)]+ (2a) in the presence of the benzene derivatives in CH2Cl2/MeNO2 resulted in cations [(η-9-SMe2-7,8-C2B9H10)Fe(η-C6R6)]+ (2b-g; arene is anisole (b), toluene (c), m-xylene (d), mesitylene (e), durene (f), and hexamethylbenzene (g)) due to the arene exchange. The structures of [2g]PF6 and related tricarbollide complex [(η-1-ButNH-1,7,9-C3B8H10)Fe-(η-C6H6)]PF6 (1) were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The nature of bonding in cations 1, 2a, and [CpFe(η-C6H6)]+ was analyzed by an energy decomposition analysis.  相似文献

The demethylation of the cations [Cp*M(??-9-SMe2-7,8-C2B9H10)]+ (1a,b) with PhCH2SNa affords neutral metallacarboranes Cp*M(??-9-SMe-7,8-C2B9H10) (2a: M = Rh; 2b: M = Ir). The reverse reaction can be performed by the treatment of complexes 2a,b with MeI in the presence of TlPF6. The structures of complexes 2a,b were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The mononuclear complexes [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl(L1)] (1), [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(L1)] (2), [(η6-p-PriC6H4Me)RuCl(L1)] (3) and [(η6-C6Me6)RuCl(L1)] (4) have been synthesised from pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid (HL1) and the corresponding complexes [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl2}2], [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl2}2], [{(η6-p-PriC6H4Me)RuCl2}2], and [{(η6-C6Me6)RuCl2}2], respectively. The related dinuclear complexes [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(μ-L2)] (5), [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(μ-L2)] (6), [{(η6-p-PriC6H4Me)RuCl}2(μ-L2)] (7) and [{(η6-C6Me6)RuCl}2(μ-L2)] (8) have been obtained in a similar manner from pyrazine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2L2). Compounds isomeric to the latter series, [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(μ-L3)] (9), [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(μ-L3)] (10), [{(p-PriC6H4Me)RuCl}2(μ-L3)] (11) and [{(η6-C6Me6)RuCl}2(μ-L3)] (12), have been prepared by using pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid (H2L3) instead of H2L2. The molecular structures of 2 and 3, determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, show the pyrazine-2-carboxylato moiety to act as an N,O-chelating ligand, while the structure analyses of 5-7, confirm that the pyrazine-2,5-dicarboxylato unit bridges two metal centres. The electrochemical behaviour of selected representatives has been studied by voltammetric techniques.  相似文献

The dinuclear dichloro complexes [(η6-arene)2Ru2(μ-Cl)2Cl2] and [(η5-C5Me5)2M2(μ-Cl)2Cl2] react with 2-(pyridine-2-yl)thiazole (pyTz) to afford the cationic complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(pyTz)Cl]+ (arene = C6H61, p-iPrC6H4Me 2 or C6Me63) and [(η5-C5Me5)M(pyTz)Cl]+ (M = Rh 4 or Ir 5), isolated as the chloride salts. The reaction of 2 and 3 with SnCl2 leads to the dinuclear heterometallic trichlorostannyl derivatives [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(pyTz)(SnCl3)]+ (6) and [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(pyTz)(SnCl3)]+ (7), respectively, also isolated as the chloride salts. The molecular structures of 4, 5 and 7 have been established by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of the corresponding hexafluorophosphate salts. The in vitro anticancer activities of the metal complexes on human ovarian cancer cell lines A2780 and A2780cisR (cisplatin-resistant), as well as their interactions with plasmid DNA and the model protein ubiquitin, have been investigated.  相似文献

A quite general approach for the preparation of η5-and η6-cyclichydrocarbon platinum group metal complexes is reported. The dinuclear arene ruthenium complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (arene = C6H6, C10H14 and C6Me6) and η5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl rhodium and iridium complexes [(η6-C5Me5)M(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (M = Rh, Ir) react with 2 equiv. of 4-amino-3,5-di-pyridyltriazole (dpt-NH2) in presence of NH4PF6 to afford the corresponding mononuclear complexes of the type [(η6-arene)Ru(dpt-NH2)Cl]PF6 {arene = C10H14 (1), C6H6 (2) and C6Me6 (3)} and [(η6-C5Me5)M(dpt-NH2)Cl]PF6 {M = Rh (4), Ir (5)}. However, the mononuclear η5-cyclopentadienyl analogues such as [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl], [(η5-C5H5)Os(PPh3)2Br], [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] and [(η5-C9H7)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] complexes react in presence of 1 equiv. of dpt-NH2 and 1 equiv. of NH4PF6 in methanol yielded mononuclear complexes [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (6), [(η5-C5H5)Os(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (7), [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (8) and [(η5-C9H7)Ru(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (9), respectively. These compounds have been totally characterized by IR, NMR and mass spectrometry. The molecular structures of 4 and 6 have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction and some of the representative complexes have also been studied by UV–Vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

The mononuclear cationic complexes [(η6-C6H6)RuCl(L)]+ (1), [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)RuCl(L)]+ (2), [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(L)]+ (3), [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(L)]+ (4), [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(L)]+ (5), [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl(L)]+ (6) as well as the dinuclear dicationic complexes [{(η6-C6H6)RuCl}2(L)]2+ (7), [{(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)RuCl}2(L)]2+ (8), [{(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)}2(L)]2+ (9), [{(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)}2(L)]2+ (10), [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(L)]2+ (11) and [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(L)]2+ (12) have been synthesized from 4,4′-bis(2-pyridyl-4-thiazole) (L) and the corresponding complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl)], [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl], [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(μ-Cl)Cl]2, respectively. All complexes were isolated as hexafluorophosphate salts and characterized by IR, NMR, mass spectrometry and UV-vis spectroscopy. The X-ray crystal structure analyses of [3]PF6, [5]PF6, [8](PF6)2 and [12](PF6)2 reveal a typical piano-stool geometry around the metal centers with a five-membered metallo-cycle in which 4,4′-bis(2-pyridyl-4-thiazole) acts as a N,N′-chelating ligand.  相似文献

The mononuclear cations [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(bpym)]+ (1), [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl(bpym)]+ (2), [(η6-p-PriC6H4Me)RuCl(bpym)]+ (3) and [(η6-C6Me6)RuCl(bpym)]+ (4) as well as the dinuclear dications [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(bpym)]2+ (5), [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(bpym)]2+ (6), [{(η6-p-PriC6H4Me)RuCl}2(bpym)]2+ (7) and [{(η6-C6Me6)RuCl}2(bpym)]2+ (8) have been synthesised from 2,2′-bipyrimidine (bpym) and the corresponding chloro complexes [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl2]2, [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl2]2, [(η6-PriC6H4Me)RuCl2]2 and [(η6-C6Me6)RuCl2]2, respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analyses of [3][PF6], [5][PF6]2, [6][CF3SO3]2 and [7][PF6]2 reveal a typical piano-stool geometry around the metal centres; in the dinuclear complexes the chloro ligands attached to the two metal centres are found to be, with respect to each other, cis oriented for 5 and 6 but trans for 7. The electrochemical behaviour of 1-8 has been studied by voltammetric methods. In addition, the catalytic potential of 1-8 for transfer hydrogenation reactions in aqueous solution has been evaluated: All complexes catalyse the reaction of acetophenone with formic acid to give phenylethanol and carbon dioxide. For both the mononuclear and dinuclear series the best results were obtained (50 °C, pH 4) with rhodium complexes, giving turnover frequencies of 10.5 h−1 for 1 and 19 h−1 for 5.  相似文献

The reaction of (η5-C9H2Me5)Rh(1,5-C8H12) (1) with I2 gives the iodide complex [(η5-C9H2Me5)RhI2]2 (2). The solvate complex [(η5- C9H2Me5)Rh(MeNO2)3]2+ (generated in situ by treatment of 2 with Ag+ in nitromethane) reacts with benzene and its derivatives giving the dicationic arene complexes [(η5-9H2Me5)Rh(arene)]2+ [arene = C6H6 (3a), C6Me6 (3b), C6H5OMe (3c)]. Similar reaction with the borole sandwich compound CpRh(η5-C4H4BPh) results in the arene-type complex [CpRh(μ-η56-C4H4BPh)Rh(η5-C9H2Me5)]2+ (4). Treatment of 2 with CpTl in acetonitrile affords cation [(η5-C9H2Me5)RhCp]+ (5). The structure of [3c](BF4)2 was determined by X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical behaviour of complexes prepared was studied. The rhodium-benzene bonding in series of the related complexes [(ring)Rh(C6H6)]2+ (ring = Cp, Cp, C9H7, C9H2Me5) was analyzed using energy and charge decomposition schemes.  相似文献

Binuclear complexes [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(μ-bsh)] (1) and [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(μ-bsh)] (2) containing N,N′-bis(salicylidine)hydrazine (H2bsh) are reported. The complexes 1 and 2 reacted with EPh3 (E = P, As) to afford cationic complexes [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(PPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (3), [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(AsPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (4), [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(PPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (5), and [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(AsPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (6) which were isolated as their hexafluorophosphate salts. Representative complexes 3 and 5 have been used as a metallo-ligand in the synthesis of binuclear complexes [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(μ-bsh)Ru(η6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (7) and [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl(μ-bsh)Ru(η6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (8). The complexes under study have been fully characterized by analytical and spectral (FAB/ESI-MS, IR, NMR, electronic and emission) studies. Molecular structures of 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been determined crystallographically. Structural studies on 1 and 2 revealed the presence of extensive inter- and intra-molecular C-H···O and C-H···π weak bonding interactions. The complexes 1, 2, 3 and 5 moderately emit upon excitation at their respective MLCT bands.  相似文献

The reaction of the complex [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl}2] 1 with sodium azide ligand gave two new dimers of the composition [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)(N3)}2] 2 and [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)Cl}2] 3, depending upon the reaction conditions. Complex 3 with excess of sodium azide in ethanol yielded complex 2. These complexes undergo substitution reactions with monodentate ligands to yield monomeric complexes of the type [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(X)(N3)(L)] {X = N3, Cl, L = PPh3 (4a, 9a); PMe2Ph (4b, 9b); AsPh3 (4c, 9c); X = N3, L = pyrazole (Hpz) (5a); 3-methylpyrazole (3-Hmpz) (5b) and 3,5-dimethyl-pyrazole (3,5-Hdmpz) (5c)}. Complexes 2 and 3 also react with bidentate ligands to give bridging complexes of the type [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(N3)(X)]2(μ-L)} {X = N3, Cl, L = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) (6, 10); 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) (7, 11); 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (dppp) (8, 12); X = Cl, L = 4,4-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) (13)}. These complexes were characterized by FT-IR and FT-NMR spectroscopy as well as by analytical data.The molecular structures of the representative complexes [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)(N3)}2] 2, [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)Cl}2] 3,[(η6-C6Me6)Ru(N3)2(PPh3)] 4a and [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(N3)2}2 (μ-dppm)] 6 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

New half-sandwich titanocene complexes (η5-C5Me5)Ti(OC6F5)3 (1), (η5-C5Me5)Ti(OCH2C6F5)3 (2), and (η5-C5Me5)Ti(OCH2C6F2H3)3 (3) were synthesized via the displacement of methoxide ligands in (η5-C5Me5)Ti(OMe)3 by the corresponding aryloxy or benzyloxy ligands. These compounds have been fully characterized by various spectroscopic methods including X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 has a distorted three-legged piano stool structure. However, complexes 2 and 3 have the chariot-like structure, where chariot means a two-wheeled horse-drawn vehicle. The π electron donation of oxygen atom to Ti center in complexes 1-3 is considerable.  相似文献

The complex trans-[RuPy4(CN)2] cleaves chloride bridges in the binuclear rhodium(i) and palladium(ii) complexes [Rh(CO)2Cl]2, [Rh(η4-C8H12)Cl]2, [(η4-C8H12)Rh(μ-Cl)2Rh(CO)2], [Pd(η3-C3H5)Cl]2, and [(η3-C3H5)Pd(μ-Cl)2Rh(CO)2] to form heterometallic triad complexes [(CO)2ClRh(NC)RuPy4(CN)RhCl(CO)2] (1), [(η4-C8H12)ClRh(NC)RuPy4(CN)RhCl-(η4-C8H12)] (2), [(CO)2ClRh(NC)RuPy4(CN)RhCl(η4-C8H12)] (3), [(η3-C3H5)ClPd(NC)-Ru(Py)4(CN)PdCl(η3-C3H5)] (4), and [(CO)2ClRh(NC)Ru(Py)4(CN)PdCl(η3-C3H5)] (5), respectively. In solutions, complex 3 coexists with equilibrium amounts of compounds 1 and 2; complex 5 is in the equilibrium with compounds 4 and 1. In both cases, the ratio of concentrations is close to binomial. Complexes 2 and 5 treated with [Rh(CO)2Cl]2 are converted into 1 with the simultaneous formation of [Rh(η4-C8H12)Cl]2 and [Pd(η3-C3H5)Cl]2, respectively. The δH and δC values for the ligands η4-C8H12, η3-C3H5, and CO are sensitive to the nature of the remote triad unit. The ligand effects are shown to be transmitted along the chain L′-M′-(NC)-Ru-(CN)-M″-L″.  相似文献

Trimethylstannyl (diphenylphosphino)acetate (1), which is readily accessible from potassium (diphenylphosphino)acetate and trimethylstannyl chloride, may serve as the source of (diphenylphosphino)acetate anion in the preparation of coordination compounds. Thus, the reactions between [M(cod)Cl2] (M = Pd and Pt; cod = η22-cycloocta-1,5-diene) and two equivalents of 1 give [M(Ph2PCH2CO22O,P)2] (2 and 3), while the reaction of [{Pd(μ-Cl)Cl(PFur3)}2] (4; Fur = 2-furyl) with one equivalent of 1 yields [SP-4-3]-[PdCl(Ph2PCH2CO22O,P)(PFur3)] (5). The reactions of 1 with the dimers [{Rh(η5-C5Me5)Cl(μ-Cl)}2] and [{Ru(η6-1,4-MeC6H4(CHMe2))Cl(μ-Cl)}2] (at 1-to-metal ratio 1:1) produce O,P-chelated complexes as well, albeit as stable adducts with the liberated Me3SnCl: [RhCl(η5-C5Me5)(Ph2PCH2CO22O,P)] · Me3SnCl (6) and[RuCl(η6-1,4-MeC6H4(CHMe2))(Ph2PCH2CO22O,P)] · Me3SnCl (8). The related complexes with P-monodentate (diphenylphosphino)acetic acid, [RhCl25-C5Me5)(Ph2PCH2CO2H-κ,P)] (7) and [RuCl26-1,4-MeC6H4(CHMe2))(Ph2PCH2CO2H-κP)] (9), were obtained by bridge splitting in the dimers with the phosphinocarboxylic ligand. All new compounds were characterized by spectral methods and combustion analyses, and the structures of 2 · 3CH2Cl2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The synthesis of the bis(η5-indenyl)iron sandwich complexes (η5-1-SiMe3-C9H6)2Fe (3a), (η5-2-SiMe3-C9H6)2Fe (3b), [η5-1,2-(SiMe3)2C9H5]2Fe (4a) and [η5-1,3-(SiMe3)2C9H5]2Fe (4b), by the reaction of the appropriate lithium indenide salts [prepared from 1-SiMe3-C9H7 (2a), 2-SiMe3-C9H7 (2b), 1,2-(SiMe3)2C9H6 (2c) or 1,3-(SiMe3)2C9H6 (2d)] with ferrous chloride (1) in a 2:1 molar ratio is discussed. The solid-state structure of 4b was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. Complex 4b exists in a gauche conformation, showing that the indenyl ligands are sterically imposed by the bulk of the Me3Si substituents. The average Fe-C distance is 2.091(3) Å. Cyclovoltammetric studies indicate that 3 and 4 are redox-active with one-electron oxidations [E1/2=−270 to −360 mV versus Fc/Fc+, Fc=(η5-C5H5)2Fe].  相似文献

The reaction of complex [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (1) with sodium azide yielded complexes of the composition [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)(N3)]2 (2) and [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)(Cl)]2 (3), depending upon the reaction conditions. Complex 3 with excess of sodium azide in ethanol yielded complex 2. Complexes 2 and 3 undergo substitution reactions with monodentate ligands such as PPh3, PMe2Ph and AsPh3 to yield monomeric complexes. The structure of complex 2 was determined by X-ray crystallography. All these complexes were characterized by micro analytical data and by FT-IR and FT-NMR spectroscopy. A series of six organotin(IV) carboxylates [Me2SnL2] (1), [n-Bu2SnL2] (2), [n-Oct2SnL2] (3), [Me3SnL] (4), n-Bu3SnL (5) and [Ph3SnL] (6), where L = 3-(4-cyanophenyl) acrylic acid have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and NMR (1H, 13C). The complex (4) was also analyzed by single crystal X-ray analysis which showed distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry with polymeric bridging behavior. The complexes 16 were screened for antimicrobial activities and cytotoxicity. The results showed significant activity with few exceptions. The catalytic activity of complexes was assessed in transesterification reaction of Brassica campestris oil (triglycerides) to produce biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters). The results showed that triorganotin(IV) complexes exhibited good catalytic activity than their di-analogues.  相似文献

The complex [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]21 reacts with pyrazole ligands (3a-g) in acetonitrile to afford the amidine derivatives of the type [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(L)(3,5-HRR′pz)](BF4)2 (4a-f), where L = {HNC(Me)3,5-RR′pz}; R, R′ = H (4a); H, CH3 (4b); C6H5 (4c); CH3, C6H5 (4d) OCH3 (4e); and OC2H5 (4f), respectively. The ligand L is generated in situ through the condensation of 3,5-HRR′pz with acetonitrile under the influence of [(η6-p-cymene)RuCl2]2. The complex [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]22 reacts with pyrazole ligands in acetonitrile to yield bis-pyrazole derivatives such as [(η6-C6Me6)Ru (3,5-HRR′pz)2Cl](BF4) (5a-b), where R, R′ = H (5a); H, CH3 (5b), as well as dimeric complexes of pyrazole substituted chloro bridged derivatives [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl) (3,5-HRR′pz)}2](BF4)2 (5c-g), where R, R′ = CH3 (5c); C6H5 (5d); CH3, C6H5 (5e); OCH3 (5f); and OC2H5 (5g), respectively. These complexes were characterized by FT-IR and FT-NMR spectroscopy as well as analytical data. A series of neutral bimetallic lanthanide aryloxides p-C6H4[OLnL(THF)n]2 [Ln = Y(1), Yb(2), Sm(3)(n = 1) and La(4)(n = 2), L = Me2NCH2CH2N{CH2-(2-O–C6H2–tBu2-3,5)}2] and alkoxides p-C6H4CH2[OLnL(THF)]2 [Ln = Y(5), Yb(6)] supported by an amine-bridged bis(phenolate) ligand have been synthesized through one-pot reactions of Ln(C5H5)3(THF), LH2 with p-benzenediol and 1,4-benzenedimethanol, respectively. All complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, and IR and multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy(in the cases of 1, 4 and 5). Study of their catalytic behavior revealed that, in general, all complexes are efficient initiators for the polymerization of rac-lactide(LA) and rac-β-butyrolactone(BBL), except for 3 and 4 in the case of BBL. The influence imposed by lanthanides of different ionic radii and initiating groups of different structures on the activity, controllability, and stereoselectivity of polymerization were systematically studied and compared. Highly heterotactic PLA(Pr up to 0.99) and syndiotactic PHB(Pr ≈ 0.81) with high molecular weight and narrow polydispersity formed and were automatically capped with hydroxyl functionality at both ends.  相似文献
