基于含时密度泛函理论,研究了氮掺杂石墨烯纳米结构的等离激元特性。吡啶型氮掺杂不影响石墨烯纳米结构的等离激元激发特性,而取代型氮掺杂主要基于石墨烯纳米结构对称性的改变和体系中电子密度的增加来影响石墨烯纳米结构的等离激元共振。相对于纯六角石墨烯纳米结构,在低能共振区,取代型氮掺杂六角石墨烯纳米结构的等离激元共振能量发生了红移。相对于纯矩形石墨烯纳米结构,在低能共振区,取代型氮掺杂矩形石墨烯纳米结构沿扶手椅型边界方向激发时,其等离激元共振能量发生了蓝移;沿Z字型边界激发时,其主要的等离激元共振模式受掺杂氮的影响较小。  相似文献

By using the random phase approximation (RPA) in many-body perturbation theory, we calculate the polarization function of the electron gas in graphene at finite temperature. Based on this, we calculate the temperature dependent dielectric function ε(q). The thermal effect on ε(q) in various q regions is discussed. The temperature dependence is found to be quadratic. We also investigate the plasmon dispersion relation at finite temperature, with the zero-temperature relation as a special case. The result is in good agreement with recent experimental data.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically the intervalley charge density oscillation and the screened ionic potential in graphene caused by the intervalley scattering. We demonstrate that the contribution from the intervalley scattering is comparable with that from the intravalley scattering, and oscillation rather than decaying dominates at a large distance away from the external impurity. We show that the intervalley oscillation is strongly anisotropic because of the inequivalency between neighboring valleys. The anisotropic oscillation consists of an anisotropic short-wavelength oscillation with an anisotropic fixed wavelength and an isotropic long-wavelength envelop with an isotropic wavelength modulated by doping, making an adjustable-widthed wave-packet propagation. One weakens the screening and gets anisotropic short-wavelength oscillation by introducing short-range mechanism in graphene and graphene-like materials.  相似文献

The spin-wave excitations in anisotropic Kondo lattice model are studied using the spin Green's function. Both the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic cases are considered. The equations to determine the spectrum of low-energy excitations are given. The anisotropy gaps are obtained, and the long-wavelength and strong-coupling limits are analyzed.  相似文献

设计了褶皱石墨烯波导结构激发表面等离子体激元,通过设计周期阵列结构实现了表面等离子体激元传播损耗的补偿.理论分析了周期阵列结构的表面等离子体激元传播模型和补偿损耗的方式,结果表明褶皱衍射激发表面等离子体激元波导不仅能够激发表面等离子体激元,还能利用表面等离子体激元波矢关系实现器件参数控制,周期阵列增益全程补偿损耗的方式可以显著增加表面等离子体激元的传播距离.数值分析结果进一步表明:该结构具备了保持亚波长尺寸的强局域化优势;周期阵列增益全程补偿可以显著提高纳米腔中的电场强度,降低传输损耗;波导结构的粒子反转水平较高,自发辐射噪声的扰动较低.设计的石墨烯波导器件可以为微纳光学集成、光子传感和测量等领域提供理想的亚波长光子器件.  相似文献

为了减小器件尺寸、实现超快速响应和动态可调谐,研究了基于石墨烯纳米条波导边耦合矩形腔的单波段和双波段的等离子体诱导透明(PIT)效应,通过耦合模式理论和时域有限差分法从数值计算和模拟仿真两方面分析了模型的慢光特性.通过调节石墨烯矩形腔的化学势,同时实现了单波段、双波段PIT模型的谐振波长和透射峰值的可调谐性.当石墨烯的化学势增加时,各个波段PIT窗口的谐振波长逐渐减小,发生蓝移.此外,通过动态调谐石墨烯矩形腔的谐振波长,当石墨烯矩形腔的化学势为0.41—0.44 eV时,单PIT系统的群折射率控制在79.2—28.3之间,可调谐带宽为477 nm;当石墨烯矩形腔1, 2, 3的化学势分别为0.39—0.42 eV, 0.40—0.43 eV, 0.41—0.44 eV时,双PIT系统的群折射率控制在143.2—108.6之间.并且,整个系统的尺寸小于0.5μm~2.研究结果对于超快速、超紧凑型和动态可调谐的光传感、光滤波、慢光和光存储器件的设计和制作具有一定的参考意义.  相似文献

A novel surface plasmonic waveguide structure composed of chiral medium and 2D material is proposed. The universal direction-dependent dispersion relation is obtained, which covers the combinations between 2D materials with in-plane isotropy or anisotropy and the surroundings with or without chirality. The tunability of the behavior of surface plasmon polaritons with the chirality of environment and the doping level are investigated. The averaging effect of chirality in both sides of 2D material is unveiled. Besides, the transverse spin of SPPs in the Chiral-2D material structure is explored and the asymmetric distribution of the transverse spin depends mainly on the contribution from the magnetic spin instead of the electric spin. These features are advantageous for the manufacture of novel photonic devices and the development of sensors techniques for the chiral environment.  相似文献

设计了一种由涂覆双层石墨烯的圆形介质纳米线组成的表面等离子体光波导。利用有限元法(FEM),数值分析了纳米线半径、介质夹层厚度、石墨烯化学势以及工作频率对波导所支持的电磁场模式的有效折射率、传播长度、归一化模式面积以及品质因数等模式特性的影响。结果表明,这种新型的混合表面等离子体光波导具有很强的模式束缚能力,归一化模式面积非常小,可以实现极高密度的器件集成,并且传输损耗较低。  相似文献

By embedding metal nanoparticles within polymeric materials, selective thermal polymer processing can be accomplished via irradiation with light resonant with the nanoparticle surface plasmon resonance due to the photothermal effect of the nanoparticles which efficiently transforms light into heat. The wavelength and polarization sensitivity of photothermal heating from embedded gold nanorods is used to selectively process a collection of polymeric nanofibers, completely melting those fibers lying along a chosen direction while leaving the remaining material largely unheated and unaffected. Fluorescence‐based temperature and viscosity sensing was employed to confirm the presence of heating and melting in selected fibers and its absence in counter‐aligned fibers. Such tunable specificity in processing a subset of a sample, while the remainder is unchanged, cannot easily be achieved through conventional heating techniques.  相似文献

运用含时密度泛函理论研究等边三角形钠原子团簇中的表面等离激元激发.发现:在团簇尺寸较大时,沿三角形底边和底边中垂线方向激发的共振模式不同,然而沿两方向的吸收光谱线形一样,主要吸收峰的共振能量也相同.低能聚集共振在空间引起电场增强的极大值主要分布在三角形的端点附近.  相似文献

氧化石墨烯膜是一类新型的层状材料。本文报道了氧化石墨烯膜的面内和垂直于面方向的热扩散率和热导率,发现垂直于面方向的热导率比面内热导率低一个数量级,展示了明显的各向异性特征。氧化石墨烯膜的导热系数远低于单层石墨烯的导热系数,其原因主要是由于氧化石墨烯膜间的接触热租和氧化石墨烯膜本身导热系数较低造成的。  相似文献

We have numerically shown the existence of coupled wedge plasmons (CWPs) which propagates along a nano gap of a twin metal wedge. The CWPs are formed by wedge plasmons which can interact with each other. The dispersion relations of the wavenumber, propagation distance, and beam area of CWPs, are described and show that the characteristics of CWPs are similar to those of wedge plasmons and of gap plasmons. We also propose a new plasmon waveguide composed of twin metal wedges with a nano gap.  相似文献

基于金纳米棒构成的三聚体微元结构模型,详细地研究了等离激元诱导透明(plasmon induced transparency,PIT)现象产生的物理过程.研究发现,三聚体的吸收谱线随着其耦合距离以及尺寸的变化,竖直金纳米棒所对应的偶极明模在平行双长条金纳米棒对应的暗模作用下会产生分裂.依据这一结果提出了一个新的物理解释,PIT现象的产生主要来自于竖直金纳米棒中偶极振荡的模式分裂后的相干叠加.同时,考虑到两个振子之间的耦合会伴随着一定的相位关联性,进而引入了耦合相位因子修正了洛伦兹振子耦合模型,解析地研究了耦合相位因子对吸收谱的调控作用和分裂明模之间的相干叠加效应对PIT效应的影响.这为在纳米尺寸范围设计人造原子、光开关、慢光效应等方面的应用提供了理论参考.  相似文献

The origin of the Rayleigh scattering ring effect has been experimentally examined on a quantum dot/metal film system, in which CdTe quantum dots embedded in PVP are spin-coated on a thin Au film. On the basis of the angle-dependent, optical measurements under different excitation schemes (i.e., wavelength and polarization), we demonstrate that sur-face plasmon assisted directional radiation is responsible for such an effect.
