In this paper we have discussed geodesics and the motion of test particle in the gravitational field of noncommutative charged black hole spacetime. The motion of massive and massless particle have been discussed seperately.A comparative study of noncommutative charged black hole and usual Reissner–Nordstr¨om black hole has been done. The study of effective potential has also been included. Finally, we have examined the scattering of scalar waves in noncommutative charged black hole spacetime.  相似文献

Based on the work of Ghosh and Pereze, who view the black hole entropy as the logarithm of the number of quantum states on the Quantum Isolated Horizon(QIH)§ the entropy of Reissner–Nordstr¨om black hole is studied.According to the Unruh temperature, the statistical entropy of quantum fields under the background of Reissner–Nordstr¨om spacetime is calculated by means of quantum statistics. In the calculations we take the integral from the position of QIH to infinity, so the obtained entropy is the entanglement entropy outside the QIH. In Reissner–Nordstr¨om spacetime it is shown that if only the position of QIH is properly chosen the leading term of logarithm of the number of quantum states on the QIH is equal to the leading term of the entanglement entropy outside the black hole horizon, and both are the Bekenstein–Hawking entropy. The results reveal the relation between the entanglement entropy of black hole and the logarithm of the number of quantum states.  相似文献

In this study,we investigate the quasinormal mode and late-time tail of charged massless scalar perturbations of a black hole in generalized Rastall gravity. The black hole metric in question is spherically symmetric, accompanied by a power-Maxwell field surrounded by a quintessence fluid. We show that the massless scalar field, when dressed up with the magnetic field, acquires an effective mass, which significantly affects the properties of the resultant quasinormal oscillations and late-time tails.S...  相似文献

We are going to prove that the Monopole and the Coulomb fields are duals within the unifying structure provided by the Reissner–Nordstr¨om spacetime. This is accomplished when noticing that in order to produce the tetrad that locally and covariantly diagonalizes the stress-energy tensor, both the Monopole and the Coulomb fields are necessary in the construction. Without any of them it would be impossible to express the tetrad vectors that locally and covariantly diagonalize the stress-energy tensor. Then, both electromagnetic fields are an integral part of the same structure, the Reissner–Nordstr¨om geometry.  相似文献

In this paper, using the third-order WKB approximation, we investigate the quasinormal frequencies of the scalar field in the background of a five-dimensional Lovelock black hole. We find that the ultraviolet correction to Einstein theory in the Lovelock theory makes the scalar field decay more slowly and oscillate more quickly, and the cosmological constant makes the scalar field decay more slowly and oscillate more slowly in the Lovelock black hole background.  相似文献

In our previous work [Chin. Phys. Lett. 35(2018) 010410], the quasinormal modes of massless scalar field perturbation in a noncommutative-geometry-inspired Schwarzschild black hole spacetime are studied using the third-order Wentzel–Kramers–Brillouin approximative approach. In this study, we extend the work to the cases of gravitational, electromagnetic and massless Dirac perturbations. The result further confirms that the noncommutative parameter plays an important role for the quasinormal frequencies.  相似文献

Hawking radiation is usually studied in standard coordinates. In this paper,we calculate the Hawking temperature of a Schwarzschild black hole in harmonic coordinates,as well as that of a Reissner–Nordstr?m black hole. The action of a scalar field near the event horizon can be formulated exactly without omitting some high-order terms. We show dimensional reduction for Hawking temperature is also valid for harmonic coordinates, and verify further that the results are independent on concrete coordinates. With the help of Lorentz transformation, our work might also serve as a basis to investigate the thermal radiation from a moving black hole.  相似文献

We study quasinormal modes(QNMs)of charged black holes in the Einstein-Maxwell-Weyl(EMW)gravity by adopting the test scalar field perturbation. We find that the imaginary part of QNM frequencies is consistently negative for different angular parameters l,indicating that these modes always decay and are therefore stable. We do not observe a linear relationship between the QNM frequencyωand parameter p for these black holes,as their charge Q causes a nonlinear effect. We evaluate the massive scalar field perturbation in charged black holes and find that random long lived modes(i.e.,quasiresonances)could exist in this spectrum.  相似文献

We investigate phase-plane analysis of general relativistic orbits in a gravitational field of the Reissner–Nordstr?m-type regular black hole spacetime. We employ phase-plane analysis to obtain different phase-plane diagrams of the test particle orbits by varying charge q and dimensionless parameter β, where β contains angular momentum of the test particle. We compute numerical values of radii for the innermost stable orbits and corresponding values of energy required to place the test particle in orbits. Later on, we employ similar analysis on an Ayón–Beato–García(ABG) regular black hole and a comparison regarding key results is also included.  相似文献

Recently, considerable progress has been made in understanding the early universe by loop quantum cosmology.Modesto et al.investigated the loop quantum black hole(LQBH)using improved semiclassical analysis and they found that the LQBH has two horizons,an event horizon and a Cauchy horizon, just like the Reissner-Nordstr¨om black hole. This paper focuses on the dynamical evolution of a massless scalar wave in the LQBH background.By investigating the relation between the complex frequencies of the massless scalar field and the LQBH parameters using the numerical method,we find that the polymeric parameter P makes the massless scalar field decay more quickly and makes the ground scalar wave oscillate slowly. However, the polymeric parameter P causes the frequency of the high harmonic massless scalar wave to shift according to its value. We also find that the loop quantum gravity area gap parameter a 0 causes the massless scalar field to decay more slowly and makes the period of the massless scalar field wave become longer. In the complex ω plane, the frequency curves move counterclockwise when the polymeric parameter P increases and this spiral effect is more obvious for a higher harmonic scalar wave.  相似文献

We evaluate the complex frequencies of the normal modes for the charged scalar field perturbations around a Reissner–Nördstrom black hole surrounded by a static and spherically symmetric quintessence using third order WKB approximation approach. Quintessence decreases the oscillation frequency and increases the damping time of quasinormal frequencies. We studied the variation of quasinormal frequencies with charge of the black bole, mass and charge of perturbing scalar field and the quintessential parameters.  相似文献

Using the WKB method and HYBRD program, we evaluate the low-lying massive charged scalar and Dirac field quasinormal modes (QNMs) of a Reissner-Nordström black hole. We discuss the real and imaginary parts of QNMs vary with the charge of black hole, the masses and charges of scalar and Dirac fields.  相似文献

The quasinormal modes of charged and uncharged massive scalar fields and also of charged Dirac fields against the background of a charged spherical black hole endowed with a scalar hair have been investigated. Special emphasis has been given to the case where negative scalar charge dominates over the electric charge of the black hole which mimics an Einstein-Rosen bridge. Except for the complete monotonic behaviour of the damping (imaginary part of the quasinormal frequency) against the charge of the black hole as opposed to the existence of a peak for the pure Reissner-Nordström case, the qualitative behaviour does not appreciably change due to the presence of scalar hair.  相似文献

Scalar field quasinormal modes in the dyadosphere spacetime of charged black hole are studied by using the third-order WKB approximation. From numerical results obtained, we find that the scalar field mass u plays an important role in studying the quasinormal frequencies. With the scalar field mass increases, the real parts increase and the magnitudes of the imaginary parts decrease. Particulary, these change are almost linearly.  相似文献

We study the massless scalar quasinormal frequencies of an asymptotically flat static and spherically symmetric black hole with a nonzero magnetic charge in four-dimensional extended scalar-tensor-Gauss–Bonnet theory. The results show that the real part of the quasinormal frequency becomes larger and the imaginary part becomes smaller with increasing the magnetic charge or the angular harmonic index. The existence of magnetic charges will reduce the damping of scalar perturbation, but increase the frequency. We also study the absorption cross-section of the scalar field in this black hole. We find that its curve will become lower as the magnetic charge increases, i.e. the magnetic charge will weaken the absorption capacity of the black hole. Meanwhile, the high-frequency limit of the total absorption cross-section is just the area of black hole shadow.  相似文献

We have studied quasinormal modes of scalar perturbations of a black hole in massive gravity. The parameters of the theory, such as the mass of the black hole, the scalar charge of the black hole and the spherical harmonic index is varied to see how the corresponding quasinormal frequencies change. We have also studied the massive scalar field perturbations. Most of the work is done using WKB approach while sections are devoted to compute quasinormal modes via the unstable null geodesics approach and the Pöschl–Teller approximation. Comparisons are done with the Schwarzschild black hole.  相似文献

We have studied the scalar perturbation of static charged dilaton black holes in 2 + 1 dimensions. The black hole considered here is a solution to the low-energy string theory in 2 + 1 dimensions. It is asymptotic to the anti-de Sitter space. The exact values of quasinormal modes for the scalar perturbations are calculated. For both the charged and uncharged cases, the quasinormal frequencies are pure-imaginary leading to purely damped modes for the perturbations.  相似文献

We present the quasinormal frequencies of the massive scalar field in the background of a Schwarzchild black hole surrounded by quintessence with the third-order WKB method. The mass of the scalar field u plays an important role in studying the quasinormal frequencies, the real part of the frequencies increases linearly as mass of the field u increases, while the imaginary part in absolute value decreases linearly which leads to damping more slowly than the massless scalar field. The frequencies have a limited value, so it is easier to detect the quasinormal modes. Moreover, owing to the presence of the quintessence, the massive scalar field damps more slowly.   相似文献

In this work we study the Dirac quasinormal modes of higher dimensional charged black holes. Higher dimensional Reissner–Nordström type black holes as well as charged black holes in Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet theories are studied for fermionic perturbations using WKB method. A comparative study of the quasinormal modes in the two different theories of gravity has been performed. The behavior of the frequencies with the variation of black hole parameters as well as with the variation of space-time dimensions is studied. We also study the large multipole number limit of the black hole potential in order to look for an analytic expression for the frequencies.  相似文献
