The title complex [Sr3(pda)2(Hpda)2(H2O)2]n·2nH2O(H2pda = pyridine-2,6-dicar- boxylic acid) has been prepared under solvothermal conditions. It has been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR and elemental analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.3795(8), b = 9.2225(7), c = 18.5726(14) , β = 104.377(2)o, V = 1722.2(2) 3, C28H22N4O20Sr3, Mr = 997.36, Z = 2, Dc = 1.923 g/cm3, μ = 4.722 mm-1, F(000) = 984, the final R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0538. This complex possesses a 3-D structure which is constructed from 1-D chain motifs linked by carboxylate groups. The luminescent property of the title complex has been investigated.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymer constructed from 3-nitrobenzene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, [Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4]n·2nH2O, has been synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 6.1252(8), b = 20.706(3), c = 8.8067(11) (A), β = 95.608(2)°, V= 1111.6(2)(A)3, Mr =751.12, Dc = 2.244 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, μ = 2.011 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0262 and wR = 0.0692for 2338 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the title compound presents a 1-D chain-like structure constructed by dimer units, [Cd2(CsH3NO6)2(H2O)4]n, through two carboxylate oxygen atoms. A new mononuclear Co(II) complex, [Co(hmz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, has been synthesized by the reaction of Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O with 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-mercaptotetrazole (Hhmz). It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.502(5), b = 6.718(3), c = 13.972(6) , β = 117.532(4)o, V = 1123.9(8) 3, Z = 2, M r = 553.45, F(000) = 570, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, μ = 1.008 mm–1, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0684 for 2194 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The Co(II) is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two hmz–1 ligands and four water molecules, forming an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding and offset-panel π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent molecules extend the compound into a three- dimensional supramolecular framework. The title compound emits strong blue fluorescent light (λem(max) = 427 nm) at room temperature and is red-shifted compared with free ligand Hhmz (λem(max) = 342 nm).  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination complex [Zn(H2BPTC)(phen)2]n·3nH2O (BPTC = 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been obtained from hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound 1, the zinc cation is hexa-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from one H2BPTC ligand and four nitrogen atoms from two different phen ligands, showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data: C41H30N4O12Zn, Mr = 836.06, monoclinic, P21/c, a = 14.2714(9), b = 16.9386(10), c = 15.0151(9) , β = 101.3420(10)o, V = 3558.8(4) 3, Dc = 1.560 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.766 mm-1, F(000) = 1720, Z = 4, R = 0.0439 and wR = 0.1157 for 4123 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

A new one-dimensional (1-D) compound [Sm(PCA)3(H2O)2]n·6nH2O (1, HPCA=pyrazinecarboxylic acid) has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the Pbca space group of orthorhombic system with a=19.465(3), b=12.034(4), c=19.842(4) , V=4648(2)3, C15H25N6O14Sm, Mr=663.76, Dc=1.897 g/cm3, S=1.023, μ(MoKα)=2.610 mm-1, F(000)=2648, R=0.0239 and wR=0.0616. Compound 1 is characteristic of an infinite 1-D chain-like structure with the samarium atoms locating at an environment of a monocapped square antiprism. The [Sm(PCA)3(H2O)2]n chains and the lattice water molecules interconnect together through π-π interactions and hydrogen bonding interactions to yield a 3-D supramolecular framework. Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title compound displays an emission in the greenish blue region.  相似文献

A new binuclear copper complex, [Cu2L2(pht)2]2·H2O(Hpht = 5,5-diphenylhydantoin, i.e. phenytoin; L = 2-diethylaminoethanol), has been synthesized by the solvothermal method, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 31.918(3), b = 12.9222(15), c = 19.868(2) , β = 98.762(2)o, V = 8098.8(16) 3, Dc = 1.429 Mg/m3, Z = 4, F(000) = 3640, μ = 1.107 mm-1, R = 0.0560 and wR = 0.1276(I 2(I)). Each copper(Ⅱ) in a molecule is coordinated with N and O atoms from ligand L and N atom from ligand Hpht in a tetradentate manner. Moreover, two copper(Ⅱ) centers are bridged by two O atoms of hydroxyl groups from two L ligands to form a slightly distorted binuclear {Cu2O2} diamond configuration. In addition, the interaction of this complex with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA) was investigated by UV-vis spectrum and viscometry, and the complex may bind to DNA through intercalation.  相似文献

A new heterometallic 4f-5d inorganic-organic metal-isonicotinic acid complex [La(C6NO2H5)3(H2O)2]2n·(nH5O2)(nHgCl5)(2nHgCl4)·(2nH2O) 1 has been synthesized via hydro-thermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group C2/c of monoclinic system with four formula units in a cell:a =24.140(7),b=20.884(7),c=15.462(2),β=127.46(1)°,V=6187(3)3,C36H47Cl13Hg3La2N6O20,Mr=2224.24,Dc=2.388 g/cm3,Z=4,T=293(2) K,μ(MoKα)=9.401 mm-1,F(000)=4160 and R/wR=0.0376/0.0636 for 4130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) and 5617 unique reflections. Complex 1 is characteristic of a one-dimensional polycationic chain-like structure. Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title complex displays interesting emissions in violet and orange regions. The luminescence spectra show stronger orange emission than violet emission. Optical absorption spectra of 1 reveal the presence of a wide optical bandgap of 3.41 eV.  相似文献
