The pyrano‐phenazine derivatives 6 were synthesized by an efficient procedure using the reaction between benzo[a]phenacin‐5‐ols with the condensation product of an aldehyde with Meldrum's acid in the presence of a catalytic amount of Et3N at ambient temperature. The procedure is very simple, and products could be separated from the reaction media by simple filtration. High functional‐group tolerance both in the benzo[a]phenazin‐5‐ol and aldehyde moieties, facile reaction procedure, medium‐to‐high yields, and simple separation of the products from the reaction media are the advantages of this route.  相似文献

以1-(3-氧代四氢吡喃丙基)-吲哚-3-乙醛酸甲酯(5)和吲哚-3-乙酰胺(6)为原料,在催化剂叔丁醇钾的四氢呋喃溶液存在下发生偶合反应,经浓盐酸处理得脱保护的中间体7,再经甲磺酰化反应、氨解反应得到4种新的具有不同氨烷基侧链的双吲哚马来酰亚胺衍生物9a,9b,9d,9e.目标产物结构通过1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和HRMS确证.  相似文献

Six novel disubstituted phenylene‐linked bis‐imidazole derivatives, 3a – 3f , were prepared by a one‐pot, microwave‐assisted method under solvent‐free conditions, in yields ranging from 61.6 to 85.6%. The new compounds were characterized by 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, UV/VIS, and fluorescence spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry, as well as by elemental analyses. The influence of substituents and solvents on the optical properties of 3a – 3f was investigated. It was found that there is little influence on absorption and excitation spectra in contrast to emission spectra. Compounds 3a – 3f exhibit strong fluorescence in solution, their fluorescence quantum yields ranging from 0.27 to 0.96.  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of isocyanides 1 , carbodiimides 2 , and trimethylsilyl azide ( 3 ) occurs at room temperature, and the produced 1,5‐disubstituted 1H‐tetrazole derivatives 4 are formed in 81–98% yields (Scheme 1, Table). The reaction proceeds smoothly and cleanly under mild conditions, and no side reactions are observed.  相似文献

To develop novel oligothiophene‐based liquid crystals involving hydrogen bonding, new terthiophene derivatives containing a stearylamide group, N,N′‐distearyl‐5,5″‐dicyano‐2,2′∶5′,2″‐terthiophene‐4,4″‐dicarboxamide (DNC18DCN 3T) and N,N′‐distearyl‐5,5′‐dipropyl‐2,2′∶5′,2′‐terthiophene‐4,4″‐dicarboxamide (DNC18 DP3T), were designed and synthesized, and their thermal behavior examined. Although DNC18DP3T did not exhibit liquid crystallinity, DNC18DCN3T was found to form smectic A phase.  相似文献

We report an efficient synthetic strategy to diverse hydantoins and thiohydantoins involving a three‐component reaction with the aid of deep eutectic solvent. Here, N,N′‐dimethyl urea and N,N′‐dimethyl thiourea play a dual role as reactant and reaction medium along with l ‐(+)‐tartaric acid. The three‐component reaction provides an easy access to 5‐amino‐1,3‐dialkyl‐substituted hydantoins and thiohydantoins in good yields.  相似文献

The four‐component reaction of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (=dimethyl but‐2‐ynedioate; DMAD), aromatic aldehydes, and malononitrile (=propanedinitrile) leads to polyfunctionalized 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives. A new series of 1-alkyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-pyrimidine-5-carboxalic acid amides is described. The reaction of N-((E)-3-(dimethylamino)-2-formylacryloyl) formamidine, an intermediate obtained by Vilsmeier–Haack formylation of acetonitrile with various mono-substituted ureas, provides such compounds in good yields.  相似文献
