紫菀肽C为白色粉末,m.p.250～252℃,[α]_D—4.9°(c=0.33),对Ninhydrin反应呈阴性,Ehrlich反应呈阳性。IRυ_(max)~(KBr)(cm~(-1))示有羟基(3304)、酯羰基(1749)和酰胺键(1651)。UV(nm):208(1.39×10~4,MeOH),267(1.82×10~4)。以上结果表明为一个肽类化合物。将该化合物用6mol/L盐酸水解,用氨基酸分析仪检测出丝氨酸(Ser,1mol),苏氨酸(Thr,1

Two New Tetracyclic Triterpenoids and Other Constituents from Aster Ageratoides var. Oophyllus

Two new tetracyclic triterpenoids shiona‐19(E),21‐dien‐3β‐ol ( 1 ), and shiona‐22(29)‐en‐3β,21‐diol ( 2 ), together with four known compounds shiona‐21‐en‐3β‐ol ( 3 ), friedelinol ( 4 ), β‐sitosterol ( 5 ), and (24R)‐stigmast‐7,22(E)‐dien‐3a‐ol ( 6 ) were isolated from Aster ageratoides var. oophyllus. The structures of two new compounds were established on the basis of IR, MS, ¹H, ¹³C and 2D NMR spectroscopic methods.     

A New Diterpenoid Glucoside from Aster smithianus

A new diterpenoid trisaccharide, smithoside A, was isolated from Aster smithianus. Its structure was identified as pimar- 15 (16)-β-en-3β, 8β, 11α-triol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ( 1→3)- [β-glucopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of the spectral and chemical methods.

马兰菜中的营养元素

采用原子吸收分光光度法对马兰菜中的营养元素进行了分析。结果表明马兰菜中营养元素含量丰富,与一般蔬菜比较,其Ｓｅ,Ｚｎ,Ｍｇ,Ｃａ含量更高。但热风脱水处理后,其Ｓｅ,Ｖ含量则减少,且地域不同其微量元素含量有所不同,采用标准加入法进行考察,回收率为９３．３％￣１０６．７％,结果满意。     

A New Diterpene Acid from the Flowers of Heteropappus altaicus

A new compound, named heteraltaic acid was isolated from the flowers of Heteropappus altaicus (willd) Novopokr. The compound was elucidated as (5R, 6S, 8aS) -5-[2-(3-furyl) ethyl-5, 6, 8a-trimethyl-4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a -hexahydro-l-naphthalenecarboxylic acid] by the combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques (HSQC, HMBC) and X-ray analysis.

Summary.  The reinvestigation of the CH₂Cl₂ extract of the aerial parts of Conyza incana led to the isolation of three minor alicyclic diterpene acids. A Rare New Cleistanthane Diterpene from the Pericarp of Trewia nudiflora

A minor, unprecedented diterpene, 3β,17‐dihydroxycleistantha‐12,15‐dien‐2‐one ( 1 ), was isolated from the CHCl₃‐soluble part of the EtOH extract of the pericarp of Trewia nudiflora. The structure of 1 was elucidated by means of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic analyses as well as by HR‐MS. Also isolated were two known triterpenes, glutin‐5‐en‐3‐ol and olean‐18‐en‐3‐one (germanicone), as well as three known sterols, (22E,24R)‐5α,8α‐epidioxyergosta‐6,22‐dien‐3β‐ol, (22E,24R)‐5α,8α‐epidioxyergosta‐6,9(11),22‐trien‐3β‐ol, and (22E,24R)‐6‐methoxyergosta‐7,22‐dien‐3,5‐diol.

Two new sesquiterpenes were isolaed from the aerial patrs of Inula Japonica.Their structures were eluicated as 1β-hydroxy-8β-acetoxyeostic acid methyl ester and 1β-hydroxy-8β-acetoxyisocostic acid mster by spectral methods.     

Two New Diterpenoids from Hedychium forrestii

Two new labdane diterpenes isolated from the rhizomes of Hedychium forrestii were determined by spectroscopic evidence to be labda-8(17), 11, 13-trien-7β-hydroxyl- 15(16)-olide (1,hedyforrestin B) and labda-8(17), 11, 13-trien-7β,16-dihydroxyl-16(15)-olide (2, hedyforrestinC).

Two new ent-kaurenoids, 19-acetyl-ent-3β, 17-dihydroxykaur-15-ene (1), 19-acetyl-ent-3β-hydroxykaur-15-en-17-al (2) were isolated from Cacalia pilgeriana. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
