摘    要:首次采用3-三苯锗基正丙醇及其衍生物和硫代磷酸类的合成路线,合成了13个标题新化合物。其结构由IR,^1HNMR及MS等手段鉴定。研究结果表明:以NaH作缚酸剂,18-冠-6作相转移催化剂可以大大加速反应。体外实验表明,部分化合物对KB,A2780,HCT-8等癌细胞有较好的抑制活性。

Abstract:Thirteen titled compounds were synthesized by the reaction of O - alkyl - O - aryl phosphochloridothioates with 3 - (triphenylgermyl) - 1 - propanols. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elementary analyses. The reaction can be accelerated by addition of phase transfer catalysts and the best results were obtained in the presence of 18 - crown - 6. Some of these compounds showed antitumor activities in vitro .
