Abstract: | In this paper, a negatively charged exciton trapped by aspherical parabolic quantum dot has been investigated. Theenergy spectra of low-lying states are calculated by means ofmatrix diagonalization. The important feature ofthe low-lying states of the negatively charged excitons in a sphericalquantum dot is obtained via an analysis of the energy spectra. |
