| 摘 要： | 马克思主义认为，代替资产阶级统治的必将是人民统治，即群众管理国家。但是由于群众自身的管理能力问题，需要有一个政治力量来带领群众前进，引导群众管理国家事务，这个政治力量就是共产党。共产党的职责就是引导群众管理国家，克服群众管理国家的障碍。共产党要完成自身的职责，就要密切联系群众，尊重群众的主体地位，坚持群众路线。因而群众路线与共产党履行自身职责使命具有内在相关性。共产党践行群众路线，既要发挥政党主体功能，深入群众，开展调查研究，满足群众需求，教育提升群众，又要把群众首创经验上升为党的政策，群众路线的实现需要共产党与群众双方共同努力，因而群众路线又是一个不断生成的过程。

| Abstract: | Marxism believes that the replacement of bourgeois domination is bound to be the rule of the people, that is, the mass management of the state. However, due to the management ability of the masses, it is necessary to have a political force to lead the masses forward and guide them to manage the affairs of the state. This political force is the Communist Party. The function of the Communist Party is to guide the masses in running the country and overcome the obstacles to their running the country. To fulfill its duties, the Communist Party must maintain close ties with the masses and respect their dominant position, that is, adhere to the mass line. So the mass line and the Communist Party to fulfill their own responsibilities and missions have internal relevance. Practice of the mass line of the communist party, to play a party main body function, go deep among the masses, to carry out the investigation and study, meet the demand of the masses, education promoted the crowd, put the pioneering experience to rise to the party’s policies, the implementation of the mass line need the communist party and the masses to the joint efforts of both sides, and the mass line is a process of constantly generated. |
