摘 要: | 通过理论分析,对相位校正器的镜面与支撑结构间的粘接建立模型进行仿真研究,提出了在相位校正器镜片上加工小圆柱,使其粘接应力由镜片本身转移到突出部位的小柱子上,有效改善了相位校正器镜面局部粘接应力,使镜面局部高阶像差得到缓解,并通过试验验证了其有效性。

Abstract: | Model establishment and simulation researches on the cementation structures are introduced in this paper. Using a 3D glass with a small cylinder itched on one side for the bonding instead of the plate glass, the parameters and the structure of the wave-front corrector have been optimized. Simulation and experiment analysis show that the stress left in the phase corrector declined obviously and the higher-order spatial surface aberration is limited to a lower level. |
