| 摘 要： | 采用微波溶样、等离子体原子发射光谱（ICP－AES）法测定巴旦杏中微量元素。选择了最佳样品预处理条件和测定的最佳仪器参数。用国家技术监督局GBW08513茶树叶和GBW07602（GSV－1）灌木枝叶标准样作为质控样。11种元素的测得值与标准值较好地吻合，试样分析结果满意。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the method of digestion amygdalus communis by microwave sample preparation system and determination content of trace elements by using ICP AES.Rapid and complete dissolution amygdalus communis was achieved by using a microwave digestion procedure.Using reference material GBW08513 and GBW07602 as quality control,the results obtained are in good agreement with the reference values.The result is quite satisfied. |
