| 摘 要： | 单宁又称鞣质,在一些植物中广泛存在,是具有重要开发利用价值的天然资源。本文对新疆喀什石榴皮籽中的单宁作了提取研究,研究结果表明:在溶剂比为1.5:1(乙醇:乙醚),回流时间为12h,溶剂用量为80mL时结果最好,产率最高.

| Abstract: | Tannins,being its widespread existence in some plants, has the important development use value in the natural resources.The paper studied the method of extracting tannin's in pomegranate peel and seeds from Kashgar in Xinjiang.It is proved that when solvent ratio is 1.5:1(ethanol:aether),circumfluence time is12h,solvent dosage:80mL,the result is the best,produce is most. |
