摘    要:以 H2 Ti O3为原料 ,经过 Ti O(NO3) 2 水解的放大实验 ,制备了金红石型 Ti O2 纳米粒子 ,通过 X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)和比表面吸附 (BET) ,对纳米粒子的结构、形貌、粒径进行了分析和表征 .结果表明 ,粒子的平均粒径在 11nm左右 ,晶型为金红石型 ,粒子分布较松散 ,部分颗粒呈纤维状排列 .

Abstract:Nanometer rutile Ti O2 is a new kind of inorganic functional material.Its preparation and application have been paid more and more attention.Nanosized rutile Ti O2 was prepared by the hydrolysis of Ti O( NO3 ) 2 with surfactant A in the scale up experiment.The monitoring of the characterization of the structure and morphology of the ultrafme partides were performed by the X- ray powderdiffraction( XRD) , transmission electron microscope( TEM) and BET specific surface area absorption metor.The result showed that the obtaired Ti O2 powers were rutile,the average size was about1 1 nm.TEM also showed that ultrafine titania particles appeared fibriform arrangementand displayed some active areas,butwith the grain size increasing,the activity of particles decreased and the fibriform arrangement disappeared accordingly.
