间二甲苯氨氧化m—509催化剂失活研究

摘    要:对间二甲苯氨氧化制备间苯二腈新型m-509催化剂,及其在工业流化床反应器上进行试验后的下床催化剂,进行了宏观物理性质、X光电子能谱、等离子发射光谱等表征分析,发现催化剂在工业安装上使用6个月后,其表面存在大量积炭,催化剂活性组分流失较严重,活性组分流失是催化剂活性下的主要原因,而积炭对催化剂的活性影响不大。

Abstract:The new ammoxidation catalyst (m-509) and the catalyst used in industrial fluidized bed reactor of m-xylene to produce m-dicyanobenzene has been characterized by XPS, ICP. It is showed that a lot of carbon existed on the surface of the catalyst that had been used in industrial fluid bed reactor for six months. The main reason of the catalyst deactivation was the loss of the active components. The carbon existed on the surface of the used catalyst has little effecton the activity of the catalyst.
