温度和流速对齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢的影响

摘    要:通过流水式呼吸仪研究了齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)幼鱼在不同水温(11,15,20,23℃)和流速(0.00,0.10,0.30,0.50m/s)环境下的呼吸代谢.研究发现,齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢率(MR)和单位体重呼吸代谢率(MR′)都随着温度的升高而增大.在11~23℃之间,代谢率的变幅为0.85~7.21mg/h,单位体重代谢率的变幅为350.81~1858.16mg/(kg·h).回归方程MR=a.mb能够较好的描述4个温度水平的幼鱼代谢率与体重之间的关系(p<0.05),体重指数b随着温度的升高而降低.并且在11~23℃之间,幼鱼的代谢率与温度、体重间的关系可通过模型MR=0.525m0.788.e0.033T(R2=0.907,p<0.05,n=32)较好地表征.在0.00,0.10,0.30,0.50m/s4个流速下裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢率的波动范围为0.59~2.35mg/h,单位体重代谢率波动范围为469.93~1281.56mg/(kg.h).各流速平均代谢率的大小顺序为0.937mg/h(0.10m/s)<1.089mg/h(0.00m/s)<1.104mg/h(...

Abstract:This study was conducted to determine the effects of water temperature (11,15,20,23 ℃,respectively) and flow velocity (0.00,0. 10,0.30,0.50 m/s, respectively) on the respiratory metabolism of Sclizothorax prenanti juveniles and a continuous-flow respirometry system was employed in this study.The results showed that both the metabolic rate (MR) and the metabolic rate per unit weight (MR') in-creased with the temperature during 11 ℃ to 23℃, with the amplitude in the range of 0. 85~7. 21 mg/h for MR and 350.81~1 858.16 mg/(kg·h) for MR'. The regression function MR=a·m~b was found to bet-ter understand the relationship between the metabolic rate (MR) and the weight of Schizothorax prenanti juveniles within the temperatures of 11~23 ℃. And the body index b was found to decrease with the in-crease of temperature. Moreover, the model MR=0. 525m~(0.788) ·e~(0.033T) accorded well with the observations when explaining the relationships among metabolic rates (MR), body weight and temperature for Schizo-thorax prenanti j uveniles(R~2 = 0. 907, p<0.05, n = 32). According to linear regression, the metabolic rate (MR) of the young Schizothorax prenanti at different flow velocities augumented with the flow velocities, ranging from 0.59 to 2.35 mg/h and the size order of the mean MR at different flow velocities for Schizo-thorax prenanti juveniles was 0. 937 mg/h (0. 10 m/s)<1. 089 mg/h (0.00 m/s)<1. 104 mg/h (0.30 m/ s)<1. 760 mg/h (0.50 m/s). The metabolic rate per unit weight (MR') of Schizothorax prenanti juven-iles at different flow velocities also increased with the flow velocities. In addition, The metabolic rate per unit weight (MR') of Schizothorax prenanti juveniles clustered at 0.50 m/s was significantly higher than other groups,and no significant differences were found between other three groups.
