摘    要:用离子色谱(IC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)联用测定了IO3^-和I^-.使用DIONEX IonPacAS14分离柱(4mm×250mm,9.0μm)和IonPacAG14保护柱(4mm×50mm,9.0μm),通过改变淋洗液种类、浓度、pH值和流速等,确定了碘形态分析的最佳条件,并在此条件下进行了方法的线性范围、最低检出限和重现性的测试.用快速溶剂萃取和超声波两种方法处理海带样品,用浓度30mmol·L^-1的Na2S2O3作为淋洗液检测了海带中的IO3^-和I^-,在同样条件下测试了海水样品.实验证明该方法快速、灵敏度高、干扰小.

Abstract:An analytical method for separation and determination of iodine species using ion chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric detection (IC-ICP-MS) was developed. A mobile phase consisting of 30 mmol . L^-1 Na2S2O3was used to separate IO3^- and I^- by ion chromatography. The eluates from a separation column and a guard column were directly introduced into ICP-MS. IonPacAS14(4 min×250 mm, 9.0μm) was used as the separation column and IonPacAG14(4 mm× 50 mm, 9.0μm) was used as the guard column. Separation parameters were optimized for iodine species. And at that condition, the linear range, detection limits and RSDs were detected. ASE and ultrasonic pretreatment for kelp were compared in results. The IOs and I in seawater were also determined. This method had low detection limits, broad linear range, good accuracy and precision, so it was a robust and reliable method.
