| 摘 要： | 本文在引入年龄结构，以及考虑晋升率和流入量约束条件的基础上，建立了高校师资结构的数学模型，并提出了相应的最优化问题。应用离散时间控制问题的极大值原理，求得了最优控制(晋升率、流入量)的闭环解，所得结果对制定人才规划政策具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a mathematical model for the rank structure within a university is established,based on restriction on promotion rate and immigration quantity. A corresponding optimal control problem is formulated. By applying the maximum principle for discrete-time control systems, the optimal control (promotion rate,immigration quantity) in the closed form is derived. The result obtained is instructive in policy making. |
