摘    要:前期工作表明NaAlCl4/ZSM-5分子筛有较好的催化一甲基硅烷和三甲基硅烷制备二甲基硅烷活性.本文通过浸渍法制备了一系列的用La(NO3)3改性及Sr(NO3)2改性的NaAlCl4/ZSM-5分子筛催化剂.结果表明La(NO3)3的加入对反应活性有一定程度的提高,当加入La(NO3)3的量为5%时,二甲产率最高,为68.24%.当加入Sr(NO3)2的量为3%时的效果最好,二甲含量为77.63%.采用IR表征的结果与实验结果比较吻合.用量子化学计算对所得结果进行了理论解释.

Abstract:A series of NaAlCl_4/ZSM-5 catalysts modified by La(NO_3)_3 or Sr(NO_3)_2 were prepared by impregnation and characterized by IR. The results indicated that the highest content of M_2 (68.24%) was obtained when the amount of La(NO_3)_3 was 5% and the highest content of M_2 (77.63%) was obtained when the amount of Sr(NO_3)_2 was 3%. The results of the IR characterization and the theoretic are accord with the experimental results.
