| 摘 要： | 合成1-取代-2-氨基苯并咪唑2位氮氧化的代谢产物，作为进行该类化合物代谢分析时的标准对照品，以邻苯二胺作为初始原料，经过4步反应合成1-取代-2-羟氨苯并咪唑，通过对合成的终产物及其前体化合物的^1H—NMR和元素分析等数据的分析比较，发现其与目的产物的化学结构完全一致，合成的系列化合物确为1-取代-2-羟氨苯并咪唑类化合物。 |

| Abstract: | To synthesize metabolic products of 1-substituted 2-aminobenzimidazoles as standard samples in metabolic analysis of this kind of compounds, a series of 1-substituted 2-hydroxyaminobenzimidazoles was synthesized from o-phenylenediamine through four steps. The chemical structures of products synthesized coincide with those of compounds required by analyzing data of ~1H-NMR and element-analysis etc. The compounds synthesized were confirmed to be 1-substituted 2-hydroxyaminobenzimidazoles. |
