摘    要:用HZSM5,USY1,H-beta 3种不同类型的分子筛对木屑的快速热裂解气进行原位催化转化.研究了不同分子筛对积碳量、生物油产率、生物油组分分布的影响.实验结果表明,分子筛积碳量排序为:USY 1>H beta>HZSM 5.生物油产率在使用催化剂后有所降低,并且HZSM 5产生的生物油产率最高.使用催化剂后生物油组分种类和含量都发生了明显的变化.3种分子筛中,HZSM 5催化产生的烃类含量大大增加,轻质苯酚含量也明显增加,重质苯酚和糖类含量明显降低,催化效果显著.实验结果可供选择和改性催化剂时参考.

Comparison of the situ catalytic conversion of biomass fast pyrolysis vapors using different zeolites
Abstract:Experiment in situ catalytic conversion of biomass fast pyrolysis vapors using HZSM 5, USY 1 and H beta zeolites was carried out. The influence of different zeolites on the carbon deposits yield, bio oil yield and distribution of bio oil components was investigated. According to the results, the amount of carbon deposits produced on the catalysts is as follows:USY 1>H beta>HZSM 5. After the employment of zeolite catalysts, the bio oil yield decreased to some extent with HZSM 5 generating the highest bio oil yield. Besides, the variety of bio oil components and their contents underwent an evident change. Among three different zeolites, HZSM 5 displayed a superior catalytic performance, which is demonstrated by a substantial increase in hydrocarbons and an obvious increase in light phenols but a great decrease in heavy phenols and sugars. The results can provide some guide and reference for future selection of catalysts and further modification.
