摘    要:制备了用于气相选择性氧化剂叔丁基苯甲醛的催化剂,通过反应温度、进料浓度、空速、催化剂寿命等条件的考察,讨论了影响反应的因素,结果表明,在合适的反应条件下产物对叔丁基苯甲醛选择性可达80mol%以上,反应物对叔丁基甲苯转化率大于12mol%,且催化剂经365h长时间寿命试验活性较稳定,无论从工业应用前景角度来看,还是在环境保护方面都具有很大意义。

Abstract:A series of catalysts for the vapor phase selective oxidation from p-tert butyl toluene to p-tert benzaldehyde were prepared by the impregnation method. The effects of the reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, space velocity, concentration of p-tert betyl toluene, and stability of catalysts were investigated. The results showed that under suitable conditions the selectivity of p-tert benzaldehyde can be as high as 80 mol% and the conversion of p-tert butyl toluene can reach 12 mol%. The catalyst retained excellent reaction properties after running for 365 hours. The catalyst showed broad application prospects both for industry and environmental protection.
