| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了浙江省水利综合信息系统的功能模块组成，对系统数据库结构及逻辑关系进行了分析，论述了系统主要开发工具和运行平台的特点。通过在浙江省政府等部门的应用表明，系统设计先进，功能强大，运行稳定，具有很强的实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the functional module composition of Zhejiang Provincial Water Conservancy Management Information System, and analyzed the database structure and logic relations of the system. The paper also discussed the characteristics of main developing tools and operational platform. The applications in Zhejiang Provincial governmental offices and other administrative departments show that the system has an advanced design, powerful functions, high stability and good practicability. |
