Abstract:In this paper, the latent heat thermal energy storage material in the system of sodium sulphate decahydrate and its melting and freezing behaviour are studied. The measurement tachniques and formula of the melting heat have been investigated; too. The thermal energy storage material after more than 1500 thaw-melt cycles has a thermal capacity of more than 30Cal-g-1.
