| 摘 要： | 探讨了多级逆流串釜式反应精馏过程，建立了描述反应精馏稳态操作的非平衡级模型，在此模型中考虑了伴有反应的非均相传质对反应精馏的影响．用三次正交设计法对此模型求解，理论计算与实验数据的平均偏差≤10％．

| Abstract: | A novel reaction-distillation process in serial multistage convective reactor is studied. A mathematical model for simulating the steady-state characteristics of this process is established. Effect of gas-liquid mass transfer accompanying reaction on the process is also considered in the proposed model. The three-bines orthogonal design method is used to solve this model. Comparison between the simulation results with those obtained from experiments shows that the average deviation is only about 10%. |
