| 摘 要： | 二十二碳六烯酸能抑制恶性肿瘤发生、发展、侵袭和转移，改善机体免疫功能，增强肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性，减少化疗药物剂量，减轻毒副作用，延长肿瘤病人的生存时间．本文从流行病学水平、细胞分子水平、动物水平分层阐述二十二碳六烯酸诱导细胞凋亡、促进脂质过氧化反应及抑制肿瘤微血管生成等，并对二十二碳六烯酸的临床应用前景进行了展望．

| Abstract: | The genesis,development,invasion,metastasis of malignant neoplasms can be inhibited by docosahexae-noic acid.The acid can also improve the function of immune systems,the sensibility of tumor cells to chemotherapeutics.As a result,the docosahexaenoic acid may be used to reduce the dosage of chemtherapeutics,relieve adverse reaction,and prolong the survival time of patients.This article mainly reviews some issues pertinent to docosahexaenoic acids such as how to induce the apoptosis of cells,facilitate the re... |
