摘    要:本文介绍了RHINO教学机器人的结构特点和两级计算机控制原理。并在对其研究的基础上,编制了单通道控制以及对关节量的示教再现等程序。详细分析了机器人在等臂长度下实现机械解耦、坐标转换的方法。

Abstract:This paper has introduced the special construction features and the contr- olling principle of two-stage computer for Rhino teaching robot.Based on studying the robot,a program of single channel control and a program of teaching and playback in the rotation value of the robot joints were made. The paper also analyzed in detail the methods of uncoupling and coordinate transformation in the mechanical characteristic under the condition of the equal arms of the robot.
