摘    要:随现代压电器件发展,铁电陶瓷在较大外力场作用下的非线性电/位移响应受到人们广泛的关注.本文对软性PZT5和硬性PZT4铁电陶瓷材料在压缩载荷下的非线性特性开展了实验研究和分析,测试了PZT5和PZT4铁电陶瓷材料在一维压缩载荷作用下的应力-应变曲线和电位移曲线,讨论了压缩载荷作用下的900电畴偏转特性及畴变应变对非线性变形部分的贡献.

Abstract:The nonlinear stress-strain behavior and the nonlinear stress-electric displacement behavior for two kind of Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) Ceramics, i.e. hard PZT4 and soft PZT5, were experimentally investigated under uniaxial compressive loading. It is shown that for both s-e and s-D curves, between the initial linear and the final linear stage, a nonlinear stage is always observed. Such nonlinear response is analyzed on the basis of microscopic model for the domain switching.
