不同横纵牵引角度下拖轮艏拖桩结构强度分析

摘    要:以3675kW拖轮为例, 利用有限元软件MSC.Patran/Nastran对其艏拖桩结构进行结构强度分析. 通过计算得出该艏拖桩结构强度能够满足法国船级社规范要求, 并得到了不同牵引角度下的应力分布规律, 为今后拖轮结构设计及营运提供了参考.

Abstract:The study for the strength analysis for tug stem pile structure is of great significance for the research of tug. This paper takes 5000 hp tug as an example, then using the finite element software MSC.patran/nastran to make stress analysis for its stem pile structure according to BV regulations. According to the calculation results, it is concluded that the strength of stem pile structure meets the requirements of the classification society of France, and the stress distribution rules under different towing angles are obtained which can provide practical reference for the design and service of tugs.
