丽珠胃三联根除幽门螺旋杆菌的临床观察

目的：观察丽珠胃三联对十二指肠溃疡患者幽螺杆菌的治疗作用。方法：将183例幽门螺杆菌阳性的初治活动性十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为3组，把丽珠胃三联与质子泵抑制剂＋2种抗菌药物所组成的2组三联疗法对照，疗程结束后停药4周复查胃镜观察溃疡愈合情况并进行Hp的检测，观察治疗过程中出现的不良反应和治疗费用。结果：丽珠胃三联组对幽门螺杆菌的根除率为90．5％，与对照组相仿，结论：丽珠胃三联一个Hp的根除方案，具有疗效佳，安全方便，价格低廉等特点，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Weekend Therapeutic Efficacy of Livzon Weisanlian in the Eradication of Helicobacter Pylon Infection

Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy and side reaction of Livzon WEISANLIAN in Helicobacter pylori infected patients with the duodenal ulcer. Methods: 183 patients were randomized into three groups, compared Livzon WEISANLIAN with other two one-week proton pump inhibitor-based triple regimens. Gastroendoscope was performed to observe ulcer healing and detect Helicobacter pylori 4 weeks after discontinuation of all drugs after treatment course, and to observe the side effects and calculate the cost of three different groups.Results and Conclusions:Livzon WEISANLMN has the similar highly effective Helicobacter pylori eradication rate 90.5% as other two comparisons but with good toleration and low cost.
