摘    要:采用钻孔灌注桩桩底后压浆技术来解决普通钻孔灌注桩因沉渣造成桩端阻力偏小的难题.对某工程同场地内的钻孔灌注桩桩底后压浆技术与预应力混凝土管桩、普通钻孔灌注桩进行施工可行性、承载力等的对比试验.工程试验结果表明,在同等工程地质条件下,采用钻孔灌注桩桩底后压浆技术能大幅度提高单桩承载力,减少沉降,且造价比采用普通钻孔灌注桩的可节省10%以上,具有良好的经济效益.

Abstract:By addressing the problems with carrying out static pressure pile-driving for prestressed concrete pipe in some construction sites, this article describes the application of bored pile post-grouting technology.
