摘    要:通过单因素试验,考察矿物掺合料(水泥、生石灰、矿渣)对脱硫二水石膏粉煤灰复合胶结材(以下简称DGF)强度的影响规律,并确定适宜掺量范围.并在此基础上,通过正交设计试验研究了矿物掺合料对脱硫石膏粉煤灰复合胶凝材料强度的影响.分析了3种矿物掺合料的影响规律以及主次顺序,确定了矿物掺合料的最佳掺量,并测定其基本性能.结果表明:掺入适量的矿物激发剂能有效地提高脱硫石膏粉煤灰复合胶凝材料的强度.

Abstract:Effect of mineral admixtures (Cement, CaO, Slag) on the strength of FGD gypsum-fly ash complex binder is studied through single-factor experiments, and the optimal mix ratio is determined. Using the orthogonal experiments, the effect of the mineral admixtures on the strength of desulphurization gypsum-fly ash complex binder is investigated.
